Ordered a takw away for myself and my family and it was delicious. Order included pizzas, sides and all food was piping hot. Delivery driver was also very efficient and friendly. Couldn't ask for more snd we'll be back.

First time visit and it was great , Very tasty and freshly made . Nice friendly staff and very reasonable prices . I’d highly recommended a visit

Absolutely awful. Not even that cheap but with mean levels of topping overcooked so it's one hard thin sheet of unrecognisable flavour...won't be going back

the toppings, especially the pepperoni are disgraceful, the dough is cooked on the outside but inside raw. no flavor apart from salt. they used to be ok, but they just seem to have let go. Dont waste your money in this place.

Hi I'm very disappointed about your staff from Bromley hil, Downham. Never happens in my life to be so humiliated like that. I want to order a pizza from your store and your employer refused to take my order. I say to him can I have a gogo special and his answer whose: I don't want to serve you. Once a week I buy your pizza but from now on I will never gonna buy from you. Seriously you need to educated your stuff, because of them your company lose customers. I don't know your employer name and for sure if I'm going to ask him hi will not gonna tell me. So remember Number 12 Bromley Hill, Downham next to Pizza Hut. Thank you

I ordered pizza at about 11pm, after waiting 2 HOURS ( the place is about 8 min driving from my home address) I have called the restaurant. Extremely rude staff started to shout and swear at me. Pizza arrived at 3 am ( 4 HOURS AFTER ORDERING ) cold, soggy, tasteless. Never again

Probably the rudest people I have ever met in my life, for their own mess up? Have no idea how that works. And if you’re going to try and abuse me over text message, at least type properly. Oh, and to top it off, pizza was crap and over priced :)

Whilst I like the pizza the device is terrible! They are so rude! Cannot be bothered to even listen to my complaint despite delivering the wrong pizza! Just wanted to let them know it was wrong even though was happy to eat what they delivered! Don’t think they will last must longer given the current climate! Certainly not ordering from them ever again !!!! Unacceptable service! Disgusting!

I went with my husband to buy a pizza after a long day at our local Pizza Go go in the E4 area of London. We started to order a large £8.99 collect pizza. When my husband went to pay by card, an extremely rude man who was standing behind the counter shouted "we only take cards for payment over £11.99". We were shocked and my husband said surely that's not right and the man repeated in an extremely rude manner "No only payments over 11.99". We went to the cash machine down the road to get the cash and went back. The man and his colleagues were standing at the back of the shop talking so my husband said we would like to order please. This man then shouted "wait!". My husband and I were so shocked that we could not believe that someone could be so rude so he asked "what do u mean wait?" The man shouted again aggressively "WAIT!". We could not believe that this person had spoken to a customer like that. I have worked in retail and I know u do not ever speak to a paying customer like that. He was disgusting. I will not ever be visiting there again and I will be telling my friends and family never to go there either. We did not deserve to be spoken to like the as we were not rude. Utterly disgusting!!! If I could give a zero rating I would.

Great pizza take away after a few beers. Hot and crispy exactly what you need. I had it plain which was exactly right and what I needed after a night out with the lads

I visit regularly as I work across the road. Service can be slow when busy as only one member of staff on duty during lunch. Food is always of a very high standard and the lady who generally works at lunch is very friendly.

The staff is extremelly rude, never met people like that anywhere! “Pica” - the worst in the world, never encountered worse taste in my life! And even if you there at 1 am on Saturday night - they lie that it is closing, as at the same time google says “open till 2am” and on the door is a sign “we’re open”. Shocking!

I recently moved to Greenwich area and I order a pizza online from gogo and had worst experience ever. Two pizzas arrived completely damaged, smashed in the box like someone been shaking it for while or something. Cold and tasteless. Driver really rude even I tipped him a £5. Really disappointed especially that I was a regular customer and been ordering their pizza for last 6years, however that was from leytonstone shop where pizza was always perfect and delicious. Lewisham branch need massive improvement as what they offering is not a food.

I ordered a Pizza meal from these guys which was a medium pizza fries and 2 cans of drink. I asked how long the order would be he said 45 mins 1 hr max. They call me after 1hr 15 minutes to check my address and said the guy is leaving now so will be another 15-20 mins. I said you said it would be 1hr max and now thats 1hr 30 so that I was annoyed about this but to just get here as soon as they could. Anyways when it got to being 3o mins later I called back & said can you tell me where the guy is? He said oh we cancelled that order as we gave your order to someone else by accident. Obviously I was furious at this, I said how can you just cancel my order with out even calling me to tell me and the guy was really rude saying listen mam I'm just telling you whats happened. At this point I was really hungry so said well I never cancelled it this is ridiculous just get my order to me now so he said ok it will be another 20 mins. I said really you should be giving me this with a big discount he said he couldn't do that.. I was hungry so just went with it anyways. Anyways the food came well after 2hrs and when I paid and he left I took out the food the fries were Luke warm and really stale/hard and the pizza was the same as if it had been sat out for hours not warm and just gross. The service was absolutely terrible, the worst I've ever experienced even after how late it was the bike guy had the cheek to call me and asked if I would meet him on the corner of the street???!!!!!! ( Sorry, what?? erm no how about you come to my actual door when its at this point after 10pm at night) Food absolutely disgusting I ate a few slices as was that hungry and put the rest in the bin. Absolute waste of money. Please do not order here.

He visitado pizza tarjeta GoGo sheen dos veces en los últimos dos semanas y cada vez me ha impresionado con el servicio, precio Y GUALITY LA COMIDA. .Si estás en este y quieres sheen disfrute de una fantástica pizza lo recomiendo si estás en la zona. . Los chicos que trabaja allí es muy agradable sin duda hace que los visite una y otra vez. . . .

Pedimos nuestra noche de pizza por satélite sólo para encontrar un pelo en la pizza (no por primera vez). Llamé a la tienda y me mandaron al conductor volver a recoger la pizza que él y él se disculpó. Llamé a la tienda y pedimos la restitución y se negaron. El gerente no darme su nombre y no hablar por teléfono. El asistente me informó de contactar a su oficina el lunes que hice, me dijeron que tengo que enviar un mensaje a través de su sitio web y pedir la restitución como pagué por la pequeña excursión de dar el efectivo web conductor en la puerta. Es Martes y he oído nada! Y no reembolso. Ni siquiera una respuesta de cortesía. Como cliente habitual de 3 años definitivamente no usar PizzaGoGo de nuevo. Ten cuidado.

Excellent service under new management, food was great and yummy the Shop was 100% clean. 100% recommend it!

used them for many years, always pleased with them until recently, last few orders not good consistantly taking longer to arrive than before, pizza no longer hot on arrival, pizza tough and chewy

We ordered two pizza's for delivery. They turned up on time and we're got but unfortunately we're the blandest pizza's we've ever tested. Toppings were very scarce too. Never again!

Worst service ever- the pizza to then compensate was burnt and the wrong size. Man over the phone was rude and unhelpful, and did not believe me. He said he would send someone to examine the pizza but they never turned up

Absolutely appalling service. Food was delivered missing the sauces, after calling to ask if these could be delivered the man on the phone was particularly rude, stating nobody could drop the dips off even though the delivery man couldn't be more than 5 minutes away because they were too busy and they could not refund us either and following that exchange he simply hung up. Will certainly never order from there again and would discourage anyone else from doing so!

We ordered delivery to our hotel room. They changed the order and send different order coz on non availability without confirming.Delivery was on time. Pizzas were okay. Cookie was very good.

Pizza gogo bristol, it was all wrong on the filling to dough ratio, too much bread which wasn't even a good pizza base, more like mass produced sliced white consistency, stingy with the fillings, the chicken was dried out to a crisp, I ordered extra prawns, well I found one or two wrinkled specimens, it was a dry spongy chewy thing .

El otro día decidimos pedir la cena para llevar en esta cadena, ya que era de lo poco que estaba abierto a la hora a la que fuimos y nos quedaba cerca del alojamiento. Había bastante gente esperando por sus pizzas (las pequeñas, son muy pequeñas), de modo que decidimos mirar que otras opciones había, y escogimos un menú de hamburguesa de pollo + patatas fritas + lata de refresco a 2.50 pounds. Fueron relativamente rápidos, por ese precio evidentemente las patatas eran congeladas (de bolsa), la hamburguesa sin embargo tenía una buena pechuga de pollo, pero apenas ensalada. En resumen, ha sido una opción-económica para comer algo rápido sin más miramientos, no esperes grandes maravillas.

Pizza GoGo was just around the corner where was staying for a few day's and due to it closeness we came here in our first night.A take away with large window's but a waiting area possibly the size of a toilet cubical.I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, with a side order of chicken wings, as we where the only guys there we where literally in and out.The pizza wasn't the worst that I've ever had, but for a BBQ pizza it was rather tasteless.Chicken wings looked semi coated with breadcrumbs but where really greasy.There was however cheap juice, but was for the export market & I couldn't read anything that was written in the can's.

I have tried to like this place since it can be found in a lot of places in london. However, it is always not that fresh and the taste is bland. This pizza is very dull and im better off making a home made fresh pizza! If you have other options, go for those!

Every time I have ever had a pizza from GoGo, it has alway been awful and disgusting. The pizza base was soggy and still doughy. The ingredients just fell off you when picked up a slice. Maybe this chain should seek help from Gordon Ramsey.If it wasn't for the fact i bought this pizza late at night, I would have gone to a supermarket to get one of their pizza's - which are half the price and taste x10 better.Would highly recommend going to any other pizza take away then going to GoGo.

The food came within a reasonable time, how ever the cheesy garlic bread was just about warm and rock hard, they missed an extra topping which I had asked for and when I called to ask about it they said I didn't ask for it. I am vegetarian and ordered a quorn pizza and pop quorn chicken which I thought was great, how ever the PPP quorn chicken was burn and tasteless and the quorn in the pizza, again tasteless. It's a shame because that is a great selling point that they have veggie option rather than just vegetable pizza. Paid £21 worth around £10

After more than an hours wait and 2 phone calls, where I was told my order didn't exist, my pizza turned up crumpled and cold. I argued with the delivery driver that £10 was plenty to cover his fuel and the cost of the food in that state. He said they were too busy to deliver quickly.. At 1am on Monday. Terrible service. Awful food. Never again.

Love the single deal at Pizza Gogo. For around £12 it's my first choice for take-away. Delivery time is good, and the food always arrives hot.

Excellent pizza, fresh ingredients, love the dough. Definitely recommend it. Have had the chicken wings, they were juicy, with little fat and were really tasty!!!! I just love pizza gogo!!!

Medium meat pizza ordered and arrived within the allocated time. The ribs had no meat on them and the chicken wings had a funny smell. Didn't attempt to finish the sides but the pizza was ok. There are other pizza places which I would definitely choose over pizza gogo.
