They take Cash only, I'll report this to HMRC and They Don't have any place to sit inside, i put a big order in-store had to wait long time on my foot. Put some chair at least for the customers who wants to sit

The server kept rubbing his nose while he was with his friend. He came back and did not wash his hands while ordering my food. He also does not take cards only cash. I think he may be avoiding taxes. He also, had bad customer services when I ordered tissue. He only gave me one tissue and did not respond back when I asked for more.

Best pizza in town & shop very tidy and clean

When I ordered the pizza they did not ask if we wanted thick or thin. When I went to pick the order they said that I should of said even though they did not ask. This place should be avoided. Due to there customer service.

Disgusting pizza... never order from here... my son ate couple of slices from each pizza... the dough is thick hard and tasteless the toppings were shocking....never ever order from here there are far better pizza places...

Very rude customer service he tried to over charge me, after checking his menu I called back to change my order for a meal deal from his menu he said no I can’t change I had to cancel.

I wish I could have starts in minus. The staff is very very rude no manners at all. They are making fresh pizza though but the ingredients they are using must be expired and rotten. After eating their food I have got food poisoning. Disgusting never go there again. -10* from my site.

He charges different prices when you use the card because he doesn’t wanna pay taxes. Don’t even go here they will charge you extra without letting you know.

I went there to get a pizza I couldn’t get a pizza because they only accept cash and they don’t take card payments when I told him you have a business and you don’t take card payments after a bit of argue he told me yes I have cash machine so he lied to me at the start,when I told him okay let me pay with card he tried to charge me extra 3£ in this economy.Don’t go there and waste your time,UNPROFESSIONAL.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible service and horrible staff! We ordered pizza over the phone for Iftar time. The guy over the phone said we’ll get it on time for Iftar but it might be 10 mins early or late which we were okay with as we didn’t know how traffic will be like. 20 mins after iftar - we kept calling and there was no answer. Once someone finally picked up, they said the food was not yet prepared yet let alone out for delivery! His excuse was that they were busy but this should have been communicated when booking and/or had a call to update so we could make do with other plans as we didn’t prepare anything as we thought this was going to come. We usually order from Camden branch so majorly disappointed with this branch. Pure laziness, horrible service and staff have the audacity to argue when they are in the wrong. Do yourselves a favour and order from Camden or Bayswater branch, AVOID THIS ONE.

Went there for 3 - 4 times, every time they said we don't have pan for 7" pizza. And asked for Cash payment only. I don't know why they're not accepting Card.

Great value pizza tasty and fast service

We placed an order for 4 big pizza, we recieved the order without the garlic sauce. We called back, and explained what happened, the manager called us liars and start swearing, saying that the sauce is there. Big lie. A manager with such rudeness, you can't blame the employees. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered 4 x large pizza from Willesden branch with garlic I called back the shop to send his driver back he said I'll not send my driver back because he said he gave me the garlic soace I told him you calling me lier he said yes I told him you the lier he started and swearing 🤬 to me what kind of manager he is very rude and the pizza was dry and disgusting like him I'll never buy from pizza go go again.

Disgusting attitude from people who work there play games with food and delivery times and although there food is nice it’s not worth the hassle dealing with the clowns on customer service… also tried to rob my money

Usually great food never a problem but today there was 2 curly hairs in my mums pizza I didn't take a pic as my mum dumped it befire she told me I can assure u this is tru I just don't have a pic

My family and I got food poisoning after ordering pizza here. Surely they used rotten ingredients. I only threw up a couple of times, but my wife and daughter got recovered at the hospital and had to go through a gastric lavage.

Hello Pizza GoGo team, Very happy to receive a satisfying meal. It was my first order so didnt know what to expect. But wow. It is so fresh and crispy. After more than a decade trying to find a good quality Pizza place, I finally stumble upon Pizza GoGo. Was my first time and the staff took my personal request into kind consideration. The pizza was absolutely top notch. I'll be ordering again!!! Keep it up brother and GBU

I call to collect the pizza he tell me in 10 minutes will be ready and I came after 15 he didn’t make nothing so just make sure when u call them they be no in the time

Was ordering from Piza Gogo many times,but last two times pizzas came absolutely burned and dry. Very poor quality of product as well as poor customer service,when we sent them pictures . Would not order from this place anymore.

I am a regular for many years and and can not believe how the pizza has changed they do not give normal amount of cheese or tomato base and the topping are almost 2 or 3 on each slice of pizza if you go in store they will not expect card payments and only take cash to avoid paying tax and showing there real income they are making if you get your pizza super late there will be nothing offered as loyalty but a sorry and will tell you they will look after you next time which they don't do and say they know nothing about it do not mess up your dates evening and family time by ordering here you have been warned good luck.

This place is rubbish I went to order a pizza and I want it to pay by card and they said cash only I told them I have card only they lied and said head office told as that minimum card payment is £20

Online order (Friday evening) Pros: + Pizza came hot. + Pizza came as described. + Pizza came balanced, with enough structural sturdiness and integrity. + Upon measuring the pizza, the size was as ordered. Cons: --- Both pizzas ordered have a chemical smell and taste. --- Bad hygiene - pizza was placed on a half transparent paper inside the box. One short hair was found below the paper in one of the boxes. -- Pizza caused a stomach ache. - Quite long delivery time (around 50 minutes from placing order).

Customer service was poor maybe due to them being busy with deliveries but that's not acceptable in the end I left due to not being served

I search for halal pizza restaurant on justeat and got this name pizza gogo so ordered 1st time from this restaurant, it was so yummy,very delicious pizza I have ever had. Wanna buy again But got a small doubt , I ordered meatball nd beef pizza thinking its halal and just want to know if they were halal? And Are all your non veg ingredients halal?? Or we should have to ask for halal ingredients separately??????

Paied £3 extra for stuffed crust and was given a hole with air , asked for bbq bace and was given possible a tea spoon for the entire pizza, I called up to voice my concerns and was told well this is how we do it at gogo, the customer service was the worst I have ever recieved , I will never purchase from them again

False advertising! They never have the 2.99 offer advertised. Always have to buy 4.99 and when we ask how much more bigger they say its six slices!! A 5" pizza can be 6 slices and so can a 28"! This place needs to be legally regulated or shut down. Trading standards should get involved. Pizza was cold even though it was ordered and collected at the shop.

Pizza tasted great as always, delivery was quite slow, good value for money, cookies a bit too doey but never the less one of my favourite pizza places, better than anywhere else! :)

Delivery guy failed to bring a bottle of coke. He asked if I wanted a refund or him to bring it back in 45 minutes. As I didn't want to drag him all the way for just a bottle of coke, I asked for a refund. The amount was never refunded and after 3 days I called the restaurant, where a very rude guy, Aziz answered and he said he will not refund but he will give me a free bottle on the next order. I insisted on the refund as I was not planning to order from this place any more but I had no success. Terrible service

Hi guys, that’s from Sabores ex waitress costumer, just got a pizza from Hendon Gogo branch, but remembered never did a review for u guys, So again Gogo has the best pizza ever in London And your costumer service its just the best, friendly staff and friendly neighbours (miss having u all 4min from home 😢). We always order Gogo on pizza night! We've tried before a few other pizza places in the area, but this is by far my favourite! Plus they have really fast delivery most times. For those liking a full pizza, I recommend Gogo Special with thin crust, extra bacon, olives and chicken. Yumm! <3

Got food poisoning last night from them not good at all

GoGo employee here. I believe this is the cleanest GoGo I've stocked. I've had a lot of pizzas and what really seperates a good pizza from an amazing one is definitely the dough. Hands down, this shop has some of the best dough I've had. Keep it up guys, I'm impressed. - George
