I have been using pizza go go for maybe 4 years. Only recently service has dropped. I rang and ordered a collection service, arrived at the shop to be ignored by staff, I could see my pizza sitting on top of the oven. I appreciate they was busy doing something but then the phone rang below me. The assistant answered, took another order then ignored me. So took the call replaced the receiver and carried on ignoring me whilst my order getting cold. Finally had to shout up and ask for my order. By the time I got home it was cold. So thanks. Pizza gogo, still hungry and ignored, Will never use this place again, terrible customer service. Can't comment on the food as in bin as cold but in the past never had a problem. Maybe a change of staff would be a good start.

Can't knock the value of pizza here 12 inch pizza £5.99. I had the Tuna pizza the peppers were abit hot but my own fault should have said I didn't want them. I probably would visit again.

Food was disgusting it's was so dry 🤢 took a hour to deliver aswell and food turns up cold for £19 it wasn't worth the money 💰 I'm sorry but it won't be ordering from here again 🤢🤢

Pedí desde Domino's Pizza (Birmingham - Central) y rastreé la entrega en el mapa en vivo de su sitio web. Observé cómo el repartidor iba en dirección opuesta a mi casa, antes de regresar a la sucursal. Cuando llamé a la sucursal para averiguar qué había pasado, me dijeron -en tono muy grosero e irrespetuoso- que el conductor había llegado a mi casa (no era cierto) y me llamó por el teléfono móvil pero no contesté (tampoco cierto) , por lo que regresaron a la sucursal. Qué tan pobre debe ser la cultura de su empresa para culpar a sus clientes de su propia incompetencia. Para añadir más insultos, mi pedido de pizza y guarniciones finalmente llegó frío como piedra. Había planeado hacer un pedido para la reunión social de mi oficina más tarde esa semana, pero no quería arriesgarme después de mi experiencia. Hazlo mejor, Domino's.
