McDonald's in West Lindsey

So I've ordered online and I was missing an order but when I was phoning mcdonald's about they were swearing and said theor were going to call thr police

Had some bad experiences due to the mcdonalds app being incorrect but the store itself.is always clean great staff billie marie is fantastic

Decent food, but I usually have something missing most orders....

Food always stale and just waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins for a coffee

My Drive thru experience - service was steady, food was like warm and expensive. McDs have forgotten it's supposed to be cheap. Not great

Probably the worst McDonald's I have been to. Very slow service with warm mediocre food.

The staff at this McDonald's are always lovely. The food is as you'd expect at any McDonalds. There has been the odd occasion of receiving an inaccurate order, but nothing more than a minor error 👍

It took 27 minutes in the drive through to then be told someone took are food

Drive through quite slow, not been to McDonald's in 9 or so months, but is it me or as the burgers like big Mac's ect much smaller sized strunk. Even the chicken select where smaller than the chicken nuggets. well I don't like to give negative feedback but feel after this and my son's order a few months ago missing fries and a burger only noticed after driving a few miles away not very good experiences I must had.

Went through the drive through and waited for a 8 to 9 minutes then was told to park up first game me my hot coffee don't for get I am going to drive the food home so still wait 9 to 10 minutes later got the food whent home food cold coffee just warm £17.00 down it was a disaster please reply and tell me why so the Morrell of the story don't go there

Went to drive through ordered paid got drink and asked to wait in car park waited half an hour had finished drink when food arrived very poor service.

This has to be one of the lazeyest branches of mcdonnalds out there ther food is cold fries and rubbery coustomer service is apauling they should be shut down as its a helth code vilation they always lieing to customers load of trash wast of space

All in all a good maccies, fries were salted well and golden brown, better than the local one to me.

The food is absolutely nothing like the adverts. The food itself is okay, the fries are bland and cold the burgers and drinks are alright. The service isn’t good, it’s takes a long time at both the drive through and counter. There is little to no atmosphere at all and the tables are dirty. I recommend only getting delivery.

Total rubbish, can't even put a burger in a bag.

It's food, it's fast and pretty consistent with the rest of the franchise.

Food is always cold, chips always stale. Always packed with delivery people slowing down the service. Drive through is pointless you always have to park

I think miss kaitlin the manager or shift runner needs to learn some basic manners of how one should talk to customers...

Food is tasty, quick but very processed

Good was good as usual but the wait was very long.

I have travelled most the UK and many miles in USA and have never been in such a disorganized shop ever. The crew were milling around, they could have been changing shifts, in it looking at the drive through line they really didn't have enough staff to cope. The manager looked very young, the men's toilets were disgusting. They need help to get them into a functioning group. And I didn't get my drink.

The burger patties are 3-4mm thick? Not value even at 99p.

Shocking experience. The system is messed up it goes green to collect it says in English. Yet when I stand there saying it says collect oo no that means we are getting it ready? No that's the grey numbers, preparing, that's what that word means. As I walked out the staff giggling and pointing. Dumb, young underpaid in compassionate fools running the show. And to top it off the food order was wrong. Probly on purpose after i told them the truth of it. horrible experience

Clean tidy and friendly staff. Coffee is far weaker than any other Macdonald's in Lincolnshire.

Worst McDonalds ever. Staff have absolutely no idea how to deal with customers not even the manager! The only thing they consistently get right, is getting it wrong. Just been in again tonight at about 7:30 pm 22nd Feb 2024 sat down to eat our food it was lovely and quiet when we got there. Then in came some kids on bikes and scooters, shouting and swearing bumping into my chair and generally being unruly. The staff didn't do anything so I asked for a takeaway bag, staff member said " I don't blame you" and we took our food home. 😲

Always good service here, however, sometimes the ingredients in food is a bit imbalanced, sometimes, for example, you don't get enough lettuce in your burger or wrap, apart from that I'm not disappointed

Made an order, just to realise some bits from my order were missing, is showing on my receipt that I payed for them,just yo realise on my way home,that something is missing,and it's not first time.its ridiculous

What sort of people are they employing here. I visited at 23.45 16/01/24 after a long journey and with an app order for 2 big macs with extra onion and NO pickles, i took them back to where i was staying and found there was NO onion in either and in one there were 5 slices of pickle and in the other there was 9 pickle slices. The male making them either couldnt read, but then he did make the right burgers, was bored, doesn't want to work here, wanted to go home, or they just wanted to get rid of the left over pickle slices, and knew they were going to get away with it because they were closing and wanted to annoy someone. I know you are thinking, well you can just remove them, but what is the point in being able to customise your burger when the moron making it just ignores it.

Fast food served slowly. Always the same, around 1530 to 1600, nothing ready. Myself and 4 to 5 other cars asked to park up and wait.

Bought breakfast yesterday young blonde staff member was quiet shoved drinks in our hands and got another staff member to serve us soon as we sat eating in car park we watched her constantly flirt with a driver while her work colleague did all the work I thought she either homophobic or just damn rude it was disgusting watching putting me and my mate off our breakfast even my straight friend was disgusted !!!!!!!!

I've been here a couple of time now and the staff are alway polite and friendly and the orders are usually right.

If you're in the restaurant order it on Uber to the restaurant you'll get your food faster!

Never use you app to order food here and then wait in a bay , it will be a long painful experience . The staff obviously believe it's not in their job remit to bring the food out you order. Expect as a norm Cold food, lazy rude staff and ubber /just eats drivers parking where ever they want and blocking the counter. Third world mcDonalds, avoid!

As with all McDonald's these days their speed of service is not great any more due to too many Just Eat, Deliveroo drivers getting served first. The days of McDonald's categorising themselves as 'fast food' have long gone.

I went to Starbucks today and I was not happy! My McDonald’s came moldy!!!! My burger was fuzzy and my sister ate it and died. Then my gerbil came in, smelt it and exploded. For the next 2 days I had explosive diarrhea. Not happy😢😣🙁

Food is continually missing regardless of how you order. Order via drive thru - food missing. Order through just eat or Uber eats food missing. Absolutely ridiculous set up with just eat/Uber - if McDonald's messes up and you don't get some of your order, McDonald's wipe their hands and it's not their problem. They can't send you what they left out your order either because McDonald's don't employ the drivers so you don't actually get the service you pay for then have to wait days for a refund. At this point I'm convinced the only reason this McDonald's is ever busy is because it's the only one in town.

This is the first bad review I have ever left but after an absolutely shocking experience i felt the need to. We went through the the drive thru after waiting a few minutes at the window, we received a milky coffee ( I cannot drink milk) then the server looked at us like we were supposed to leave. We were waiting on two breakfast roll meals with no eggs as one of us has an egg allergy. After a couple more minutes we were told to park up. After another 5-10 minutes we still hadn't received any food! I then went in and asked where my food was I got handed a bag that was ready so had obviously been sitting there waiting. We then drove to a petrol garage to eat our food both breakfast rolls come with an egg in even though we asked for no egg in either due to egg allergy. Also we asked for one with no sauce that come with ketchup. We now have a five hour drive ahead of us so we had to buy food from the garage. To be honest the whole experience was shocking for such a simple order.

We visited late in the afternoon, plenty of car parking spaces (including disabled ones), and seating inside. Was quiet and the food was good (for McDonalds).

So you order at drive thru, check the order is correct on screen 👍, drive to first window check the order is correct on their screen 👍, pick up your meal at last window and notice manager assisting given my order by a belligerent youth, and when you get home find out despite screens saying order correct they give you wrong or missing items , how difficult is it. Wasn’t even busy wonder why.

I was expecting this place to be open 24 hours, but they start at 5am. Needless to say getting there at half 4 and finding it to be closed was a bit annoying.

Took my nephews and neices after school for a treat while visiting. Always a good visit

Normally I love here but on this particular occasion I treat my friend and her daughter, we were all ill for 2/3 days afterwards. Its put me off going for a while now

It's Gainsborough so it's not the best place in the world however the staff were very welcoming and the service good. Definitely one of the better McDonald's out there.

Ok so you take time out of work to go to McDonald's to pick up 2 Happy Meals with toys for your kids and when you get home you find there are no toys but books instead! One day you'll realise that kids get very exited when they expect things, and when they don't get them they get upset, and when they get upset your wife gets upset, and when your wife gets upset because your kids are upset this then gives her the right to attack you with sharp instruments rather than the usual blunt ones. It hurts, trust me, and then you'll spend the next month in the dog-house and all because of something somebody else got wrong!!!

Typical fast food establishment. Why do the adverts always look so much better than the flat, cold, unappetising items that customers are presented with ?

It's OK, service a bit slow, food was OK. Fries are the best. Milkshake actually had flavour in it.

It's McDonalds so you know what you are getting. I know they were limited by the space they have but the layout of the carpark and the drive through means that if it's busy you can get stuck in the carpark for ages.
