Pathetic excuse for a doner pizza

The pizza was awful I asked for a meat feast. Did I get what I ordered no instead I got plain chicken on there with cheese pepperoni and loads of kebab meat on top plus with loads of dripping fat I had to remove the kabab meat my hands was full of grease knocking me ill the pizza was full of grease I had to get loads of kitchen roll an take it all off before I could even eat it. But it was tasteless didn't in enjoy it left it only had 3 slices from a 12" pizza . Cost me £11 too definitely won't be going there again disgustin don't know how to make a proper meat feast pizza looked like a kabab pizza to me terribly done lost my custom that's for sure.

Stayed locally at Watermill Leisure Park. Fancied a takeaway and thought we would try this. Instantly poor experience, no parking nearby at all carnage outside battling for a space nearby on yellow lines. Quoted £16.XX for our 2 meals, happy to pay, didn’t really check the price compared to the menu. Advised by the young lad strictly cash only… we only had £15 in cash. I said I would change my pizza from a 12 inch to a 10 inch so we would have enough. Somehow this made the price increase to £17.50…. Still dont understand but just very hungry. Managed to scrape just enough change together using coins from our car. Took around 15 minutes to prepare. We took this back to our holiday accommodation just down the road. Food temperature was okay. Please see attached picture of a doner pizza… wow. Doner kebab meat slapped on top of a margherita pizza. Shocking quality and was not appetising whatsoever. Definitely not recommended.

Donner Kebab served in polystyrene box in a bag 👍🏻-plenty of meat 👍🏻 I drove 3 miles home and the meat was cold ! If this is the norm I don’t understand why it usually looks very busy 🤔

Orderd cheese pizza, house burger and 6 chicken nugget meal along with 3 bottles of Pepsi when order arrived I received cheese garlic bread the one you get for free no cheese pizza so my tea was ruined as only my partners and sons arrived correct this isn't the first time my order as been incorrect ive receievd my cheese pizza with all the cheese scraped to the side and it happened in restaurant as the rest of my order had nothing wrong with it so definitely done in restaurant, my 5 star service goes to the delivery drivers not pizza house restaurant the delivery drivers are polite cheery and always respectful so thank you

Well treated from the moment you walk in. Large Kebabs get a separate box if chips with it. Brilliant place.

Not my go-to as the dough isn't cooked to my liking and I find it a bit soggy The mozzarella sticks are gorgeous though and comes with garlic dip, bit expensive but worth the splerge now and then! Some very friendly staff here but not very chatty which is fair enough I wouldn't recommend the pizza here however the Donner is supposedly very good

Disgusting behaviour with order wrong

Definitly NOT!!! The guy from phone it is really awful and doesnt understant anythings!!! Better double check the order before the driver go!!!

I’ve order something and received something else!! I call back and he keep said now it’s exactly the order I ask for and I have to pay again for the order and the wrong one just loss of money!! And it’s not first time they send uncompleted orders!!!

Food less than sub-par . Thankfully I had an air fryer to finish my chips so I could eat them . My pizza was a sad excuse for pizza and if it can’t be done without frozen dough, please don’t do it . Google pizza dough recipe…. It’s really easy . Just staying in LN8 for a month and thank god this isn’t my local pizza spot . Demand better market rasen , you and visitors deserve better. They got the only £19 they will ever get from me .

Overall the meal was cold, dry chicken, burnt onion rings, unbeatable, pizza not as ordered, soggy chips, soggy wrap, chicken rubbery and looked old, over priced. Overall waste of money Will not be ordering again

Great food but messed up my order a second time

Just eaten from here, it was nice but my order was, large donner meat and chips, with cheese. They charged for the cheese but didn't add it and that's annoying. Simple order done wrong, a shame as it was OK despite not reading the order.

Great food, friendly staff. As a lorry driver, I visit many different kebab shops. This is the first one that serves kebab with separate portion of chips in price of a kebab. Recommended 👍👌

Lived in rason for 2 years and use pizza house 1 or 2 times a month not had a bad meal but can wait a bit for the to pick up the phone

Pizza and burgers were relatively inexpensive and absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is the atmosphere of a takeaway!

Decent food good value for money

A big thank you to all the staff at pizza House that working through this heat wave, bringing us delicious hot pizza to the camp site (hopevill). The house special pizza is the tastiest pizza I've eaten for a long time, and the veggie one was delicious and the meat feast was very yummy too. The family meal deal is great value for money.

The last three times I've used Pizza House I've had three new menus and three price increases. I know it sounds petty but you can't even get 6 mozerella sticks as a portion, it's now 5 and the price has gone up 50p

We went after horse racing and it was lovely. Lovely people. Lovely food. X

Always freshly prepared food with friendly staff that greet you with a smile. The menu choice is vast and reasonably priced,there is a delivery service with a cost (depending on where you live) can't find a better pizza in the local area👍

Went for takeaway of 2 doner kebab 1 chips 1 cheesy garlic bread..took it home 5 mins away so took it back hard kebab meat hard pitta only to get gelly textured doner no opoloogy old garlic bread given back #straight in the bin

Just had a take away delivery. Service was great and food was delivered to us within a really good time. All the food was nice and hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend and order food from them again in the future.

Food arrived hot and was very tasty, so much better than our local pizza place back home. Service was just as good and they were able to deliver to the caravan site we were staying at calling when they were close by so we could meet them at the entrance. 5 star service!

I've lived in market tasen for 2 years now and always order from here. Never had a bad meal. Food never takes long to arrive either and customer service is always great.

Sorry Chicken in kebab not as usual , didn’t seem cooked as well normal. Put me off Some of it hotter than other bits

Kebab came with no chips even though advertised as "served with chips". Lamb meat was good though.

Quality food, bit pricey but worth it

Customer service is terrible, when a business advertises a deal on its menu with its teams and conditions, these should be honoured when an order is placed, instead of saying we needed to split our order to get the deal?. Absolute joke, our business will be going elsewhere in future.

Honestly, it is a great pizza house. I've never had a problem with them until today (28/05/2020). My family and I always order pizza from here and it is always amazing, the staff are always very friendly towards us as well. Yes there have been some times when we have had a grumpy "hello" but we dont blame them at all. It is a late night they work and you can get some awful people on the phone sometimes (customers that is). The reason we had a problem today was because one of our orders were wrong, it is normally a large BBQ pizza, stuffed crust and pepperoni and replaced with extra chicken. But today we just received a plain BBQ pizza, nothing on it at all. I phoned up about my order, an hour later as I was working and I told them what had happened, the lady was very apologetic and helped us out with a new free proper BBQ pizza. The customer service was brilliant. Out of all honesty, I waited a long time for something to go wrong. I review services after I have seen everything. I have finally received the good, the bad and the alright from this business and they have coped with everything perfectly and the food is always amazing, especially on drunken nights out. Overall, good food, great customer service

Had a meal from here tonight and spent a lot of money. Pizza was burnt, doner meat was thick and chunky, chicken was like cardboard, burger burnt and chips rubbery. Won't be ordering from here again.

A few months ago, I was met with an aggressive, apathetic member of staff... I was not impressed. Since then, Courteny (I asked for her name) had dealt with most of my orders and what a breath of fresh air. Much better than the miserable male people who took my order and so bubbly. An asset to the takeaway. I am a middle aged woman with children and I expect to be spoken to as Courtney does. She should be rewarded for fantastic customer service.

Good menu and good selection of food, used to be hit and miss on quality but feel it has improved as they have new people cooking, think it's been taken over
