Pizza Hut in Norwich

Absolutely dreadful store. First time they delivered all the wrong things. Second time (today) I used a voucher they game me and the food just never turned up! What’s more infuriating is the store never pick up the phone so you can talk to someone! Avoid completely

2 hours late. Phoned the place 6 or 7 times and received the answering machine every time. The first time I ordered, it said the pizza had already been delivered. I had to contact JustEat as I could not get through to the restaurant ^See how many times I rang them above^ Then, when they finally did show up with our pizza 2 hours later... I ask if we could have a full refund and the driver said 'No, partial' and got back in his car and drove off. Moments ago, I receive a text message saying I will receive a £3 refund. £3?!!!!! For 2 hours late AND I tried to contact them via phone 6-7 times?! Sorry but what justifies a FULL refund then?!! ALSO, This has not been the first time I've received bad customer service from this Pizza hut! I once ordered a pizza via JustEat and wanted to order it for a later time, as my partner would be arriving home late. So it all went through okay, so I had my earphones in listening to music - because I wasn't expecting anyone AT THAT TIME. And when I finally heard the door, I answer it and the man was really angry at me! I then rang Pizza Hut to which someone said that they do not receive the instruction of the TIME frame, of which it should be made for and that it is JustEats fault - How is any of this excuse MY issue? Answer = IT'S NOT! AND ANOTHER TIME, I ordered 1 x GLUTEN FREE pizza and 1 X NORMAL CRUST pizza - what shows up? 2 X NORMAL CRUST pizza's. I can't eat gluten - way to go Pizza Hut! Seriously won't be buying from here EVER again!!!

Pizza Hut para llevar Aylsham Road Norwich. No tocar. Entramos y pedimos 2 pizzas pequeñas para los niños y dos pizzas regulares para los adultos con pan de ajo. A cambio, recibimos 4 pizzas extra grandes, pero solo nos cobraron por las pequeñas, por lo que no podía quejarme en esta etapa. Cuando llegamos a casa y abrimos las cajas es cuando el problema se hizo evidente. La pizza vegetariana tenía carne y todas las pizzas estaban empapadas de grasa y la corteza estaba empapada y húmeda. Si bien espera un poco de grasa de una pizza, no espera que esté nadando en grasa. La grasa era tan mala que había empapado el fondo de la caja empujando la mitad de la pizza fuera del fondo de la caja con ella. Como estábamos de regreso a casa, llamamos para señalar esto y cuando simplemente se despidieron diciendo "gracias por señalar esto", no si lo traes de vuelta, cocinaremos otro para ti o te acreditaremos la tarjeta. Por lo general, vamos a Longwater y nos sentamos en el restaurante, pero debido al virus C-19 decidimos elegir una colección más cercana de Pizza Hut para poder disfrutar desde casa, pero nunca más. Mi único deseo es haberme sentido lo suficientemente bien como para tomar fotografías para mostrar la reseña. Mi novia, que es enfermera, tomó una muestra de la pizza que estaba cubierta de grasa para probarla y ver si estaba bien cocida y apta para el consumo humano. Las cocinas con este tipo de marcas no deberían cargar y tirar alimentos viles en este tipo de condiciones.

Por 20 compré una pizza grande y goujons de pollo que alimentaron a dos adultos y dos niños pequeños. Usó su entrega ya que estamos encerrados. Fue bastante agradable, sorprendido verlos languidecer en la parte inferior de las calificaciones.
