Usually have a good experience with the place, ordered through JustEat and the delivery was given to the wrong customer. Man on phone refused to believe there could be an error, even when the description of the customer was completely different from what I was wearing. Terrible customer service, £29 lost like that, never will buy from them ever again.

BOX WAS ABSOLUTELY SOPPING WET IN OIL. THE PEPPERONIS HAD INDIVIDUAL FINGERPRINTS DEEPLY INDENTED IN THEM. buck your ideas up pizza gogo staff, buck your ideas UP. due to the cartoonish bites taken out the crust i assume the delivery driver had a little nibble on the way 🤤. mildly disappointed 😡

I'm an American trying out pizza in RTW. My target is pan pizzas because they are my favorite. The crust looks good. But once you bite into it, you realize just how dry, flavorless it is. It could use oil in the pan to make it fry for more flavor. Its hard to eat pizza with a bad crust, I had to toss the rest of it. The cheese and sauce were fine, the pepperoni was cheap tasting. Hot-doggish. Staff seemed impatient.
