Came here as a family of 4, had the buffet meal each with the kids having ice-creams and drinks, really nice food as always and the staff were friendly, needless to say we all left stuffed

Thought I would give Pizza hut at Scunthorpe another go.. although I wish I had not bothered. Was told on arrival you must use the app to order and card only. I do not like using the app and when explained they said this will be the case in future and they was very rude. The buffet was very cold and poor selection. The restaurant was nearly empty and they couldn't be bothered to bring out any fresh pizzas. There was no staff and the atmosphere was dead. The buffet is very expensive - drinks should be included in the price.

Server KaydeeN was a credit to the company. Very patient and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. All courses came quickly. 10/10

On arrival we were told its card payment only, I expressed my disappointment at that, waitress response - ignored Shown to a table a had the electronic ordering presented to us so I again expressed my displeasure I prefer to be served by a human, waitress response - ignored. Hardly any buffet out so not much to choose from and the pizza was completely cold and put on cold plate. My 2nd visit to buffet was slightly better bit still on cold plate. When asked if we enjoyed and if food ok I said it was stone cold, again this was totally ignored. This seems to be common whichever Pizza Hut you go to now, they don't deserve our hard earned money, would encourage a boycott.

Weve not had pizza hut in 4-5 years because of its high pricing. Usually high priced food is the best, not at all we go 2 pizzas for £55, we couldnt use our promotional voucher due to it only working in delivery huts. Anyway we were looking forward to it as im not a fan of takeaway pizza from the high street takeouts, The pizza was hot and had a really nice smell to them, however i started eating the pizza and all i could taste was the herbs it tasted like the cheap and nasty puree most takeouts use which is depressing because like i said the price is really high.

Just been to the Pizza Hut in Scunthorpe with my Wife, Son & our 3 Grandsons, the food & service were amazing. I would also like to say a big thank you to Bex the manager, she is lovely & nothing was to much trouble, keep up the great work guys.

Very bare pizza, left a lot to be desired, staff were lovely though which made up for the lack of toppings. When we mentioned the pizzas aren't like they used to be , the staff member advised that they now measure ALL toppings including cheese , for the prices of the pizzas it's just not good enough & we will not be returning , very disappointing

Place was empty when we arrived except for a gentleman who also seemed to be having a problem with getting food. Shown to the table and given menus.Told we had to order and pay via the barcode on the table as it was card only. Then when paying it has the nerve to ask if you want to give a tip. Glasses brought to help ourselves to drinks. Food was fresh enough but had to sit there with no pizzas ready to eat despite only 4 lots of customers in. Not the best experience of a Pizza Hut. We also had an elderly relative with us who couldn’t do justice to the buffet price. Maybe a pensioner portion o price might be an option.

Thought I would give pizza hut scunthorpe another go. Wish I hadn't bothered. There are no staff. When the member of staff bothers to come out the staff room they can't be bothered with anything. The chef looked so fed up. He served no choice of pizzas in the buffet. Cold thin rubbish food. He also needs to wear a hair net on that beard. The atmosphere was poor. No customers because of the prices. Over priced cold food..never again

This has got to have been the worse pizza we have ever had we order tomato base with cheese pepperoni and mushroom and we got a poorly made tomato and pepperoni and mushroom but cheese wasn’t exactly noticeable or taste wasn’t there either garlic bread with cheese also was poor only half of the slices was with cheese other half no cheese

If you were bankrupted by Covid, or are unemployed, you are not welcome at Pizza Hut. They do not accept legal tender.

Went in for the buffet menu, got sat down around 14:10 (buffet finishes at 15:00). Ordered using the tables QR code paid for buffet and a side of fries. Got up and started at buffet counter around 14:15 went up twice and on the second occasion my side of fries that I had paid extra for had been taken away from the table even though I still had half the portion left? Third and final sitting for the buffet went up and got 2 more slices at around 14:45 and it’s a good job because at 14:50 they had cleared the entire buffet counter but as a paying customer surely they shouldn’t be clearing anything before 15:00? Food and drinks were spot on but service was awful and rude.

Got in, manager explained to me how to use the meerkat movies discount code on checkout. Ordered food on the app (you have to and it’s card only) the code didn’t work, he told me “it’s worked every time before” anyway another more helpful colleague gave me some other code to use which also didn’t work, then he put the order through manually for me. He unhelpful manager then tried to get another member of staff to tell us our order hadn’t come through. This was because the manager had then decided inbetween this time that he was not accepting meerkat meals codes during the Xmas holidays. He came over and said “oh about that I need a little word with you!! I forgot to say we don’t accept codes in school hols” no mention on this on the exclusions on the app. He had just made it up himself, he said “but it’s ok I have added the discount as we had already had a conversation” like he was doing me a favour!! Told me in future I can’t use it in holidays, little man on a power trip making it up as he goes along! Very strange! Heard another couple having it out with him as we left!

Though we hadn’t pre booked the staff got us in in 30 mins ( inspite of the screaming,riotous kids celebrating their respective birthdays. Taking advantage of the Meerkat benefits we had a very delicious meal with pizzas, garlic bread and jalapeño cheese bites.The sumptuous sides was very filling and of course the bottomless salad bowl was brilliant. A notable mention should be made of the young servers who were courteous and ready to help.

So they refuse to accept cash and expect me to do their job of ordering my own food online so there is no waiting staff to speak of when you need anything or want another drink 🤬 disgusting the way they now treat their customers

Visited Scunthorpe Pizza Hut yesterday for a takeaway, had to wait a long time due to party they had in. The pizza was so disappointing to the point that it was inedible and went in the bin. It was stone cold and tasted like cardboard. I paid £25 for two pieces of cardboard very disappointing, having had lunch in there and had previously enjoyed it I was so upset.

Visited this lunchtime for the buffet, really welcoming atmosphere, all staff very helpful and friendly, superb salads, lots of pizza choice all nice and hot. Restaurant very well organised and very clean, a credit to the manager and the staff. Will definitely be back!

I often eat here for the buffet lunch, however I have had to cancel my debit card, and only had cash to pay, I was told it was app only and would be unable to dine, crazy

When we got there there was no one in the place. The lady was pleasant and showed us to the table, giving us a menu and said she would be back in a few mins.... 15 mins later i had to find her to give our order! Still took a while to wait for the food even though. Hate to think what the service would be like if it was busy!

I was staying in the Travelodge hotel and they said I could have a spare pizza as I had no money and was struggling at the time and the manager said I could have spare pizza to help me out with food and then the attitude was disgusting and turn round and stop doing it. I visited here today for the lunch buffet, £7.99 each. We waited over 5 minutes to be seated & about 15 until the waitress came back to take our order. I’m vegetarian & there were hardly any choice on the pizza buffet. On my first visit there were no pizzas without meat, so I had to go back in 10 minutes. When I returned I managed to get some cheese pizza & that was it. I went back to see if there was any other choice & was told the onion pizza would be out in 10 minutes. By the time we finished our meals, we still hadn’t got the drinks we ordered! We were ready to ask for the bill when they arrived, so we told the waitress we didn’t want them. There was no point waiting for the bill because we would still be there now. So we joined the queue with other fed up customers & paid at the till. I did feel sorry for the young waitress because she looked run off her feet. They definitely need more staff here & I don’t think we will be returning until that happens.

We had been to Alton Towers for the day, so an early start and a lot of walking and queuing for rides. After a 2 hour journey home we were ready for something to eat and chose Pizza Hut as it is straight off the motorway exit. It wasn't too busy and we were seated straight away. The waitress, Sally H according to the receipt, was extremely friendly and helpful while we were trying to decide on our meals. The drinks were served very quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. This time seemed like only a few minutes, as we helped ourselves to the free salad bar. So from a dad and 2 hungry kids, we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The kitchen organisation in this restaurant is absolutely appalling and when you do eventually get your food it is very mediocre.

Absolutely rubbish!! Waited ages for pur pizza which we saw sat on the side for 10 minutes before somebody eventually brought it over. Nobody bothered to check on our food. We sat there for a further half an hour after we had eaten with empty plates sat in front of us, wanted to order a dessert but didn’t look like anyone was going to come to us anytime soon, had to walk to the till to pay our bill. When we go there we asked if we could take a dessert out, the reply was well you’ll have to wait a while; what kind of service is that when you have booked and eaten in. Shockingly poor service, it wasn’t even busy and there was plenty of staff on that was was wondering around, I genuinely do not think they know what they are doing and need serious training or a supervisor/manager to take control. Really quite embarrassing, will never be returning again!!!!!! PATHETIC

Thought we would try it again, big mistake, my pizza arrived 25 minutes after the rest of the party's and was cold. 15 minutes later a replacement arrived and was not as ordered and underdone. This has happened several times before so definitely crossed off my list. Wondered why it was not busy now know why.

We booked pizza hut last minute for a birthday meal. There were 9 of us. We were seated quickly and our waitress was lovely. We placed our order and our food was delivered. A stack of plates was brought to our table and when we handed them out, they were dirty! Cucumber stuck on them, ketchup marks, and melted cheese. One of the pizzas was also wrong so one person didn't eat with everyone else. Then a replacement pizza was fetched out. Again it was wrong! So one person went without. Then onto the ice cream factory. The bowls were dirty again! Sauce and food residue found. All in all, not a great visit!

Very first time to a Pizza Hut and will be the last. Food served for the children could have been bought from a shop and was overcooked, My pizza was mediocre and nothing to write home about. The prices were not really obvious on the menu and was shocked on how much the bill came to at the end. Very disappointed and would have expected a lot more quality in the food for the money.

Usually when I go to Pizza Hut I order a veggie pizza for my husband and I just partake in the salad bar, or I treat myself to a cheese less pizza and he pouts-but Pizza Hut now have violife which means he eats a vegan pizza and doesn’t complain and I get my cheese fix without any animal cruelty. Brilliant. They also put the right amount of violife on the pizza, not so much that it’s dripping off but not so little that it makes me angry that I have to pay £1 extra for it! The staff were really good on this visit and the salad bar was replenished quickly. The only thing that would make it better would be to remove the extra charge for violife, but I get it that’s a move for HQ to make!

Lots of dirty,uncleared tables,moved about until table cleared,not the table we wanted. Staff were useless didn't seem to know what to do. The centre food consul had hardly any food on it. One of the drinks in the drinks dispenser had run out,the one we all wanted. Our order sat on the pass for about 10 minutes before someone eventually delivered it to our table,meals were not appetising and cold. Brought us the wrong starters,total disaster,first time for about a year since we have been,has it changed management? Won't be returning ever again.service,food,value all rated a big zero.

Paid a visit recently and couldn’t fault it. Good food, served quickly and a very friendly server, unfortunately can’t remener her name but nothing was too much trouble. Good tip is to download the Pizza Hut app for some good offers.

we tend to avoid pizza hut in general but it was next to the shops we wanted to go too and thought we would have the buffet. in general service a little ropey not horrendous just not overly attentive. the menu has generally improved and nowadays they do fries. so we got the buffet, it was ok. its always pot luck to what pizza is there ready when you go up. salad bar pretty decent though, and unlimited refill on fizzy drinks is a plus. i think in general pizza hut has been swallowed up by other pizza chains and is left in the young family market, its basically aimed at that too. we left full and didn't spend a fortune, it is what it is.

Used to love coming to Pizza Hut but have to say after last nights visit I don't think we'll return. It's been a while since we were last here and sadly things have gone downhill. The menu choice is shocking compared to previously not to mention the significant increase in price. We had one pizza to share, two soft drinks and a pudding each and it's cost £40!! Needless to say the pizza wasn't actually that good and I don't doubt I could have got it from the local takeaway for a fraction of the price. The staff were friendly and polite but I can't even say the service was worth the money, we spent the majority of our 2 hour visit waiting for someone either to seat, serve us or clear our plates and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. Estuve con un amigo en el 1. 30:00 h. Decidimos ir para el buffet. Sólo una persona no era un rato antes de pedir. Cuando mi amigo y yo fuimos a conseguir la comida el stand donde la pizza debería haber sido estaba vacío. No es una porción de pizza! Otros clientes también se destacó por no sé qué hacer. Un miembro del personal con una vuelta de vino pan de ajo partido, ella no se veía a nadie en el ojo y evitar todas las preguntas. Parecía que ella estaba teniendo un mal día. Decidí tomar algunas ensaladas y esperar la pizza. Pendiente abierta y 10 minutos más tarde, no ver pizzas puesto. Sólo uno fue etiquetado vegetarianos, así que no estoy seguro de lo que los otros. El sabor estaba bien, pero el ambiente y la limpieza del restaurante dejaba mucho que desear.

When we first arrived there was no staff at all - only a few customers in sight ! there was food waiting on the side to be taking out to the customers going cold. Eventually one came out of the back staff room. There was only one other member of staff on and she looked so mardy and fed up. Then they stood talking to each other instead of taking orders and cleaning the tables, etc They need more friendly staff like they used to have and get rid of theses members of staff as they are spoiling what used to be a nice restaurant.

Went her for lunch with friends. Didn't have to queue and got seated quickly. We ordered the buffet which was okay. Plenty of choice but the salad station was very picked over. The tables were sticky and appeared grubby. And the vegetarian option was only cheese and tomato.... disappointing really but okay for a quick bite.

We called here on way home from car shopping. It took the waitress ages to come back and take our order. We had to shout for a different girl to come over only for her IPad not to work (bring back the notebook) she eventually got another waitress to take our order. We decided on a sharing pizza. Half the spicy one. And half the steak and cheese (not the proper names) both wasn't great and I only ate a few slices of the spicy one. The steak one was horrible!!! The salad bar was fine. The deserts were ok.Service just a little shabby and pizzas not as good as they used to be. Won't be going to Pizza Hut again for a while.

Wednesday afternoon : tired hungry teenager and flagging mum need somewhere to eat reasonably quickly and inexpensively. The daughter decides on Pizza Hut.... Shown to a table relatively quickly and then .... nothing,,, for over 20 minutes, despite having been reassured that someone would be over soon to take our drinks order and the fact less than half the tables were occupied. By the time our food eventually arrived we were ravenous! Unfortunately we found both pizzas so greasy, and the chips had the distinct aroma of old, overused, stale oil, that we were unable to eat even half. After waiting for over 15 minutes hoping one of the staff would notice we'd stopped eating we had to go find someone in order to ask for our bill. With just two virtually inedible pizzas, two fries and two milkshakes coming in at over £40 I was not impressed!

Popped here after work for some tea as been a couple of times before and thought it was ok , we opted for a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, onion rings and chips , the pizza turned up and it was poor and tasteless , 10 mins later onion rings turned up that were just the cheap frozen ones and by the time the chips turned up we'd finished so sent them back , when the bill came it was about £45 which for one pizza and some frozen onion rings I think is terrible . Won't be visiting again !

Quick Service with welcoming smile . Food was excellent , had margarita to share but beware regarding the drinks and their price. Ask for free tap water with ice and lemon and urge your taste buds to have several bowls of nutritious salad.

Pizza Hut is not as it used to be. I used to enjoy going, but now, all I tasted was lots of sugar and salt and minimal taste - basically, it was dreadful! We will not be going again!!We also thing H&S should check the salt and sugar input, as we are sure the amounts added to food is well over the maximum allowed

I have titled this as sticky floor as when I left the table to go to the gents you could hear my feet making a noise with every step as some sticky substance as on my shoes. I am guessing that other guests had spilled drink somewhere and I was the beneficiary. We were welcomed to the table quickly but then waitress seemed to be slow to come back to us to take our order despite not being busy.The salad buffet is one of those that customers over time manage to get something from one bowl in to another so doesn't look that appealing by the time you get there.The pizza was ok but too large for a couple to share, which means either a lot of fat people or they take it home for breakfast.I ordered the salted caramel cookie dough. It didn't taste great and soon realised i had been given chocolate chip cookie dough but my try of this one put me off trying the right dessert. Waitress commented that she is allways making this mistake.Soda fountain is unlimited refill which in one way is good but you can soon see the effect it has on kids as parents leave them to it. I think if i was with a family then maybe this place works but for couples I would go for one of the other Pizza chains.

As my title states - the wife is pizza mad. Her diet is mostly pizza. So she justifies the fact that pizza hut has a salad bar that there is some healthy option going on etc. Generally speaking, a normal pizza hut brand it seems apart from the customer service is an eternity and the girls serving most of the time want to go home, check their mobile phones or generally gossip in the corner. Oh well - no different to most pizza huts.

My boyfriend and I visited Pizza Hut earlier today. We were sat down straight away and were told who our server was. A few minutes later we were ready to order, asked the waitress who told us one minute. Five minutes later we asked again to be told one more minute. After twenty minutes no-one had taken our order and two other groups who came in after us had been served. Not happy!

My partner and I called here for something to eat. We have not been for years. Seems their menu as vastly been improved. We had a feast fit for a King. The cheese chips were absolutely delish. However we did order too much because the portion sizes were huge. Well worth another visit.

This particular pizza hut has been dirty since it opened. When I visited there was crumbs on the table and the help yourself drinks bar is always wet and never has the drinks it specify. The pizza is always tasty but we asked a waitress if we could move because it was too loud and she said no. My final point is that the music is always turned up too loud. It is just this branch though i have been in other pizza huts and they are much cleaner. shame really seen as it is the nearest to my house.

Haven't been for a few years ...and won't be again !! Only gud thing staff were nice ! Salad bowl size is a joke! Pizza's no were near the old standard very chewy...sweet was nice but for 40.00 for a two course could have gone to a really decent restaurant...sooo disappointing...

Called here on our way home from the airport, met some other family members. We were seated at a table which we had to get up from as if had not been cleaned the seats were also dirty. Took ages for staff to take our orders we had to get our own cutlery my drink didn't arrive had to ask for it. Pizza's were terrible in fact I would say one of the worst ever and at the price charged is extortionate

Had a Refurb a short while ago,prices increased at the same time! OK with a 2 for 1 voucher but otherwise a little expensive.Staff helpful, cheerful & busy, but had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken.

We had a good meal in friendly surroundings. With a small child and baby we felt relaxed. The meal was hot and served quickly. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked but the ice cream factory was slow and disappointing. The staff were very friendly. Pizzas are expensive but the salad bar is free. All told, an enjoyable visit.

We went for a family meal with 4 of us. We all ordered different pizzas. We all enjoyed the food so much that we are coming next week. Friendly staff without being over board. We had a good time thanks

Just been done up, very modern. It's spoilt by doing kids parties. They run around and mess around the ice cream bit.

Went as part of a family birthday for a child. I don't like pizza so had very little choice. Chose the lasagne which was nice and is served in an oblong dish which is a nice touch. The salad bar is nice and fresh and the staff are polite - but not overly fast at seating people. We had to queue to be seated. It is not IMHO cheap for what you get.

Me and my boyfriend went for a rare pizza visit.the staff member was rude.they brought our orders out wrong and jot cooked properly.refused to recook all the food again and was only willing to recook tge pizza that was wrong.ask to speak to manager but they wasn't allvailable.only agreed to redo it all when my boyfriend started kicking off over it.which is wrong as they should have listened to what I was saying and they wasn't.won't be visiting again

Took our grand children there after swimming ... It was lovely. The kids had off the kiddy menu good value indeed, they loved it ... We (me and hubby) shared a deal thing overall total £41 a bargain plenty of food, drinks and good with unlimited ice cream.. So excellent value will go back again.

Went to Pizza Hut last night with my husband and kids, all different ages, including 1 needing a high chair, served quickly and the waitress was very pleasant and accommodating, drinks brought out quickly, as vegetarians we opted for the shared for 2 with spicy veg pizza, frickles which are fried gherkins (sound disgusting but really nice) kids had pizza, baby had cheese pasta which was a bit bland, but still ok, it was expensive, coming out at £49 all in but we can't fault the food, or the service. Dessert was a cookie dough thing with ice cream and it was amazing!! Will go back, but not in a hurry coz of price

We visited pizza hut on Wednesday evening for a friends birthday after ordering our food around 7:30, they then came to let us know there was no chips left, my pizza was done wrong so they did me another, fair enough it was free of charge but i only ate 2 slices i didn't rate it as it didn't seem tasty and the peppers & onions were still hard, after the bill been incredibly expensive i then returned home to be extremely unwell all evening and the following day, I will never visit again

Got seated straight away & given menus.Opted for buffet.Salad bar was looking bit empty & as a vegetarian I had to Waite a little for pizzas to come out that I cud eat.But when they did they were delicious

This is a standard Pizza Hut and the good thing is you always know what you are getting. It is average prices but is very good for families which is the main market that it is aimed at.

Made a vow to myself never to visit Pizza Hut again last year, however, decided to give their new menu/concept a try. Ordered the ribs which were tasty, but, the restaurant was filthy. The seats were stained, rubbish on the floor and worst, the salad bar was a mess. Nobody was interested in tidying things up either, no apologies, no pride. Slow service and the only sign of management was a gent poking his head out the door once.

We went for our dinner today . The service was good . The food was good . The restaurant looked new and fresh . Altogether a good experience.

Can't fault Pizza Hut, all staff happy and friendly, we went at dinner time for the buffet and the price you pay for as many times as you want to go up and refillable drinks you can't go wrong. All types of different pizzas so different options for vegetarians ect. Great atmosphere, happy customers all round. Would defiantly recommend.

We stayed in Scunthorpe on our way to elsewhere to break up the journey. We picked pizza Hut as it was close to hotel. Haven't been to one in years but was very impressed. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were great, friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I waited a very long time for service in the takeaway section of this outlet while telephone orders were created and dispatched, seemingly without reference to the waiting customers. However, the new menu was excellent and somewhat worth the wait, hence the average score. Menu Excellent, service needs a rethink - if someone turns up at the door they should be dealt with promptly.

Went here as a treat for my niece as she had just got very good exam results the staff was very friendly and helpful plenty of salad good choice of pizzas which they kept filling up quickly choice of pasta which was hot

Takeaway menu good value. The hostess gave us complimentary drinks whilst we were waiting for our order to be cooked. A huge surprise and a friendly smile from the server.

Recently visited with my boyfriend, took 5 minutes to get seated even though it wasn't busy. Then took them a further 10 minutes for someone to bring over menus to us. Food came out relatively quick. But I waited 15 minutes for someone to clear out table so I could ask for the bill, the staff weren't even out on the shop floor they kept disappearing into the kitchen, so I had to call someone over. Once I had paid the bill, no body collected our money, I had to go and take it to someone. It seemed the staff were very lazy as it was clear we had finished our food and awaiting to pay.

We've been regulars at this Pizza Hut for many years and it isn't what it once was. The staff are professional, but could be more friendly. The new decor is good, but on this visit our table was wonky and we spent the entire time playing an entertaining game of 'don't tip the table and spill the drinks.' Also, we went for the buffet. The pizza was either cold or so hot that my son burnt his finger on one of the pans! The selection of pizza was poor, either veggie, ham or plain, mainly. No options with pepperoni, for example. Most pizzas had mushroom on them, which my husband doesn't like, so he was struggling to get his money's worth. I am pleased to see the changes to the ice cream factory, however. No more selecting sweets from tubs that have had the fingers of every child in North Lincs in them! That is an improvement.

Straight off the plane from holiday and we payed a visit to Pizza Hut on our way home, the place had had a refurb since our last visit, we were impressed to say the least. Opting for two large pizza and unlimited soft drinks, it was just what we needed after a long flight and having been up since 3am!! Unlimited salad was also in the menu, I have to say our eyes were too big for our bellies on this occasion. Staff were great and boxed the leftovers for us to enjoy later. Will definitely call again.

Decided on Pizza Hut lunchtime Buffet for two adults and four children (3,4,15,17) had to pay for 4 adults and two children and 6 soft drinks..... £52.00!! little ones ate 1 bread stick, cucumber and minimal pasta, teenagers had small amounts too, definitely not worth £52.00. ....disappointed.

I was really impressed with Pizza Hut in Scunthorpe, we were well received upon arrival and quickly seated the young girl who served us was great and ensured our experience was a positive one from start to finish i had a starter main and desert and none disappointed, they were all brilliant a really good touch was the refillable drinks, i had pepsi but the excellent part was you can choose to have 4 flavours with it so i tried three and all were really nice! Overall a really good experience and surpassed my expectations and would definitely return and recommend this place to others

Visited this chain on a Saturday lunch time. The service was super speedy and very welcoming. 5/5We got BBQ chicken bites to start which wasn't anything special but still nice, BBQ meat feast sharing pizza which was plenty big enough! I only managed 2 slices however my partner managed to finish off the other 6 slices. This came with salad bowl too which is my favourite part! I love the salad bowls, always have plenty of choice. Then we had hot chocolate brownie for dessert which was gorgeous! Also we had the bottomless drink which had fanta, 7up, Pepsi, diet Pepsi, and Pepsi Max. All of these had the option to add syrup flavours too of vanilla, cherry, strawberry and lime which was a great touch! They also had robinsons squash which you could dilute to your likening with the water. I'd give it 4/5 in total. The speed of food being served was great too. Never waited too long yet was just enough time to let the previous course settle. 5/5Overall a great chain of Pizza Hut and will definitely visit again also not expensive for the amount we got.

We went for my friends birthday. Great customisable pizzas but not a lot of non-pizza vegetarian options, which is a huge shame. They accidentally made our order twice so we got two of each pizza that we had. We tried to get money off the bill - even though it was only £85 for 5 people's deserts and mains - using a voucher code on my phone but it didn't work so they gave us 33% off the bill instead!

it was great the staff show you to the seat they do not russ you and the is all sort to pick and if you dont wont a starter you can just have pizza and a pudding if you not full from your pizza or pasta they dont just do pizzas

We were really pleased with this experience. We turned up on a busy saturday night, but this did not impact the quality of both the service and food. We ordered starters and two sharing pizzas between four of us. This was plenty- especially with the free unlimited salad.The salad was perfectly fresh and a variety of pastas, cous cous and potatoes were available- we were spoiled for choice. Everything arrived at promptly, but with enough space in between courses, allowing us to appreciate each course. Again, despite the busy atmosphere, the young staff were always happy to help and smiling throughout. It was a lovely experience, would definitely return!
