Pizza Hut in South Lanarkshire

Horrible pizza, i got the box open and the pizza was a wee rectangular thing with crispy dried out base and measly toppings. I’ll never go back there, how could you present someone with that?

Have to say that I have waited a few weeks until leaving this review. Reason for the wait was to see if I have calmed down and forgotten the experience. This branch is a take away or home delivery and I opted for home delivery. Used the online ordering and all was okay there. Food was fine so maybe asking why the negative review. Well, here goes, the delivery driver was the most obnoxious person that I have ever had the displeasure to meet. His attitude was rock bottom and led to me contacting the manager of the branch. Sadly his attitude was one of disinterest and quite frankly seems he couldn’t care less about having my custom or providing good customer service. Therefore he won’t be getting any more orders from me or my family! Plenty of alternative options out there and I would advise anyone to consider seriously all the other options before choosing this Pizza Hut!! This is the first time I have put such a damning review up but it merits it. Please note that trying to get a response from Pizza Hut head office is a worthless task too.
