Ordered food and was give a collection time of 75 minutes . Drove through to the shop to collect food only for it to be closed and no one to answer phonecalls . The money was taken out of my account aswell so I had to go elsewhere for food . Will not be using this takeaway again

Ordered, 2 hrs later no food. No one answering at the shop. 2 very Hungary kids and money taken from my account with no food delivered. Never again. Dreadful service. My advice, stay local and avoid Chains.

I don't think I have ever been treated so badly. What made is worse was my friend and colleague was completely insulted by the staff without saying a word! Complete disgrace! Avoid! Myself together with my friend and colleague went to quickly grab some chips as we wee due on stage at a local venue. After waiting 25 minutes I politely asked how long it was going to be as we were running out of time. I was met with an aggressive and totally inappropriate response with no respect whatsoever. What was worse is my friend was shouted our "I am not going to SPEAK TO YOU! ONLY HIM!" when I was the one who had made the polite complaint. We both felt really shaken, upset and hurt as I insisted on a refund and left! The worst experience I have ever had in a food outlet restaurant or take away!! Avoid completely!!!

23 Front Street Concord, Washington NE37 2BA EnglandThis nanbab was bloody delicious! Delivery was nice and quick too. Massive portion will keep me fed for a few days at least. Nice fresh salad, great quality chicken and kebab meat and really tasty sauces. Ordered through just eat.
