Pizza Hut in Leeds

Little mistake all resolved quickly, food was great and hot, will definitely order from here again when I’m bare hungry

Sarcastic waiter and poor service. The food was also poor and cold. We had to ask 4 times for the plates to be taken and for the deserts to be brought. When they finally brought the deserts, we still had plates left on the table The toilets were disgusting and so unhygienic

I attended here with a group of summer school kids on 01/08/23 and given how busy the restaurant was the management were really patient with us, helping us to find the best deals to fit in our budget. Thanks guys!

Food was great but our time was spoilt by an extremely loud uncontrolled birthday party next to us. The kids were screaming and shouting to each other thd whole time, it was relentless. I don't mind kids having fun but Pizza Hut need to have some guidelines for kids parties as they are not the only customers!

I visited with 3 kids all hungry after doing the jump arena next door- absolutely empty - 3 pm on a weekend I wondered why. Really young girls all working here - which is fine but hardly any staff, no clear manager or organisation. No one older then 17. Waited to order, and ended up going to the desk only to have to wait for the girls to finish a conversation between themselves and be told they would come to the table. Again I went over, with 3 children impatient already, they came over to take our order. Then I had to chase up drinks as food arrived before these, I had to chase cutlery, missing food. May as well make it all completely self service. I had to ask for sauces for the ice scream factory- nothing well kept or clean here either at a self service station that is meant to be fun and independent for children. The toilets were unbelievably unclean - female. I can’t believe after covid this is the stand of toilets they are maintaining. They should be wiped around regularly with lots of families and young children here. As it picked up busyness with only 2 girls serving, I then had to chase the bill. I will not be returning again.

We had a large meal ordered for my twins birthday. Pizza was delivered promptly but, after we'd finished, no one came to remove the plates or to bring dessert. After 4 requests over a period of about 45 minutes, I eventually spoke to the manager to request the twins desserts be brought over asap. A further 5 minutes later we were given one dessert and 2 spoons When I told them we'd ordered 2 I was met by the response of 'Oh'. I spoke to the manager and he said he would sort it but we'd been there nearly 2 hours by then so I asked for a refund of the dessert we hadn't got. He offered to refund this hugely overpriced dessert as well as further discount by way of an apology. He took my order number and said it would be processed in the next couple of days. Over a week later and I haven't received anything at all. It seems that not only was the service appalling, the manager is also dishonest/ untrustworthy. I will never take my family to Pizza Hut again.

Lovely pizza with salad buffet all you want . All drinks you can..Great service by young staff and young manager ...will go back there for the same pizza again.

Good for a children's birthday party! my two loved it. good food reasonable price and bottomless what more could you want

good for desserts only (my personal opinion) staff was great and friendly, could've been a better experience in terms of atmosphere wise. There was a weird smell when we walk in and its not the first its very time which put me off

Food was great. There is as wide range of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The salad bar is exceptional.

Called in here a few times and it is always top notch, service is quick and friendly, the food is beautiful, little bit noisy as school holidays but no complaints ! Recommended.

Staff were there to greet us swiftly. We were seated within 10 mins, quicker than the suggested 35 mins. Started with drinks from the service station, and salad bar. We had a meat and a veg sharing platter, as our starter. Our mains consisted of a big sharer with 3 additional pizzas @£10.00 each in the sharer deal. We had a sharing chocolate cookie dough for deserts as well as coffee for the adults in the group. As well as the soft drinks, some had bottles of bud or San Miguel 2 for £6.00. Host, server and other staff were great. Cash tipped them £5.00 each. Coming back soon. Very soon.

I've usually enjoyed my pan pepperoni pizza here but this time not so good. There was far too much tomato sauce and same with cheese but not much pepperoni. It didn't taste half as good as normal so didn't eat it all. My husband didn't enjoy his large one for the same reasons as me. Not sure if there's a different chef but not sure if we'll be back for a long time. Not good.

Fast service, tasty pizza, free salad, pleasant atmosphere. You can't go wrong here. The only downsize was screaming kids running around next table. Not Pizza Hut's fault :D. We will be back!

Just been to Pizza Hut at kirkstall road, we didn't mind the 20 minute wait for a table as it was busy, after being for a further 20 mins we still hadn't been able to order drinks/food. When we politely complained the manager seemed to preoccupied with a staff conversation to care so we left, will never go back there again

It wasn't how I remembered, and perhaps a little rough around the edges, the staff looked un kept, which is fine if you are a student not serving food. He served was quite short on people skills especially with children and the buffet was out quite a time after 3, it was still on the servery until 4.10, The food when it arrived was average, a starter of crisps, with a choice of topping.... really? The food was tasty but, again average. Although on leaving the girls were very nice nd very chirpy.

We came here with friends. Keep it up fantastic experience. We'll be back again very soon. I will tell all my friends about you guys

Not that good like pizza express because you only have salads and other things for your starter. Yes at pizza express the pizza is thin as well!

its pizza hut,the pizza me and my partner got was o.k,the salad bar was half full,toliets were so bad,not been checked in hours.

filthy cutlery, glasses crockery etc everything was grubby toilets were filthy and by filthy I do not just mean the mess from that day I mean thick lime scale in the toilet bowl!!!! And if that's the state of front of house dread to think what the kitchen is like. Spent most of the evening pining for the waitresses attention who was nice and polite but seemed rushed!!! Not impressed at all!!!

I don't usually like Pizza Hut but this time I had visited, it was really nice. I has their Nachoes- it's my favourite meal with the salad. I'll be visiting back soon.

Don't visit. Completely rushed service resulting in drinks being poured all over me and my handbag! Really poor service by Manager, Helen and presented with the full bill ! Not improved after speaking to Area Manager, Andy where I was told to expect a risk of accident when in a food service environment! My advice....stay in and order a Dominoes....DISGUSTING! Talk about a big company....willing to take your money but when there is a problem they brush it under the carpet !

Arrived early evening and found the place initially fairly busy. Food was ok nothing special but was warm. Was ok for what you got. Wont be in a rush to go back. Staff treat you like cattle and just want you in and out like most eateries of this type these days. Ok if your in leeds wanting a quick pizza. Wont be in a rush to go back.

We were seated immediately by a pleasant girl and menu explained including the free salad.Good selection of pizzas on new menu. Salad bar good and our growing grandson visited twice.We felt it was good value and what we expected from other Pizza Hut experiences

We attended Pizza Hut, Kirkstall Leeds following a previous visit a few months ago and where delighted to find that things have vastly improved, The Staff were very obliging and attenede to our every need. The food was good, hot and well prepared, Wine was as ordered and came well chilled. The lady in charge was very attentative and organised her staff very well. The cleanliness had improved vastly since I last reported a distrous visit there which I am pleased about as its the nearest Piizza Hut to where we live. Well done for listening to Pizza Hut. Musics still a little loud but hey oh we can live with that.

Visite one of our local Pizza Huts for a late evening meal after a long day and an evening charity meeting and was very disapointed with the experience, we were shown to a booth around a corner which suited my wife and I, we were promptly forgotten. Tom, our affable waiter apologised and after ordering a bottle of chilled white Zinfadel wine, we were seved and poured with a cheap Spanish plonk which was explained away as being an alternative as there was no chilled Zinfadel! I had cleaned the table top which had a residue of spray on cleaner and the napkin came away dirty. The Pizza base was inedible to my wife as it was soggy. The bill was delivered on a grimy( and I do mean dirty) black tray, Tom, our waiter agreed that it was "not good". I paid cash as the waiter and waitress could not obtain a credeit card machine to carry out the transaction. The music was also so loud that we had difficulty talking. This establishment was an ecoli factory, not a reastaraunt!Thoroughly disatisfied we left and did
