Although, the pizza was delivered when it said it would, we were not happy with the delivery guy. He was rude and told us to move away from the doorstep. It does not cost anything to have manners and to be respectful.

I know it an exceptional time, but the salad it poor... you get the choice of potato salad or green salad which consists of a few bit of limp lettuce and 3 tomatoes which wer rather past their sell by date! pizza was too oily and the water we ordered was tepid! wont going back, even when it was operating before covid, the sald bar was always empty, dirty and all mixed up!

Primera visita a un restaurante de Pizza Hut desde el cierre y con los nuevos procedimientos seguros de Covid 19 implementados. El gerente me recibió en la puerta y me explicó la nueva forma en que se hacen las cosas allí. Llegué a la 1 de la tarde y me explicaron cómo funciona el nuevo buffet y el nuevo menú. La pizza en sí tenía una buena relación calidad-precio y una calidad razonablemente buena. Buena selección de bebidas disponibles también. Solo solté una estrella debido a que un miembro del personal no siguió constantemente el procedimiento seguro de Covid y me trajo mi comida a mano y no usé una bandeja y me permitió quitar el plato yo mismo y luego me olvidé de llevar el plato vacío en la bandeja. . Esto fue hecho antes por el gerente y otro miembro del equipo tan bien hecho por ellos, ¡solo necesitan un poco más de consistencia para el otro! Volveremos otra vez! Solo para tener en cuenta, el buffet de pizza es ilimitado y la pizza se entrega a la mesa, sin embargo, ya no hay refrescos sin fondo, lo cual es una pena. ¡Gracias por el almuerzo!

Traje a mi hijo de 11 años aquí el último día de vacaciones. Debido al coronavirus, hay un cambio en su horario habitual de almuerzo. Sin barra de ensaladas, sin estación de bebidas, sin buffet de pizzas y sin estación de helados. Esto es completamente comprensible para los requisitos de salud y seguridad. Lo que es decepcionante es la alternativa que ofrecen, por el mismo dinero. Le traen un tazón de ensalada: un tazón pequeño de lechuga gema helada manky, zanahoria rallada seca y algunos tomates cherry insípidos. Muy decepcionante. Almuerzo "bluffet" para adultos, como se le ha cambiado el nombre, es 8. 50 para los que puede elegir entre 4 pizzas de diferentes sabores de un menú y 4 porciones (del mismo sabor) se sacan a la vez. Se presenta como una mini pizza (similar al tamaño / tipo de pizza que imagina que se serviría en el menú para menores de 7 s). Si bien la pizza es la tarifa habitual de Pizza Hut, el hecho de que permanezca sentado y dependa de la atención del personal para traerle más (a pedido) significa que está sentado allí con un plato vacío la mayor parte del tiempo. Comí 2 de dichas pizzas "pequeñas", después de lo cual dejé de intentar llamar la atención del personal por más. Cualquiera que tenga un buen apetito se sentirá muy decepcionado. (No soy codicioso pero definitivamente puedo manejar más de dos pizzas de 7 pulgadas). No desperdicie su dinero, espere hasta que se alivien las restricciones y se restablezcan los presupuestos o simplemente vaya a otro lugar para disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica adecuada.

Me complació tomar un té temprano hoy con mi esposa. Por 14. 99 obtienes una pizza individual, un acompañamiento o una bebida de inicio y, por supuesto, el bar de ensaladas gratuito. Todo estaba caliente y fresco y nos llenó. Tenía que tener una bolsa para perros. Buena pizza y lados de pollo. Genial que el alcohol esté disponible como bebida.

Went here to treat kids. Got in and the noise in there hits you music blaring so people having to shout to talk to each other. Got seated pretty much straight away but then that was it no1 came over until nearly 15 mins later. I asked a lady that worked there If we needed to order some where she was just rude and said someone will be over when they can. But instead I just saw staff stood in kitchen on there phones. Finally someone came and served us. We opted for the meal deal they had on. Big mistake the cheese bites I had could have broken teeth they were awful then opted for the pasta which was swimming in garlic to the point I couldnt eat it when I told a waitress she didnt offer nothing else just said sorry and walked off. We had about 5 different waitresses as they all couldnt be bothered to do anything other then sit on phones. Def wont be returning and it's a shame as my kids love pizza. Very poor salad bar also.

Was seated very quickly which was nice. Few catches on the buffet menu, if you're like me doesn't like fizzy drink so much you can have an option for the price without drinks which is written on small prints(very small print 🙄). Prices online is different to restaurant prices which is very confusing, Pizza hut advertisers should look into. Tissues/serviets are not available anymore, what? Just wet wipes, what was that about? Salad bar was gross, lettuce has gone brown not been maintain the cleanliness around it. Specially on a busy day they should be keeping an eye on it. Couple of staff was just standing doing nothing. I used to like it going to pizza hut for little treat, last weekend really put me off.

During our visit the food was good, it arrived quickly and the service was good. The waiting staff were polite and friendly and ready to help when asked.

So disappointed. Despite there being looooads of staff we were ignored when we arrived and waited for ages to be seated. We both opted for the buffet. The salad bar was a mess. Bits of food everywhere. Needed a wipe up. The pizzas on offer looked like they had been there a while under the heat lamp , not much choice, but to be fair they were tasty. I felt sorry for the chef. Despite there being loads of staff, they seemed to prioritise standing and talking to each other or restacking glasses rather than actually expediting the food orders. A couple of pizzas sat on the side so long waiting to be taken to the customer that the chef actually came out and delivered them himself. The management really needs to get a hold of it's waiting staff here. Wasting their money paying some of them, they do nothing! Noone checked on us to make sure we were ok. Noone cleared our table of used buffet plates. Noone tried to offer us desserts. When it came to paying our bill there was confusion as our order hadnt even been put on the system. We literally could have just left and the establishment would have been none the wiser.. hats off to the chef who seemed to be on his own and was working hard. 10 mins before the end of the buffet time he stocked up on some fresh pizza for the people still eating, rather than winding it down. I thought that was very good. Other than the chef, it was a complete car crash.

Stopped here for a late-ish lunch but in time for the lunchtime buffet. Good food, good value and friendly staff. Would have been better if they had a bit more variety but still pretty good.

We sat and waited. And waited. And waited while we sat watching our food cool waiting for it to be served to our table. At one point my husband asked me if we should just go and get it ourselves. Not good considering the restaurant wasn’t that busy.

Visited this evening. 18th June 2019 . We were a table of 17 . We would like to say a big thank you to Jay for being super efficient, even though he was the only person working on tables he was brilliant ! Pizza hut you should pat this young man on the back . He was polite and efficient. Even under pressure he managed to smile and make sure all was ok . We will certainly be returning , hopefully you will recognise his dedication to your company. Thank you Jay !

My sister and I enjoy pizza but find shop bought gluten free pizzas rather bland. We really enjoyed our gluten free pizza here which had plenty of toppings accompanied by fresh salad We were served by two really happy, helpful staff members. Reasonable price too.

I Visited the restaurant for a nice buffet pizza lunch. Food was good and enjoyable with a variety of pizza choices and fresh salad bar which I felt was good value for money. However, our waitress Pauline F was particularly annoying. She fluttered around our table hassling my mother and I constantly returning to our table at least five times during our visit and not for any particular reason. As much as I appreciate a good waitress she took being attentive to the next level which was not a good experience.

Lovely waitress called Abs served us, she was polite and great with the kids. My daughter son and his couple of friends, plus me and my husband. The service was good and they bought some ice cream out with sauce and a candle for my son. The pizza were fine so was the salad bar nothing amazing but what you would expect from a chain restaurant tasty and filled the spot. People are whom right negative views each to their own. Obviously, but I’m sure it depends on the type of pizza you have and the toppings ie loads of cheese meat.. the pizza pay be a little bit greasy but what do you expect all pizza are the same unless homemade base or flatbread. We had a good overall experience and my son and his mates enjoyed it that’s all that matters. But extra shout out for Abs with her fantastic customer service skills and our little note on the bill was lovely thank you.

Will not be coming back again. The pizza was so greasy it was literally dripping with unnecessary oil and water from the frozen (and very dry) meats on top. It was also supposed to be a barbecue base but like last time I ordered it this seemed to have been forgotten. If they served pizza like this in Italy they would be laughed out the country!!!!

Long wait for food but we’re not advised of this before seating. People who were seated after us were served first. Had to chase up drink for my son. Wanted to order desserts but could not get staffs attention so just went up to tills to ask to pay and left. Will not be going back.

Servicio rápido como comida tranquila, deliciosa y buen servicio. Bonitos helados y alitas de pollo. La pizza era buena. Para obtener 5 estrellas necesitan mejor calefacción y limpiar la superficie con la máquina de bebidas. Aclamaciones

Basura total, no hay suficiente camarera a las 7:00 p.m. y más de precio y menos de pizza cocida. Yo y otros huéspedes le indicamos al gerente que la pizza estaba mal hecha y dijo que no, ¡solo que tiene muchas coberturas mojadas! ! !

La pizza de mi compañero estaba goteando aceite innecesario. No hay mantequilla de ajo para las picaduras de queso. . . el cual no tenia queso dentro. Se le ofreció ajo mayo fuera de la barra de ensaladas en su lugar. Realmente chicos? Solo en los bordes. No hay salsa BBQ para una base de pizza. . . así que usamos la salsa BBQ de la mesa. ¿Realmente no es tan difícil? Y para rematar, pelos encontrados. Lo único decente era la bebida.

Only popped in for a quick lunch but seemed to get a good choice and good value for money with the unlimited buffet.

I went for the Pizza buffet on Friday lunchtime. Went to pick up pizza at 12:50 but there was NO PIZZA on the counter! After waiting 6 long minutes, someone from the kitchen wandered out and I pointed out there was no pizza. She took a quick look in the kitchen area and told me it would be another 5 minutes !!! Finally one pepperoni pizza came out at 13:02. I really don't think that's acceptable for a buffet. A few minutes after the first pizza appeared, a reasonable supply of pizza followed. Secondly, neither of the plate warmers were working, so all plates were stone cold. The last time I went to this restaurant was about 10 months ago and the plate warmers were not functional then either ... I assumed they just had an issue on that day and would have been fixed by now. The young female waitress was friendly and welcoming and was industrious in keeping tables cleared and cleaned. The male server was also friendly.

Emily at Gloucester was very helpful and polite. We had a complicated order requiring dietary changes and she was really good at arranging vegan cheese. I don’t normally use Pizza Hut but after such great service myself and friends would definitely use again. Thanks a lot!

Went here with my family on Sunday for dinner and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. They are making the best pizzas but there is a rich menu to choose from. The restaurant is really clean and tidy.

Ate here on Saturday evening and was greeted and seated by a very friendly and attentive waiter. Shown current deals and their new way to pay via their Pizza Hut app. Server promptly took order and we didn't have to wait long for meals/drinks/sides. Food was cooked well and there was a wide selections of salads at the salad bar. Toilets needed attention (I've never seen a clean tidy Pizza Hut toilet yet). The main issue we had was that once our main meal was served we were completely forgotten about for about an hour, despite servers regularly walking past our table and serving everyone else! Once I finally managed to get their attention, they were very apologetic and our desserts were sorted pronto. We had to go up to the till to pay (couldn't get anyones attention at the table), and were fairly fed up as we had been at pizza hut for nearly 2 hours which seemed fairly lengthy for a pizza and a pud for two!

Visited for a family birthday yesterday. Food was great. Everyone had pizzas except for me who had lasagne which was delicious. Waitress very friendly and efficient Service was great. Thank you for a great time.

I'm not one for GF pizza but the main bbq ribs alone ( had chicken wings too) and unlimited salad made this GF girl very happy. Staff are friendly helpful and efficient. We'll done Gloucester Sunday team 💪

Came here Saturday with a voucher we had for a birthday gift! Came at 2.30pm perfect time may I add all of the lunch people had gone and dinner not arrived. We were seated promptly the manager had the staff all running in sync was quite nice to watch! All of our food was fresh hot and yummy I really couldn’t fault one thing! Will be going back again!

Booked in for a lunchtime exam celebration. Place was very busy. kids parties going on etc... staff were ok but kept forgetting drinks order! pizzas very disappointing, hardly any topping, very dry especially for the extortionate prices they charge. Salad cart was a total mess. I just can't understand why you would let your children go up unattended to get their own! everything was all over the place and mixed in with everything else. There was even a member of staff stood there saying absolutely nothing! Parents need to get a grip and supervise their children instead of leaving them to run riot! Definitely wouldn't go back.

Lovely service with informative staff (told me about a deal where I can get free food if I collect points) very tasty hot pizza and a friendly atmosphere.

This place is easily accessible with plenty of parking. As is usual at Pizza Hut there was plenty of side dishes as well as plenty of pizza to choose from. Drinks are expensive. The staff are pleasant and service is good and efficient. The toilet facilities could do with a bit of a clean. Would recommend as a treat.

First time in this place for many years snd it will be the last. It was very expensive for what seemed a small amount of food. The salad area was not very appetising when you watch small children pick food up with their hands then put it back. Not the place to see children coughing over uncovered salad etc. The starters we ordered for two was ok but pricey. The pizza was ok but I thing getting one made at Asda would of been just as good. Not impressed.

For one price, the buffet pizza lunch is eat as much as you like. Great location and plenty of free parking. But there's no escape if there is a very disruptive family who refuses to control their ill disciplined children.

I have not been to Pizza Hut for awhile and was looking forward to it but the service was shocking a waitress arrived as we sat down before we had a chance to look at the menu and then no one came back so I had to get a waitress .The options were not explained but the pizzas when they arrived were very nice but I think £25.00 for 2 pizzas was expensive it's only a pizza

Intentó canjear una oferta, pero el director no estaba teniendo. Acabé de llegar de la oficina en el teléfono para que honor la oferta como el gerente sólo aceptaría de ellos que estaban siguiendo los términos y condiciones de la oferta. Era mucho esfuerzo y nos hizo sentir muy incómoda, así que optamos por bolsas de comida para el perro cuando llegamos. La Pizza estaba bien, nada especial. No será aquí.

Una vez almuerzo visita por tres, el restaurante no estaba muy lleno y nos sentamos rápidamente por un agradable cap. Pedimos el buffet y unos lados. Por este tiempo varios más gente había llegado a comer. El buffet era fresco aunque no demasiada variedad de pizza, pizza fresca fue sustituido pero no lo suficientemente rápido para la cantidad de clientes, el bar de ensaladas era fresco y completo, aunque no hay tomates, nuestro lados llegó muy caliente y en buen tiempo. El camarero era alegre y agradable. La comida estaba bien aunque un poco caro, no estoy seguro de que fue una buena relación calidad-precio, pero vale la pena una visita.

Yo tenía esperanzas muy alto para una visita muy agradable aquí. . . Sin embargo, lo que más me decepcionó fue por desgracia. El servicio era muy normal, agradable, pero nada especial. Los aperitivos eran promedio asimismo, comestible y sabrosa, nada especial. Los platos principales estaban sin embargo más decepcionante, la cantidad de las pizzas eran de lo más decepcionante y mala relación. Eran sosas y muy básico no valía la pena, mala calidad y cantidad. La Máquina de helados, que es siempre lo más destacado de pizza hut también era bastante pobre. Era barato parecen basureros mala calidad del helado que terrones de hielo, muy decepcionado: no recomiendo este lugar ya que parece que han bajado en picado de forma significativa como siempre solía ser impresionados. Evita este lugar, ya que fue decepcionante. . .

Tan triste, como solía ser el lugar favorito para nuestros hijos; pero ha ido rápidamente cuesta abajo durante el año pasado, y nuestra última visita era tan mala que simplemente nunca volveré.

Comida como se espera con una corta espera para la comida caliente bien presentado para llegar - dio una calificación de 4 estrellas, aunque como me sentí la limpieza dejaba algo que desear, como un número de mesas fue dejado claro por algún tiempo.

We went as a family , at the time they had a deal on don't think they was expecting it to be so Busy, they had completely run out of chips and certain steaks,went to get my drink and the glasses were all smudgey , the salad bar was a complete mess food everywhere , we waited for over an hour for our food , didfeel for the waiter but he did stay calm and was patient and helped as much as he could.So well done for that they definitely didn't have enough staff

Quickly seated and served. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere great food. Bit noisy but that's OK, it was someone's birthday.

Went here the other night, it was so rammed we had to wait for a seat. Our waiter was very polite. I was disappointed they had run out of the cream sauce for the pizza so had to settle for something else. I struggled to find any clean glasses and when I returned with our drinks it turned out to be fizzy water. I notified someone and they were fairly quick to replenish the machine. We waited a good hour for our food to arrive but it was nice. We were in a rush so I wanted to order a dessert but no one was attending to us, I got up and approached a waitress to order but she insisted I wait for our original server to order it.. Thankfully it came fairly promptly and I wolfed it down before we paid (we had a voucher-could explain why it was so busy?) Overall it was ok, hopefully they won't be as busy next time

Not one to really review fast food chain restaurants but worth noting the staff were excellent here. Took my daughters for a pizza. good selection at the salad bar and the kids pizzas were very good. drinks choice limited but we already knew that. kept the kids happy!

Pizza Hut is made or broken by the staff. In this case they were friendly and helpful, We have a coeliac daughter so it's always hit and miss as to whether the staff have had the right training. In this case they seemed to know what they were talking about and went the extra mile to look up allergens for us. It was getting busier as we left and service was starting to become less attentive.

Got here about 7pm and it was very quiet, only 2 other tables in at the time. Had to wait to be seated and when we were we were seated in a round booth. The seats were very dirty but table was clean. Had to wait 20 mins for someone to come over to take our order. Salad bar looked clean but glasses at drinks station very dirty. Syrup had ran out on the pepsi max but someone topped it up quickly. Ladies toilets were disgusting. Food came out quick and was nice. My son had ice cream factory for pudding. All the spoons were dirty so asked for a clean one. Had to wait a long time for someone to get a clean spoon so he ended up using a fork! I ordered a cookie dough and got it when everyone else had finished, it took longer than the pizza. One member of staff looked like she didn't want to be there but the other 2 were happy.

Great pizza, genuinely outstanding staff, quick service. Extremely clean salad and soda bar. The team work really well together and it shows. Very clean restaurant and toilets. Thank you.

We ate here for the buffet lunch with our 2 young children we was sat to a table by a very rude man who just chucked the menus on the table then a woman came over our server pauline and grabbed me by the arm and said she would be back in a min she was very rude trying to sell me the special offer when we went in for a buffet lunch I ordered a refillable drink and my husband ordered a water then she made a comment about how we couldn't share drinks she slammed the bill on the table before we even started eating didn't communicate with us all all threw out our vist the pizza was OK but the salad was all disgusting looked like it had been left there for a few days I waited 5/10 mins to pay because she was messing around with a mobile phone and she then complained about me paying by card I definitely will not be visiting again

Noisy, expensive, greasy food, dirty around salad bar and ice cream station areas. If you want a meal where cost/quality doesn't matter then this is the place for you. However, if you have a taste bud and a need for value for money then you would be better off getting a sandwich and coffee from Gregs!

Nice quick place to pop into grab lunch they do a buffet style lunch for just under £8 what includes all you can eat. It's quick and easy and deffently fills you up.

I visited Pizza Hut on 12/9/16 in the evening with friends.We were looked after by a lovely server called Leah, who couldn't do enough for us. She was amazing, the same goes for the other servers.Lovely quick service and great food.We were 3 happy customers!

Yummy pizza, ordered as takeaway due to being tight on time - was ready when we got there. Helped myself to the salad bar, and they didn't quibble when the lid didn't close. Excellent service. I was ordering from memory instead of looking at the website; the lady did a brilliant job of sussing out what I wanted. Easy parking, easy to find. Top marks!

Went here for a birthday celebration. Barely acknowledged by staff despite there only being one other table there. Took ages to have our order taken. When food finally arrived lots of it was burnt. They did replace one pizza. Asked for some plain ham to replace the black ham on pizza and waitress brought over a slice- carried it over with her bands and plonked it on the plate! Son only ate one piece of pizza as the rest was inedible. Plates were not cleared from the table at all. Constantly having to ask for things from waitress e.g. can we order.very disinterested response. Salad bar messy and needing replenishing. Food and cutlery on the floor. To top it off I m now suffering from bad stomach cramp s after eating here. One to avoid! No body bothered to ask how the meal was - probably because they knew how poor the standard was!

We have been here alot and recently its not been good but today was appallingWhen we walked in the first thing I noticed was the state of the place, the kitchen area on the right has cutlery on the floor and the two staff in there were just stood next to it there was food and sauce all on the floor around the salad bar Yes I know it's Saturday and quite busy but really it takes a couple of minutes to sweep up surely that would be better than risking someone slippingWe were showed to our table which the floor again had food on it So now we wait no one came to ask what we wanted to drink. We sat chatting and after 20-30 minutes my daughter asked have you ordered mom? No I hadn't we hadn't even been acknowledged since being seated and yes it was quite busy but we have been when it has been much busier and there were quite alot of staff but not really doing muchAt this point we decided to leave again this was not noticed until we got to the door and one staff member said thank you very much I guess he thought we had eaten Never again come on Pizza Hut there's no excuse for this

A good pizza hut, looks like it has had some kind of refit and nicely laid out. Bigger range of foods now not just pizza.

The food is distinctly average but you know that. There are now gastro-pizza restaurants across Gloucestershire. Is that even a word? We were on our way home and needed a quick and easy lunch. We live nearby so were passing and remembered it was Pizza buffet time. We had 40 minutes to feed our kids the free salad and some lukewarm pasta and the remains of the pizza.BUT Super waitress saved the day! She brought, yes delivered a plate of new margharitta pizza to us, yummy, fresh tasty pizza. Sadly not a lot new was made and when the good pizza with flavour ran out all that was left abandoned was generic average joe food.So really this review is that there is excellent service and can do happy to help and sometimes that kind of service deserves to lift up the overall experience to very good for a young family with a 3 and 6 year old boys!

We went last night with friends (group of 8) and it took a while to make a table up for us even though it wasn't to busy. We ordered new crisp starter for 2 and pizzas for 8. We ended up only getting 1 of the crisp starter and ribs as they only had 1 portion left. They have a cheek to charge near £5 for a small portion of crisps with a few spots of cheese. The pizzas came and one of them was wrong credit to them they gave us a new one and let us take the error home in a box. This didn't help the fact my daughter had to wait till everyone was nearly finished before she got her pizza. Also a few of the pizzas were really under cooked (base) so ended up eating with a fork and knife....for a pizza isn't very good! Thankfully I won't be back as I don't live in the area. Not the normal service from Pizza Hut to what we are used too!!!!

The kids had decided that they wanted to eat here on Sunday afternoon so we ran to make a booking. When we arrived the staff had not written the booking into their book- as the place was full of birthday parties we had to wait for a single table by the door. Also several elements of the salad buffet were empty so we had to ask staff to refill them.The main course was surprisingly pleasant, but the overall service left a bad taste.

Long been a fan of Pizza hut, but I don't think it is as good as it used to be. Regularly used to do lunch in the peel centre one (sadly now closed) My food was good. Had a cheesy bite to share. The waitress was nice enough. Just think its all got rather expensive for posh cheese on toast! Obv not the fault of the staff. Plenty of parking on site. Looked clean enough to me.

I ate here with family for lunch on a weekday. It wasn't overflowing with people but there was a nice atmosphere.Good selection of pizzas on the buffet.The one issue we did have was when we paid the bill by card. Was handed the machine to enter the pin and was given receipt. As the waitress was wandering off we checked the receipt and it was for more than double the amount of the bill!!Called over to the waitress who was about 5 metres away who without turning around said "I know what I've done... I'll get my manager".The young manager fiddled around with a till for a while and then came over to refund and then recharge us with the correct amount.Something went amis here because you usually check the amount before entering a pin but when the machine was given it was on the enter pin screen.The issue was rectified but it pays to check our receipts!

Ok for a quick lunch cos it felt like they wanted us out quick, quick quick! Staff are rushed off their feet so couldn't really ask them for anything. Ok experience, but why do they always stink of garlic?

Used to love Pizza Hut but definitely not as good as it used to be. Prices seem high for pizza though do include a "free" salad. Boys love ice cream factory but I think more using it than eating it!Had the Big Sharer, misleading I thought. Certainly not as much pizza as expected, sides (garlic bread, cheeses chips, chicken) very average. Cheese pretty horrible I'd say.Overall, for for a quick stop but no better than that.

Recently visited as a pit stop as we were passing through Gloucester on the way down south. I rang through the order so that we didn't have to wait long when we arrived. The pizza was ready just as we arrived and was piping hot and very tasty. Staff service both on the phone and at the restaurant was very good.

I took my two kids here for tea, it's one of their favourite restaurants. They each had the veggie pizza, I had the pepperoni (yummy). There was a big debate about the "ultimate thin crust" and the "all american thin", then between us we had both, and there were no complaints. The salad bar is always a hit. Service was prompt and efficient. With drinks it came to about £35.

Was sat down quickly and the server was very helpful. When the first pizza came out it was wrong. This was picked up before it reached the table and the server apologised and a new one was cooked quickly. The drinks machine wasn't working properly and the server returned with drinks quickly as well. All in all a good experience and i will go back soon.

Hadn't been to Pizza Hut for a while. Staff were friendly, food was fine, but had to wait a long time. We were seated amongst families (kids were noisy & annoying) when ideally as a couple it would've been better to seat us at the extremities.But then Pizza Hut is what it is. It does 'what it says on the tin'So no surprises there then

The kids love Pizza Hut so we decided to stop in after a day's shopping on the retail parks.We love the salad bar, although it gets a bit " same old thing" if you visit to often.The stuffed crust pizzas are really nice.We left with 2 happy kids and empty plates all round.Such a shame staff are kids and you have to wait si long to get attention from them.Meal offer made price acceptable for a family of 4.I would visit again, but maybe not for a few months.

Had a 241 main course voucher. Food much as you expect from a major chain, enjoyed the pizza and free salad bar. Even took some pizza home with us.

The pizza that was expertly prepared by John was divine, so fresh and plenty of choice from the lunchtime buffet. Our waiter was Dan H, the service he gave was spot on, he made us all feel like valued customers and nothing was too much trouble. He helped me considerably with what vegetarian option Pizza Hut create for their customers and had such a sunny disposition.

We (NZ tourists) found the service quick and courteous. Food was Ok too. This place has honest staff. I left my wallet with considerable cash somehow on the seat. A waitress kept it in safe keeping until we turned up 1/2 hr after discovering it missing. They deserve the bouquet we dropped off the next day.

Always find the atmosphere and service to be slow not sure if this is due to the service or ambience but I would not hurry back

Visited today for birthday lunch for my son and his friends. Pre-booked table for 4 kids and 2 adults. Restaurant had tables ready and decorated kids table with balloons. Welcoming and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Hadn't visited for a number of yrs and found restaurant immaculate, newly refurbished etc. Salad bar was fully filled and very clean and regularly refilled and cleanliness maintained. A staff member praised another for good work and the atmosphere was great. If you want a pizza from Pizza Hut in Gloucester this is the one to visit! Thank you for a lovely visit to all the staff working at lunchtime today 28/3/15 you are a credit to your company!

the advertised opening hours on the door were different to what they actually opened, so notes on the doo of the changes they were not that busy but 10 minutes after they opened they had run out of pizza buy the time there was 15 people in there they had no pizza available at all people had to stand waiting we didn't have a lot of spare time and if we knew they opened 30 mns earlier than advertised we could of had more time to eat and wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stooped at short notice with friends and needed a table for 12. All fitted in very well, good service and food.All cooked well and kids loved it.

Из плюсов - много места внутри ресторана, есть куда поставить коляску, если пришли с маленькими детьми. Качество блюд хорошее. Сидел за сдвоенным столом, между столами были крошки от прошлых гостей. Мороженое принесли без ложек, пришлось просить дополнительно.

Delivery man was great but strangely sat in the car for few minutes not sure what he was doing! I ordered Veg Sizzler but the pizza was smelling with beef and other ingredients it never came with extra toppings!

Was with the rowing lot as we were up for Gloucester Regatta and popped in as it was close to our campsite, we all ordered food and as it was very quiet i guess that a group of about 20 of us was a suprise but they muddled up my order so i got a free large pizza

Quick helpful friendly service. Food arrived really quickly. Noisy but as it's child friendly this is expected. Love the new flavourings on the refillable coke. And cookie dough dessert is lush!

fab resturant came hear after the rugby game you always know what you get hear good food great service always fast service and with a smile..had the bbq bonanza which was an exellant choice nice crust and light base and with plenty of topping

We visited here for a family lunch. Since we were a party of 6 adults and 2 children I rang in advance. When we arrived we were greeted by a very polite young man who confirmed that they had put tables together ready for us. The service was excellent and the food exceeded my expectation. It is a chain outlet but it was ideal for our group ranging in age from 3 to getting on for 70.Our visit was on a Saturday so the unlimited buffet was not available. This in turn meant that the premises were not overcrowded.

Waiting staff were fantastic :) Happy and Helpful. The pizzas we had were really lovely . I had the Veggie one as I am on a diet and it was really good. The salad bar was good . I never think these salad bars are up too much , but it was all fresh. Drinks unlimited always a good idea when you have got teenage children. Would defo go back again.

Popped in for lunch after shopping with hubby and son we were met by a very friendly waitress Pauline who took our orders. Did not wait too long for food we had a large pizza and the smaller one with stuffed crusts both were very nice. We then had three icecreams which we helped ourselves to and were to die for! The only thing that bothered me were the dorito chips that were squashed on the floor by our table that the previous customer had left behind.

Ordered a pizza for collection from the branch we always use. Was told 20-25 minutes, got there and was told to wait as wasn't ready. I paid and waited. After 45 mins I asked where my pizza was. The waiter asked chef who said they have no deep pan pizzas and we will have to wait longer. I was never told of the no deep pan. I was offered free drink, salads and ice cream for this inconvenience. I asked to speak to the manager but he was in kitchen 'dealing with something else' so the trainee manager was there. After another 15 mins still no manager nor pizza. Manager finally arrived and gave us a £20 voucher. Was nice gesture but we were starving. We took our pizza home. The pizzas given were stuffed crust, thin base and were dry and overly garlicky and tasted of cardboard. I just want to mention how lovely Ronaldo the trainee manager was. He is a credit to your company and couldn't do enough to help us. Awful experience!!!

Had lunch there a few times Generally clean and well designed. Good salad bar and service is good. The usual Pizza Hut menu . Free parking and no problem finding a space. Pizza Hut offers free re-fill on some of the drinks. Food was nice and reasonably priced.

Pizza hut mmm can smell it before you see it!Great occasion for teens.Can be expensive so if willing to share food then all good - if not expensive!

We dropped by at 9pm, there where a couple guys on shift and just wanted to say they where great, nothing was too much problems, food was great any problems with any thing they came and sorted it. We will be returning next time we are in Gloucester x
