Almost cold although only 5 mins from me. chicken like burned rubber.

Only issue was missing items and never answer the phone

Delivery driver never showed up with my order, I called the restaurant and they confirmed it had been picked up by the driver. Obviously this is a fault with Just eat and not Pizza Express as they were very helpful when I called.

I am a regular costumer of PizzaExpress and have been to the east sheen branch lately. The food was so delicious. The service was so good and the manager was reaching to every table to make sure that every thing is running smoothly. I had great time on Saturday evening . Would love to visit again.

We booked in advance a party of 10 and we were allocated a dedicated space. It worked perfectly for the occasion. Food was delicious, everything was a real treat.

We had an issue with the food but it was promptly replaced by the staff, Gangadhar served us and he was lovely, very attentive and polite.

We had a party here, nice staff, clean toilet. Party packing is so value for money, including fresh made dough ball and veggie snacks, drink, ice-cream and children own pizza with wide range of toppings, ham, chess, olive. The pizza box is presenting well. More surprisingly, it offered mini boxes for cake sharing. All neat and tidy, good experience and recommended.

This is a really nice Pizza Express with lovely food and excellent service. Sait looked after us really well on our last visit.

I popped into this Pizza Express, on my own, for a late lunch this afternoon. It's a bit out of the way for me so I've not been to this one before. It was nice and quiet by that point, after the lunchtime rush, with only two other tables of diners there. I have to say, I don't remember the last time I had such good service. I believe the name of the young man who served me was Gangadhar (that's the name on my receipt, anyway), he was super attentive, very polite and friendly. He is a real credit to the Pizza Express team. The food was great, I've had the arancini before through Uber Eats, but they tasted so much nicer freshly served. I also had the rectangular Soho 65 pizza. Great!

They have priced themselves out of their place in the market. It used to be such a nice pizza for such a reasonable price. Now I feel I need an extra mortgage just to take the family. Typical of today trying to squeeze what's possible out of everyone rather than what's fair.

I am cursed by this being a conveniently close Pizza Express. I like Pizza Express but this place is terrible. The latest visit shows the continued decline and it’s a toss up between the overcooked pizza and the unfathomably slow service at every stage for the most miserable feature of a miserable restaurant. I need to learn to suck up the trip to Richmond but instead each time I think ‘it can’t be as bad as last time’. Then each time it’s worse.

It was really busy in the afternoon but our food was served perfectly. Despite it being busy the manager who usually works here with the nice hair always makes it seem super normal and always pleases us every time. The staff here always makes our dining experience the best !!

it's a real shame that was not told the options before I was told by second restaurant a week later I went to after this it's quite simple American hot you can choose between what two peppers of which one you want and they didn't even look like peppers they look like the strands of the outside no seeds no circle just like chop and bit chucked together

Under staffed and did their absolute best. You come here for a decent pizza, harsh lighting, and messy children. But the people who work or own this place really do try their best.

Great meal at Pizza Express East Sheen. New menu options keeps it fresh, great portion sizes and delicious pizza (as you would expect!). Special mention to Sait and his staff, such a warm hospitable team. Been coming here regularly for 10 years... and I'll be back again next week!

If you’re looking to visit the worst pizza express around, come here. My daughter and friend tried to go here Monday lunchtime but the guy running the place refused to serve them, fobbing them off with “the waits going to be too long for you”. It’s Pizza Express in East Sheen, not the Savoy. Try the one in Richmond instead which is better by far.

I had recently visited this pizza express, loved the dough balls and Pollo adastra .Throughly loved the experience of eating there. Sait was fantastic and attentive. Would love to visit again sometime soon.

Absolutely amazing. The environment is lovely. Money is worth spending here. My favourite is pollo pesto and pollo Ad Astra and the newly introduced wines are out of this world including Gavi. You should try them.

Salad was pretty disappointing

This is, without doubt, the worst branch of Pizza Express in the UK. The service is non existent. I ordered a drink and had to wait over 15 minutes for it and ask twice. When my pizza arrived, I asked for chilli oil and black pepper then watched the waitress go off and start a ten minute conversation with her colleague. It would have gone on for longer had I not shouted across the restaurant that my pizza was getting cold. On the next table , a family wanted to complain that all their pizzas arrived cold but the manager wouldn’t come over. It took the mother to go over and force him to come to the table. When they outlined their complaint, his response was to say: ‘What can I do? I don’t know what to say.’ How about replacing their cold food for the hot food they paid for? He is not fit for purpose! AVOID

Ordered a pizza, food turned up over an Hr later and was stone cold and inedible.. phoned the restaurant to complain and the weren’t interested at all - avoid at all costs

We have been to this restaurant many times and we recommend to all our family specifically when there is a employee named akanshaa serving all of our guests. She is very polite and soft spoken. The way she treat us and fulfil our orders we are very happy thanks to her effort.

One member of our party had almost finished her meal when the other meals were served. Food was fine and the server was attentive. The problem came when vouchers were presented against the cost of the meal. Two members of staff had difficulty calculating and our free offer was charged for. Eventually the manager (?) came over but did not expain the situation and was not very helpful. We took longer paying the bill than eating our food. A family get together that was not an enjoyable experience.

Hosted daughters birthday party at this restaurant. The team organised the party really well and the kids had a great time making pizza and eating it afterwards. Recommend highly!

We arrived with the restuarant only a quarter full. A child party must have been on, as tables were covered in food and empty plates and glasses. No urgent effort was made to clear the tables We were shown to a clean table, and we ordered a jug of water. 10 minutes later no water has materialised or our food order taken . During that time numerous deliveroo rider’s came in to collect takeaways, so it seems they get priority over customers in the restuarant. The overall impression is one of not enough staff, priority given to deliveries, and the restuarant customer is neglected. We walked out after 10 minutes, never to return again Absolute disgrace

Booked table for 8 o'clock but was left sitting there for 15 minutes while they were more bothered about take aways...SO WE GOT UP AND LEFT AND GAVE OUR MONEY TO THE CURRY HOUSE

Came here for pizza-making for our daughter's birthday party. The kids made their own pizzas, (PE provided the bases which the children then topped off with their chosen toppings). Pedro managed the party brilliantly and he and the team were very attentive. All the children enjoyed the pizzas and the games and had a great time. Strongly recommend.

Me and my friend come here every beginning of season (3 times a school year ) to this lovely restaurant.It’s very quiet and relaxing but the best part tho is it’s quick and the service is amazing. Today we have a waiter called Arsh who was very friendly welcoming and gave us another great experience at this pizza express. Will definitely come again next beginning of term.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a pizza express. When we first got there, we were the only people in the restaurant and based on the experience we were about to endure I was not suprised! We ordered our drinks which for some reason took over 10 minutes to arrive, despite us being the only ones in the restaurant. The staff were chatting and laughing amongst themselves, so that was probably the issue. The dinner came and it wasn’t that great. Not much taste and I have been to many pizza express restaurants, where the quality has been 100% better. The time came for us to pay our bill. One of our friends is a student and showed the waiter his code from UNI Days which entitles him to 30% off food. The waiter said that he needs a QR code, but UNI days didn’t provide a QR code. We said we had a code and he put that into his device but said it didn’t work. We expressed that we have the code and that he has UNI days, and therefore you should honour the discount, it’s not our problem that there systems are wrong. He left us for 15 minutes in order for us to find the problem to the issue, despite it being their issue. Eventually the manager came over and he said that we need a QR code despite UNI Days only providing a code. I even saw their device which said input voucher code so I really didn’t understand what they were trying to achieve by asking for a QR code. The manager requested to see our freinds student ID, which he done but then looked at it like a detective for several minutes and still refused it! Why were they making it so difficult? He has shown his UNI days, as well as his student ID. When we said it’s your issue not ours, you are advertising this discount, the manger has then added the 30% discount which he just done with a touch of a button on his device. So all of that was for nothing? We were not trying to be difficult so this was just poor customer service. An awful experience and I would not recommend this pizza express. Your better off traveling into Richmond and going to that one!
