Pizza Hot in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Ordered from this place a few times and again tonight. Kebabs are great! Order arrived in 20mins! Ordered a large kebab and chips and a delicious mountain of it was delivered! They read my notes and got the salad and sauces right. Will 100% be my go to kebab shop from now on. Cheers guys great job!

To be honest what a waste of £34 goes in bin worst pizza old dough cheapest cheese not worth to give it to dog.Chicken southern fried was 3 days old just been microwaved frozen wings in my opinion not worth to waste money nothing was fresh and deserved to be eaten by a normal human being.Avoid avoid avoid until they improve the quality of food.

Absolutely terrible, £30 on food wasted. Kebab meat tasted like it had been left for days and reheated soggy, greasy and tasteless. Absolutely disgusting

Food arrived hot and it was very tasty. Not had a bad kebab from here.

This kebab house is the best, only thing is you should be able to add more than one sauce on your kebab, instead you have to order a pot of other flavour sauces and be charged for the additional sauce. If you go to the shop you can get a scoop of more than one sauce, chilli sauce is the best but I do like all 3 on my kebab.

Really quick delivery, nice food but not as fresh this time as last time. Chicken wasn’t cooked fresh it was slightly hard and dry. But overall was nice. Maybe just an off day

I placed an order via just eat. A few minutes later they called my phone and cancelled the order but said they can still deliver if I order directly with them which i declined. Why advertise on these platforms if you have no intention of accepting orders? Your prices have shot up massively alongside this also. Poor effort from pizzahot. I'm sure just eat would like to know you are avoiding their fees.

I ordered through just eat and after my order was placed as usual and confirmed, and money taken I then recieved a phone call from pizza hot saying she declined my order through just eat and then asked could I pay on collection, she rang back after us waiting an hour to confirm I could pay on collection, so not only charged twice I only received half my order and cold! Alway

It was vile and couldn’t even eat it went straight on the bun wouldn’t recommend at all

Useless. I’ve tried ordering for delivery on several occasions and you keep declining with no reason. I have been to your physical store many times and there is always drivers. Will not be giving you my custom anymore.

Nice food but wrong order! So the food was really tasty but I ordered a tray of salad to go with my doner kebab and got chips instead! Not going to complain though as the food was great as usual and I guess they are really busy this time of year. I will still order from here.

Ordered the child's chicken burger meal when it arrived we opened the bun and inside was a very small fishcake!

it was horrific, the chicken was not freshly cooked it was hard and chewy, the salad wasn’t even shredded or sliced correctly it was in lumps .. it was completely inedible and freezing cold, I would never recommend this place!

First time ordering chicken shish with rice and mixed kebab with rice from Pizza Hot (as not many places would do biryani rice) and I’m very pleasantly surprised. Food was hot, very tasty, meat was tender and juicy, rice was delicious . Also delivery girl was friendly. Definitely will be back next time I fancy some quality kebab.

Food was freezing,not in a bag,fruit shoots had leaked over the fries,absolutely awful,ordered a chicken burger got what tasted like a fish cake,nearly 30£ and hungry grandchildren,would highly recommend you avoid

food was okay at best, and tasted like they’d dumped an oceans worth of salt over it, but it was delivered very quickly

Wow wow wow! We had the burger meal… it was cooked to perfection, the chips were incredible! And the toasted bun for the burger…… beautiful! The driver was really sound guy aswell

Ordered cheeseburger but arrived with no cheese. Pizzas were bland, and soggy in the middle and not very hot.

Shish Kebab and Cheesy Pepperoni Garlic Baguette were enjoyable.

Was a regular customer of this place but I'm fed up of them canceling orders on just eat but happy to accept your order then when You ring them!! I won't be ordering from here anymore! If you don't want to pay the just eat fees for orders placed with you then remove yourself from just eat 🤷‍♂️

Food was great, only thing I would say is the portion of popcorn chicken is not the best, it’s £3 odd and I only had 10 popcorn chickens, even though they were banging, hoped for more :)

Ordered via just eat. Contacted Pizza hot to explain order wasn't as described No sauce or salad on donner kebab wrap. Crispy coated fried chicken looked anaemic. Like it had been defrosted and warmed in microwave. Soggy and undercooked. Takeaway pretended to have bad phone reception signal and all I could here was machines noisy. Spoke to boss who refused to refund order or accept order was par standard and incomplete. Poor young girl at counter was passed phone to deal with complaint and manager and despite her asking the owner to deal with order and complaint the owner refused to deal with the query or complaint.

Wouldn’t visit again. Pizza was not nice, tasted very bland.

Terrible, I have eaten from here several times and the food has always been fine however tonight the kebab was very over cooked, dry and like eating cardboard. Totally inedible and ended up in the bin! Shame as usually ok.

To the owner: Please take yourself off Just Eat for postcodes and areas you don't want to deliver to (or charge enough to make it worth your while accepting these orders). Like many other reviewers here, I've only found out you don't deliver to me after ordering!

Pizza was not cooked. The dough was soft and clearly undercooked so it did not make sense to send it out with out checking. I was very disappointed

Very disappointed by the delivery team on this occasion, the gentleman was rude, and verbally agressive. Very unlike pizza Hot and have raised the issue with the team, to which they were very apologetic. This will not put me off from ordering with them in future, however that is because I am a regular customer and this was very unlike them. Disappointed.

I thought I'd found the best pizza shop around, had pizza the first time and the food was lovely, so we decided to order again tonight, the food was awful, really thick base, the base was so undercooked you could remould it. What a waist of £15, I was gutted 😢

Didn't receive my order and have been charged. Restaurant said just eat had cancelled my order but I have been charged and now cannot get in touch with anyone to rectify this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

This place has always been number 1 kebab shop, been going here for many of years! Meat is perfect every time! A good go to is, 2 piece chicken and chips, best fries in town!

Great food, great price. They just rarely accept orders. I'm not the only person to see that they reject orders alot. Making an order, going to payment, waiting for confirmation just for them cancel whenever they want is annoying and a waste of my time.

I dont normally leave reviews but feel i have to now. i have ordered from this place many times before, never again after tonight. ordered my usual pizza (ordinary pizza with a couple of ordinary toppings), gave the order v-e-r-y slowly as the person on the phone taking orders clearly struggles with basic functions... when it arrived it was just a plain pizza. i rang Pizza Hot and told them it was wrong, but they told me no, i had got what i ordered, and had only paid for a plain pizza, i said NO i clearly said what toppings I wanted, as I often get the wrong toppings delivered so I make sure I say it clearly! but looking at the menu I did pay the price for pizza + 2 toppings, so this doesnt make sense either. anyway the person on the phone kept talking back to the chef who said there is nothing they would do, they would not send another pizza as they were too busy, and if they did i would have to pay for another one! rather than send one out, they have lost another customer (suprised they have many left judging by the reviews). also as others have said they are on just eat but do not accept orders, so they can charge an extra £2 for the delivery when you phone them up! so i will report them to just eat for this too. in short avoid this place, I will be from now on! edited to add, they did call me back and offer to send me a pizza as they had an order coming this way. I declined as I had already eaten the one they sent as it was late and i was hungry!

Coming back from a ride fancied a bite to eat ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips took 1 bite and thought chicken was a bit cold opened it up and there was actually blood in the middle be very careful eating from here

Very disappointed with my kebab the meat was like cardboard it must have been cut earlier in the day and been standing in a pot for hours, and the salad to go with it was full of massive chunks of onions

Pizza was delivered an hour and half early but I sent it back and when delivered at right time the pizza tasted like it was warmed up and resent

pizza hot is disgraceful they keep declining my order on just eat i can’t pay card in the shop not happy with the service they have given me. this has happened 6 times on just eat not just to me to a couple of my mates. i walked in abs they guy behind the counter couldn’t give me an answer

Delivery time waited over 11/2 hours and got deliverered raw uncooked chicken probably full of salmonella and not even an apology, english language lessons may help !

50 minutes late and cold when it arrived. Fried chicken looked grey inside so couldn’t eat it, barely any cheese on the cheese fries.

Order arrived, and items were missing. Substitutes given without checking. Toppings missing, and restyled dismissed this; Pizza missing, delivered an hour after we phoned the restaurant to explain the mistake in our order. Definitely disappointing, as usually we have brilliant service. Generally a disappoint experience this time, which has but a partial downer on our night.
