Pizza Hot in Leeds

Ordered a Parma online, it said you could make your own but didn’t have any options to select anything. We called an hour later to be told they hadn’t made the food because they didn’t know what to make and that they’d tried to call us but we didn’t have any missed calls. Need to fix the menu on just eat asap, shouldn’t have something listed that can’t be ordered properly.

Really disappointed with our food tonight. We ordered chilli nachos and a portion of nachos which is advertised as cheese, jalapeños and special sauce. There was no sauce and they were burnt. When we called the takeaway, they didn't know sauce was supposed to be on the normal nachos. Our mozzarella bites were also over cooked, looked like a re heat. We won't be ordering from here again.

Always ordered from here and the pizzas are usually good, but noticed if you order extras on your pizza like cheese and on your chips it dosnt seem to happen, quite disappointed whilst we have paid extra and just seems like being ripped off.

Tuve un par de entregas y debes esperar 45 minutos. Sin embargo, si realiza un pedido y desea recogerlo, puede estar listo entre 10 y 20 minutos. que creo que es excelente ya que se cocina fresco. ! La comida se entregó a tiempo pero fría y suave. Aprecio que es un negocio nuevo en el área, pero lamentablemente no lo volveré a usar.

Gave us a chilli burger instead of a chicken fillet. I’m mildly unimpressed because I can’t eat chilli for medical reasons and I was really looking forward to my chicken burger.

Ordered a meal deal, 2 16" pizzas, garlic bread and Pepsi. Didn't receive our Pepsi and driver said he'd be back soon with it. Still not here 40 minutes later. I'd like a refund of the price of the drink or for it to be added free of charge on to my next order. Thanks.

Food was cold, rang up to see where it was as it were late to find out that it had only set off as I had rang up and she asked where it was, then she just hung up on me whilst trying to talk to her, appalling attitude on the phone with no manners what so ever

Quite simply the best pizza for miles around. Delicious, hot, good value, taste lovely.

The fries were excellent. Sometimes takeaways have soggy limp fries but these were well cooked and form and hot. Delicious! Mozzarella sticks and the wraps were also ace too. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

Lovely food from Pizza Hot. However I will be ordering direct next time, it would have been £3 cheaper.

I ordered from here a few years ago, and really didn't like the pizza at all. Not used them until tonight, and so happy I came back. The Doner pizza was perfect! Really tasty! Only down side was the fact that I left a note to ask if I could have some jalapenos on the pizza, as this wasn't an option on the menu, only to be charged upon delivery. Still, bang on. Definitely use them again. Thank you.

again late delivery, last time i ordered no delivery , thought i would give them another chance, turned up twenty five minutes late .

First time customer as my daughter and friends order from here. Ordered as soon as delivery was available at 5.45. 2 phone calls later it arrived at nearly half 7, we're only a mile away. My youngest was in her PJ's waiting for her tea! Food was okay, pizza base was lovely but hadn't been kept flat as we had quite a bit of a cheese slide!! Will order again in case it was a one off

Pizzas are the very best around here, food is always piping hot and delicious. The Tikka/Donner meat one we got tonight was the best so far. The pulled pork wrap was amazing. Great service and delivery time, might not be the cheapest but by far the best.

won’t be ordering again, placed order before 5pm and it finally arrived before 8pm first rang at 7pm and was told it was on its way, rang again at 7:30pm and was told it’d been delivered to a neighbour! waited again for the food to arrive and was poor quality and had missing sauces, the sauces that were delivered were spilled all over the bag! waste of money very disappointed

I ordered on Sunday night spent over the £13 to get delivered then to be charged and extra £2 delivery fee and 50p service charge so 2 pizzas and chips cost £16 think this is a rip off and will NOT be ordering from these again or though just eat

Dint receive my pop I ordered the driver said I needed to pay extra deliver when I had already paid.

Ordered a king size pizza and according to the menu I should have received a free garlic bread. I didn't. Nor did I get one the last time I ordered. If you've stopped the promotion then remove it from the menu, if you haven't, then have the decency to make good on your offer.

Nice food but delivery times really take pi**!! 2 hours?? Really?? I could have cooked a roast dinner in that time. If you are too busy to cope with orders take on more staff/drivers! 😀

Ordered kebabs n a fiveo burger and the burger didn't taste right called to let them know and plainly told me the food was all fresh... I wouldn't even give it to my dogs it was that bad... plus pitta bread was cut wrong so couldn't fill it had to wrap it around the meat...

ordered food for collection at 6.40 restaurant added 15 minutes to my collection time. got there at 6.55 as restaurant said and had to wait another 15 minutes for the food! will not be ordering again.

Ordered at 7.20 pm still not here at 9.30pm and literally live 5mins from restaurant ordered else where if it does eventually turn up will tell the driver to get lost , no answer when tried to call

Couldn’t eat chicken Burger at all as was rock solid the chicken was so hard I could t bite into it let alone my child who it was for. The wrap was again really hard and like cardboard litterally so that also went in the bin. I wasn’t happy at all

Sorry guys, a bit tuff on delivery today but it is Xmas Friday. Well done though. Pizza Hot was recommended to us last year and their food is the best. Definitely the best in South Leeds. Can anyone beat Pizza Hot. Not yet!!!

Good quality food, nice and warm when arrived! Could of done with abit more salad on kabab plus offer an alternative sauce like mayonnaise instead of just chilli! Overall satisfied and I will be returning in future! 😁

I love it from here but they always seem to always miss my tortillas out there the main thing for me like tonight thry missed it and im having to ring up and by time i get them my foods cold. But overall everythings great ive had kababs calozone pizzas chilli chips wedges mushrooms and royal kond kabab salad scampi pull pork wrap iv had it all from here its really nice food but if u like ur meat well done like me then defo ask cos not a burnt bit in site. Beer and drinks and deserts all nice 😝 But very dear beer. Always on time though.

Wow!! Amazing food as always, never once have we had an issue with Pizza Hot, food was gorgeous, delivery driver polite as always, never have had any missing items & we order quite a bit with not finishing work till late. Love the new Chilli Beef bites, so nice! The burgers are to die for, proper burgers, none of the thin rubbish that other takeaways to do. Always look forward to our weekend treats. Thanks again guys

Not bad but the pizza was rather bland, when you order spicy pizzas you expect SPICY! Free items are good at this place, spend over X and recieve Y. I think that's good, jelepeno bites were nice but again just need bit more spice for me. Over all nice food and would order again.

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza may as well of just been bbq. There was like 5 pieces of chicken, too much bbq sauce and barely any cheese! Shocking mate! But the wedges are banging!

I have ordered a few times from here it's gone downhill the last 2 times we've ordered we've either had to wait ages for it or it's arrived and been cold and just poor quality

There was way too much garlic in big clumps put on my pizza..

Food was lovely however the wait was unbelieveable 1hr 10 minutes from ordering, not great when you have children waiting for their treat tea
