Pizza GoGo in Cardiff

Had the Margarita and chips with sauces, didn’t finish it as I was full and pizza was well worth it. Simple Italian flavour, keep it going!

The worst delivery service. I had to leave my 16 month old baby on her own because the delivery driver was lazy and couldn't do there job properly. Because of this incompetence i will never order from pizza gogo again

Pedí dos por uno. Solo se envió uno con un volante adjunto a la caja que decía aproximadamente 2 por 1 oferta. Los llamé para decir al respecto. Todo lo que dijeron fue que lo arreglarían y ese fue el final que escuché de ellos

Siempre tenemos una pizza para llevar. Fácil de ordenar, buenas opciones de cobertura y entrega a tiempo. ¡Lo he usado durante muchos años y siempre ha sido bueno!

Bought a pizza which came out tasting like a 225/40 R18 Y Michelin Pilot Sport 4 High Performance Tyre (1,604). I’m pretty sure I saw the chefs injecting heroin in the back. No wonder my pizza tasted like oil. Hate my life

My favorite Pizza place in Cardiff. Always taste fresh. Delivery driver was very friendly too. The food arrived fast the quality is always good as mentioned.

Orderd two for one. Only had one delivered with flyer attached to box saying about 2for1 deal. Called them up to say about it. All they said was they’ll sort it and that was the end I heard from them

We used to get takeaway pizza from Dominos, tried Pizza GoGo once, didn't like it, so went back to Dominos. However about 18 months ago we tried Pizza GoGo again, and it was really good. We get pizza maybe once a fortnight, and it's always from here. They do a buy-one-get-one-free, but the real reason we go back is that it's good pizza. I think they've really upped their game in the last year or two, and the pizza is hot, fresh and tasty, the base is crisp, and the toppings are generous. That's pretty much it - they do really nice takeaway pizza, it's not expensive, and as a bonus, the lady who delivers always remembers my name!

Asked for half and half pizza for me and a friend who doesn’t like meat. Hers was cheese and tomato and mine was pepperoni. After collecting and driving home we saw that only a quarter was cheese and tomato and the rest pepperoni. We called up and explained the situation to be told that it was ‘impossible’ that could’ve happened and implied that I was lying to get my money back, and that I had to drive all the way back (15 min drive) to ‘prove’ it to him. I said I shouldn’t have to do that and he said ‘well it’s your choice but that’s all I will do’. I am appalled by this customer service and clear lack of quality control. I am a regular customer and I am very upset by their rudeness and lack of care towards valuable customers.

Loads of pizza choices, sell Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream, the twister chips with the spicy seasoning is the best, prompt service and easy to order over the phone too!

Called in here for er pizza Got told as we would be ordering 3 pizzas we would get a discount. Ordered 3 pizzas at 7.99 and was told told it would be 24.00...... Well in our book they actually charged us 3 pence more. Then we saw a leaflet saying buy one pizza get 2nd free Well that turn out to be a con as they charge £16.99 for the same pizza size as what they have on there shop menu at 7.99. Total con when we pointed it out the staff behind the counter shouted at us. Would avoid at all costs and the pizza was mediocre at best.
