I only recommend this place food is the best can not fault it

The staff member who had taken my order was unbelievably rude to my partner and swearing on the phone! The staff member was extremely unprofessional and aggressive on the phone as a family we will not be ordering from the tower hill branch again and the staff member should be sacked for being so rude. For a business trying to emulate the likes of pizza hut and dominos you should be investing in better quality of staff.

I ordered pizza, included with fresh tomatoes but this one doesn’t have any, the persone who i spoke with was rude and doesn’t know how to take an order, even he said he works in there for 25 years. All the time when i order pizza it came with souce but now he says that i had to tell him this, included the payment metod, my question is how do I know all he is asking me for? I mean he is working there he should ask me about payment metod, because the driver came and asking me for cash but I said no one told me about cash and all the time they came with the card machine 0 professionalism for the one who said that works there for 25 years, who knows if it’s true I am very disappointed!

Worst branch ever, person who is serving was not good, he don’t no how to talk with customer, he is very rude when i ask for extra mayonees and even when he is not good with attending customer, when i ask about one topping he said rudely that we dont do that and i can go somewhere else. I am old customer and i really appreciate of go go pizza branches but this time i am very embarrassed. Worst service and worst and very bad behaviour person ever. I personally recomend don’t waste your time by buying pizza from this branch.

The customer service is very poor! I called to order and the person on the phone was rushing me and telling me to make up my mind. Very poor customer service I will not order again.

Very rude customer service over the phone, I phoned three times to order and i asked him if I can order with someone else immediately hung up on me, unprofessional service, shouted on me what a dam owner can hire this man, this is my third time being rude to me, I never like to write a review but this time on it, Wouldn’t recommend anyone to call.

Used to order from here a lot until I saw the place in person, people do not wear nets on their arms/hair, or gloves. I found hair on my pizza once and now I know why 😩 definitely needs a health and safety check !!

Pizza arrived late and cold, poor customer service

This is a genuine review. I don’t usually write these but on this occasion my food was terrible and the service was worse. I ordered through just eat and the pizza came burnt. By the time I took a bite into it I saw that it was very tough. I called and the person on the phone said it was due to the barbecue sauce on the pizza and he won’t do anything to help me with the order. He even proceeded to laugh at me on the phone… I feel robbed. My the time the pizza lost its warmth it literally tasted like cardboard. Don’t order from these guys. They absolutely do not care.

Absolutely gutted , not only with the quality of the over cooked pizza but with the customer service that answered the call and laughed at us. WHAT A HORRIBLE SITUATION! We weren’t able to eat the over cooked pizza and still had someone laughing at us after taking our money, felt double cheated . DO NOT recommend this place at all. Hungry and disappointed with the overall experience !!!

I always order a mushroom, sweetcorn, black olive and green chilli pizza, and it's always delivered quickly and is still hot from the oven. Love the gooey cookies and garlic bread too. I've ordered from here many times and I haven't been disappointed. 👌👏

Rude delivery driver Cookies over cooked on the outside and raw in the middle . So disappointed Eaten from here several times since. Inc tonight. Had the rude delivery driver. And it seems col crisis hit this place as they are being so scarce on the toppings compared to before, last couple times hardly anything.

First and the last time eating from this pizza shop, the pizza was not tasteful at all. Hardly any chicken topping was put on the pizza.

The pizza was horrible and there was Hair in on the cheese. Also old chicken wings. Avoid them.

There's a guy Sam that works there he is very rude and he probably li-meng makes the pizza very rubbish as he's not a nice person how can somebody who's not nice make you a nice pizza. And you are getting so many complaints about the person who picks up the calls for orders you should sack him. Replying back I have sent an email already and nobody has contacted me back...it's a real shame as I really enjoyed your pizza

Pizza GoGo used to be my regular takeaway pizza but I've had not had pizza go go In roughly 10 years due the decline in quality in their pizzas but thought I'd give them a Another shot. I ordered a create your own pizza online and payed extra for this. One of my choice in toppings (pineapple) was not on the pizza. The pizza was also quite overcooked. The toppings are on paper so I don't understand how someone can mess up an online order? Anyway since this was my (first experience) with pizza go go in about a decade I have been put off ordering from them again.

Great pizza place for such long time. I am using Pizza GoGo since 1995 and test and quality are allays the best out of all . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 👍👍

I have been ordering pizzas from here for the last 15 years and always thought that the food was good and reasonably priced. The last three orders I have made over the phone with you guys, the operator has made me feel like I am inconveniencing him by making the call. His attitude stinks to the high heavens, I don’t know how he thinks it’s ok to loose your temper because I asked you for a card machine, previously he was upset with me because I asked if the pizzas still came with free sauce. I would call up and tell you but I’ll only get through to Mr Happy on the other side. On the flip side I’m getting fat and he made me realise that I need to cook more so when I’m having a cheat day Mr Happy better be on holiday

I love pizza Gogo but the pizza is slightly overcooked and the gave me one sour cream and chive sauce even though it comes with two and in wanted garlic obviously 🥺 do sad

I will advice not to eat at this restaurant because of the bad experience in service they are very rood and also the food isn’t really any good at all the crust was really burnt and the wings I ordered were uncooked.

Keep getting my order wrong, and not even saying sorry for it!!! If I want extra topping, they charge for it, but if they miss toppings from my pizza, never reduce it from the price. The owner of this store, doesn't deserve to be a part of this chain!! Clowns!!!

Always go for a large pepperoni pizza with jalapenos to share between 2 people. The staff are friendly and it's a good price, and the pizza is indeed very tasty!!

Love the pizza here, amazing deals during the week. And some good ones during the weekend too. They have create your own toppings, and they have Turkey pepperoni.(for those would don't eat pork) Great delivery time also, will accept card payment (have to show your card on delivery)

£3!!!! Personal.pizza with anchovies and olives. Bit salty but we got to use the toilet which was adequate but single occupancy only. Chicken wings on basement floor bit weird tbh.

VERY NASTY WORKERS!!! I rang to confirm if they could deliver before iftar and they said yes that was fine. I received a call 5 minutes later from a very RUDE patronising guy who starts having a go at me about “oh come on your Muslim you should understand that people need to eat” but he didn’t even let me speak or even say I was okay with my delivery being early or late. This guy was jumping to conclusions and stressing a pregnant woman out and being extremely patronising and he literally just kept yelling at me and wouldn’t let me respond to what he was saying and just kept shouting “Your a woman you should understand, it’s ramadan”. First of all if you allow customers to respond instead of jumping to conclusions without them even saying anything then maybe your fasts would be accepted, don’t tell me how to be a good Muslim, I listened to your abuse for 5 minutes and couldn’t get a word in! You should close your takeaway down as your UNFIT to run a business and have very poor customer service.

Currently sitting in this shop waiting for my pizza to finish cooking. The guy making the pizzas in front of me, literally just burped over whoever’s pizza he’s currently making for a telephone order. No ones bat an eye lid.

Such lovely, hehpful guys that work there! I just ordered a pizza with no cheese and recieved a pizza with cheese - I called to explain, and they said not a problem. Not only did they send me another pizza with no cheese but also fries for free extra - I just want them to know I ran to the door when the delivery guy appeared and forgot to bring the pizza with cheese with me, and ran back to get it but by the time I brought the original pizza to the door he left and I don't want you to think I was pulling a fast one! But thank you so much for going above and beyond with my order. Lovely!

We ordered pizzas for our team night last Friday and they arrived cold and somehow the delivery guy had the boxes upside down and they were a mess. Not happy, would like normal pizzas re sent as an apology?

Not only pizza but also bbq ribs and curly fries! Fast service and pizza is good (ask for the thin crust for an italian like pizza)

Ordered 15 inch Double Pepperoni on thin base. Pizza arrived after 45 minutes, but... it was some basic vegetarian 14 inch pizza on thick base. I only spotted it after a couple of minutes when the driver was gone. Pizza was not bad, but not what I ordered...

Very disappointed. Ordered at 9:25, initially was told would be delivered by 10:15. Was then given a time amendment to 10:45. I waited patiently. It was 11pm no call no communication so I called the restaurant, they said really sorry it's busy today driver will be with you in 10 minutes. He apologised so I waited. 11:30 pm and no communication no food. Called the restaurant, he was shocked that I bothered calling still 2 hours after my order and made up a story that I was delivered the pizza and I sent it back! I asked would I be calling you in that case? I asked for the pizza and he hung up the phone on me! I called again and this time he said sorry mate driver is not around, I asked I have patiently waited for my food and you are making up a story that the driver met me and I turned it away. He said okay okay it will be with you in 5 minutes. At 11:50pm the driver arrived, I took out my camera to video him recognising me and asked him if he did he said no. The whole restaurant and driver made up a story that I declined the pizza just because it was a single order. This is very very unprofessional and disgraceful. And then the driver is shouting at me that it is hard to find my place and woke my neighbours up at 10 to midnight. And in the end i had ordered a 15inch pizza and he got me a 12 inch pizza!!! Seriously! I asked him this is not what i ordered and he said i am really busy today so do you want your pizza then pay me or im going. So he expected me to pay full price for a wrong sized pizza. This was very difficult as I was very hungry by this point. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life and these guys are running a seriously shady operation at Pizza go go tower bridge. Avoid at all cost!

We usually order from here after a previous pizza place kept letting us down , started off really well then continously kept letting us down , orders arriving uncompleted , waited over a hour for a watery ruined and thrown together vegetable lasagna, no where in london does decent pizza anymore :(((

An excellent place to order Pizza from. The order taker over the phone was friendly and helpful. Was delivered in the time promised (just under 45 minutes) on a motorbike by a very friendly driver on a Friday night and Pizza (Caribbean Quorn) was outstanding and wasn't at all greasy and tasted nice. My auntie's Chilli Chan was also one of the best Pizzas she's ever had too. Next time we're in the mood, would definitely go here. Why go for less than a gogo when you've got the best Pizzas in the area right here?

It arrived after an hour and if that wasnt annoying enough I had to argue the toss with the delivery driver who said I hadnt paid, when I had paid online. I got the side of chicken pieces and it arrived burnt with 3 small pieces and the pizza wasnt up to much. I really wouldnt reccomend.
