The Donner served in a large Naan bread is great! Also for the price you can’t go wrong. I won’t go anywhere else in Biggleswade if I fancy a kebab.

Above average kebab for Biggleswade, nothing special but still good. Nice enough fries, with a fresh and generous salad. I didn't have to wait a long time for the food, and the serving staff were friendly.

Top food from here, absolutely quality kebab and had a huge pot of sauce on the side, the pizza was also class so I highly recommend.

Things seem to have gone downhill recently, another takeaway last night turned up 30mins late and stone cold - sort it out guys, you used to be the first choice!

Scammed me of £20. Made it out as if I paid with a dodgey note but they took my clean note and came back and knocked on the door to say I paid with a ripped note. I went to the costcutter where I got my money out and they showed me CCTV proof of me recieving rhe £20 note brand new as cash back. Biting from the hand that feeds them. Should be ashamed of themselves. They made me transfer money to a personal bank account on my own door step, disgusting behaviour. Called them explained I want my money back and they called me a liar. Obviously. Do not trust Pizza Hot. Such a shame, been a customer of theirs since they opened. What a bunch of crooks.

The best pizza in town! Wish I'd tried it sooner. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering again. Only negative is its cash only.

Got the wrong pizza in my order, was a half and half, both halves were wrong however one of the wrong halves was really nice.

Absolutely useless and poor service from another rip off takeaway. I ordered online and was given a delivery time, after waiting for 25 minutes I was called and told that I hadn't reached the minimum delivery cost. They've obviously upped the fee and not their website. What really annoyed me was that they accepted the order then called me 25 minutes later to get more money off me! I will never order from this place again!!

if you want value for money and square pizza this is the place for you i personally prefer pizza hot over the no 1 mainstream pizza house any day and they do fried chicken and kebabs

Has no knowledge of the main 11 allergens that they legally have to be aware of. They do not know what products contain allergens. Seriously disappointed and worried for the risk to others. Originally asked what does not contain an allergens and they listed everything. After double checking they admitted they do not know.

awful food, with money tight, and this ordered as a treat we were so disappointed with what was received. Ordered cheesy chips and got chips, these were cold, ordered a mixed kebab smothered in chilli sauce despite selecting no sauce for both options, the food was inedible. what waste of money :(

Used to come here for chips at lunch (back in my school days) and boss man would sort us out a decent portion for a quid. Not really ever tried any of the other food but great for students.

Found this place during lockdown last year, been going back ever since. We live in Shefford and drive all the way to biggleswade to collect the pizzas. We were a bit unsure due to some not so glowing reviews left but have to say in using them for over a year they have never messed up a single order, the pizzas are very big (being square) and are the best value by miles. You can't ever really trust what anyone else thinks so give them a try and see for yourself but it's a massive thumbs up from me👍👍👍👍👍.

I ordered at 6.30 for a 7.29 delivery and by 8.15 it still hadn’t arrived, no phone call or msg to say they were running late which I would have appreciated and understood so went out and picked a meal up instead, very disappointing!

Stayed in hotel last night and was nothing for food so had to order a takeaway unfortunately I chose this place I have never been so unwell from food in my life been on the road all day doesn't exactly help having to stop 3 or 4 times for the toilet avoid this place at all costs

Been looking for a decent pizza for years around here. Finally tried PizzaHot and was not disappointed. The pizza was properly cooked, with a crisp crust and some gently browning of the cheese. Toppings were plentiful and well spread. The pizzas were still piping hot on delivery to Sandy. Really happy with the pizzas. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic pizza! We’d been looking for a decent pizza delivery for ages, and we’re really pleased to have found Pizza Hot. The pizza was properly cooked with a crunchy crust and lightly browned cheese. Toppings were generous and well spread. And it was still piping hot on delivery. We all really enjoyed the pizzas - we’ll definitely be back!

Pizza Hot is our go to when we fancy a nice kebab, always hot and fresh, generous portion sizes, and they are so friendly on the phone. We normally collect which is only 15-20 minutes, but occasionally we get delivery and it’s always quick and tasty! The only downside is that they only accept cash, but still gets a 5 star from me!

I've used pizza hot for a while and it's been so hot and miss quality wise. Last couple of times I been charged for stuff not included in my order. I won't be going back tbh

Normally really enjoy their pizza, tonight my order took 1 hour and 20 mins after saying it would be 45 mins!!! Food was luke warm and delivery driver charged £1 extra as they said we had old menu I think they could have taken that off the bill for being so late very disappointed.

Unbelievable arogant staff don't understands English. I order a kebap and after I opened I got almost two heads off onion. The salad was very less, try it to talk to them, the argument went to boiling point. I asked for the owners mobile number to make a complain and I got nowhere.

Great food at great prices for take away we have lived away for 5 months and were back visiting we always used pizza bot when we lived in sandy so stopped by so other half could have a kebab (Can't get then where we live now) he was definitely not disappointed

The food is very good- I ordered three chicken wings and they were very spicy and well cooked. The chips are good as well

Chicken supreme burger i wish, the smallest piece of frozen mush with an even smaller hash brown i have ever had to eat. After 4 bites i got to the chicken which i had to get rid of could not eat it. Chips were hot but not cooked properly, the staff are more interested in taking orders on the phone than taking orders from customers that are in the shop. Can say dont think i will be going back.

I'm afraid it's my last time here. They never get the order right. Everyone charges what they feel like especially when they deliver. The half pound chicken burger is no way half pound. There is always confusion behind the counter because there is too many running around like headless chickens. Don't ask for cheese cause you will never get it. Don't ask for ketchup because you will get mayo. Enough said.

Need to keep their leaflets updated with price changes.

This isn't gourmet food. It's an above average take away. I doubt it will win awards but the food they do, they do well. Always on time and the delivery drivers are friendly. Always look forward to my next meal from here.
