Pizza Hut in Blackpool

El peso de la pizza alrededor de 17 libras. Parecía terrible, sabía a comer un bloque de césped. La pizza estaba nadando en grasa y no tenía más sabor que la grasa vieja de patatas fritas. Esto fue lo peor que le pasó a la pizza desde la piña. Si hubiera una policía de pizzas este lugar sería allanado por crímenes contra la pizza. Estoy asombrado de que una cadena internacional especializada en pizza pueda ser tan terriblemente mala. Este lugar está a años luz de sus competidores. Esta lamentablemente no fue la primera experiencia que tuve con esta cadena. Compré una de sus ofertas el año pasado. Pensé en darle otra oportunidad... ..qué tan malo puede ser, debe haber sido un accidente extraño la última vez. Esta vez, de alguna manera, fue peor. Esto contiene con orgullo el manto de ‘la peor pizza’ que he probado. En pocas palabras, no importa cuán hambriento tengas, no importa si lo regalan gratis. No, simplemente no comas aquí. Desgraciado.

We have a had a delivery tonight & the pizza was terrible, I rang & spoke to the manager & I’m so glad I did, she promptly got our order remade & it came absolutely perfect. We have used this take away numerous times & this is the only time we had to complain & it dealt with professional & swiftly.

Thought I'd order something for me and the Mrs as we hadn't eaten all day, next morning were both in excruciating pain and ambulance came and took us to hospital where it was confirmed we both had food poisoning will definitely be putting in a claim and getting you guys hopefully shut down

They had a party of 48 in whilst we were there and the way the staff coped with this and everyone else in the restaurant was amazing, there might have been a little wait more than normal but they apologised for this and got everyone served and seated in a reasonable time and hey your on holiday so whats the rush!

Relación calidad-precio, comida, ofertas pizzas son bastante buenas, pero el pan de ajo es terrible, insípido y seco, por desgracia sus rebanadas de baguette francesa y no masa stick pizza fresca. Si amor pan de ajo y es una parte importante de su comida, entonces quédate con Domino's

Ordenados en línea 5 libras más barato que nuestra costumbre pensamos probarlo. Todas la masa, casi no llenaban de especias en polvo pero carga, volver a nuestra dominó habituales

We were not impressed with this place as the table wasn't very clean. We waited for ages for our Pizza as well. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the food. We went for the meal deal for two which was excellent value for money and you get enough food for two. It was nice to also get Budweiser on draft and not out of a bottle

Typical pizza hit, the food was to the usual standard and quality you would expect. The guy serving us was a little dim and seemed we needed to prompt him at times but I wouldn't say it was bad service Decent sized restaurant and we enjoyed the food we had.

We searched for a family eating venue late and found this open we thought we might be too late but staff were inviting and engaging. The menu was good, the time appropriate and the food great. We all would recommend even my husband who doesn't like pizza!.

Nice welcoming staff , however the pizza was not warm enough and i always think this place is overpriced for what you get . However i do think it is good that the salad bar comes in the price, which softens the blow.

well were to start i ordered the £24 meal deal 2 pizza and sides. plus the chicken and cheese bites. it took an hour for my order to come which i wasn't bothered about as it was a friday at 6.30pm but when it come i was missing half an order so i rang up to be told they were sorry about that and they would send it but it would be another 20 mins. the rest of the order was cold and no one was answering the phone. an hour later still waiting for the missing order i rang up to be put on hold for 15 mins. so my other half rang up and was told they hadn't even started the missing order as the computers were down so they didn't know what the order was. (but had already printed off the receipt as driver took it.). by this time it was 9.00pm so i said i wanted a refund and was told i would have to go through customer service as i paid on line. i did get back after going through paypal 3 weeks later. the best bit was getting an email the next day offering me a £10 voucher off my next order as they don't like to deliver orders late from the time booked.

I tried this place when it opened in November and I had a few issues which put me off, I understand new shops can have teething problems and they gave me a free replacement meal for the mistake which was fine but is still didn't have much confidence in the place although it seemed clean and the staff were all friendly. I usually use dominos and recently wanted to take me daughter for her birthday meal but our local pizzahut is closed at this time of year so we gave this one another go as dominos don't have an area to eat in. the service was much better someone there waiting to greet us as we arrived. they explained they don't provide a dine in service like the restaurants do but we still were able to eat in the customer seating area. the deal they had on was really good and worked out at over 50% off the full price menu. we were helped when ordering a good description was given when we asked about the difference between classic crust and original pan. they quoted 14 minutes for the food to be ready which I thought was a bit odd but it was brought out to us in about 10 minutes and they even brought cups for us to share out the drink which was a nice touch. also my cheeky daughter went to ask for dips which were extra but the staff gave her a couple and also gave her some balloons which kept her happy. the food was much better this time hot and we'll topped must be other people making the pizza's now. the only thing I can really say is that it was cold and I couldn't see a heater anywhere maybe that would make it more comfortable. other than that I'm glad they got it right for us we are thinking or getting it delivered again for valentines day as me and my partner are big on Pizza all I'm all a thumbs up compared to last time big improvement.

The pizza was dreadful. Hardly any cheese or sauce on the pizza! Made it really flavourless. The worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. Also, we ordered cheesy garlic bread. There was barely any cheese on that, either! Very disappointing. Won't be ordering from this Pizza Hut, again.

I was pretty chuffed to hear a new Pizza Hut had opened up in Blackpool, knowing there are already so many but never have been able to get it delivered, hence I haven't had it in years! This horrible little mess of a meal arrived half an hour ago and we were instantly dismayed. We ordered the £14 deal which we thought was okay value, but it wasn't worth £1. First box opened was the garlic bread. We had paid 50p extra for cheese, but what we got was astounding. Just a few tiny shreds of it, may an amount similar to one pence on each slice, outrageous rubbish. How they can even box this stuff up and hand it over is beyond me. There must be some ashamed faces which are perhaps just doing as they are told. The pizza was then opened, oh my god. Only half the pizza had toppings, I soon found out why they had chosen this base as the default choice (garlic crust), oh how I wish we stuck with pan. But the worst? No cheese. This company is intent on making sure you have no cheese on their products, what an absolute joke. Had I known they had a cheeseless policy, i would have paid for 3 extra portions of cheese so the pizza was edible, but no, the £14 had been spent and the dried out half covered tepid pizza was sat there looking pathetic. The wedges were absolutely vile, dried out starchy lumps and not even crispy, the diet Pepsi warm and the chicken wings at least warm but tasted funny. I've attached pictures of what you can expect from a company that thinks it's funny to not even put cheese on your food. This is Blackpool's newest delivery joint, I believe it is fair to share with you all what you're *not* going to get. What little toppings there was just rolled off the top of the cold pizza, as there was no sauce or cheese to hold them on. Absolutely laughable. Never, ever again. If you must use you have no choice but to budget for at least two portions of extra cheese; not that there is any to imply the 'extra'.
