Food is amazing and Rauf is just the greatest! Thank you so much for a lovely culinary experience. I will be sure to return again as myself and the whole family really enjoyed

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con Pizza Hut Eastham, que es un conocido restaurante de pizzas, me reprendió de muy mala manera por no poner mi número de teléfono en mi pedido en línea, después de lo cual no recibí el pedido durante 50 minutos, los llamé , empezaron a regañarme. y gritando cuando mis hijos tenían hambre y estaban listos para dormir antes de cenar. También hablé con el gerente de Pizza Hut, quien también comenzó a regañarme porque estaban muy ocupados y por qué no puse mi número de teléfono, y me dijeron que cancelara mi pedido en lugar de esperar. Entiendo, el número de teléfono podría haber ayudado, pero podría haberme informado lo mismo cuando lo llamé, si fuera una necesidad, los pedidos de Pizza Hut no serían posibles sin los números de teléfono. El gerente estaba actuando como una pequeña tienda de kebabs, ¡NO PIZZA HUT! ! Tuve una experiencia terrible con ellos. Cuando él usó un lenguaje muy malo, le dije que repitiera sus palabras como me gustaría grabar esto. Entonces él golpeó el teléfono. Estoy muy feliz, tenía otro lugar al que darme la vuelta, en lugar de quedarme a la hora de la cena y romper el corazón de mis hijos. NO ORDENE AL JAMÓN ESTE, a menos que quiera ser tratado de una manera inmadura patética.

Puse mi confianza en ti para entregar un pedido grande, en un momento específico, a la fiesta de mis hijos en el East London Gym. Desde el momento en que entré en contacto con Danesh the Manager, fuiste servicial, cortés y profesional. Madou se hizo cargo del día con su excelente servicio al cliente, paciencia y atención al detalle con mi orden muy específico y variado. Los hombres ciclistas de la entrega fueron geniales al llevar toda la comida a la sala de fiestas y las pizzas estaban calientes y deliciosas y el pan de ajo se derretía en la boca - increíble trabajo en equipo - recomiendo usar esta ubicación de Pizza Hut - sigan con la excelente ¡trabajo!

Your customer service is appalling and your behaviour towards your customers was unprofessional and unworthy of basic customer service skills. You made the mistake on the order. This will be reported to head office and I will ensure this is taken further. You are rude and pathetic and that job roll should go to someone who needs it and deserves it.

So genuinely the staff are normally really helpful. I didn't ask for much apart from my green chilli's to be chopped into smaller peaces on my pizza. I was told after today they will no longer take any of my requests and That i will have to have it as they come in future. Little bit Disappointed as it really isn't to much to ask for. So I will no longer order from this Hut.
