Pleased with quality improvement recently. I had bad experience with this store, but this time pizza was spot on. Keep up with what you do now!

really i was not living in this area but i pass from thair and see suddenly dominos i give order and then quality i received really i have to word to explain it was so amazing test i love it might be when i pass from thair next time i wait thair to have my dinner my family enjoy pizza👌👌👌👌

IVE COMPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES. EVEN POLITELY ASKING THEM IN PERSON BUT ONE PARTICULAR WORKER WHO SEEMS TO HAVE A ENTIRE BAND OF INSTRUMENTS PLAYING ALL DAY AND SINGS. HE’S filthy AND SEEMS TO LIVE IN THE BIKE CUPBOARDS, HE HAS ALSO BEEN SEEN WASHING IN THE ESTATE AND USING THE PRIVATE PROPERTY FENCE TO HANG CLOTHING, IF NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT HIM I WILL HAVE TO GO TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES INCLUDING PRESS AND SANITATION. Staff illegally parked in housing estate. Drinking in square before during and after shift making noise

The preperation time is very accurate to the app tracker. The only bad thing about this branch is the small portion of topping they give your pizza. I ordered a pizza with ground beef toppings and some of the slices came out as margharita. But other than that everything is great.

Very bad dominos. Very slow service which could be fixed easily with the proper management in place, drivers handling food? No sense of organisation or sense of urgency, if the drivers stayed out of the kitchen (somewhere that should be sterile???). I'm quite surprised EHO have not ran through this Dominos and shut it down. A report by myself has been made due to my food being handled by 3 different drivers who quite clearly would not be washing hands regularly as they are delivery drivers not servers.

Having ordered two large pizzas, on the website tracker it was saying that the food was out for delivery for almost 45 minutes. Then I called the branch to find out what exactly was going on, and they confirmed the order was already out and delivered, which was very confusing 😕. Mean time, he said he will check with his driver and call me back in a minute, but didn't get back to me until I call him again after 7 minutes. His response was ow sorry the driver is not picking up so, don't worry we will make sure he will be there shortly. This is really concerning and uncomfortable situation 😟 as I didn't know whether they would give it to me from already delivered to a wrong address or planning to make new one. Either way, I didn't feel comfortable to eat this food and asked to cancel the order and refund my money back, and he agreed to do so without any hesitation and apologies. I had to order my food from somewhere else. After 10 minutes the driver comes and explains to me that the shop just gave him 5 minutes ago and acted as if he didn't know anything about this delaying and dramatic scenario(clearly something is not genuine and fishy 🙄). Hopefully domino will sort out this mess, especially lack of accountability, training and communications of the staff as they're serving the public.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever ate ! I’m a regular customer I would order every week there pizzas have just got disgusting the cheese is to thick taste so doughy I couldn’t even finish my pizza tonight won’t be ordering from them again bye don’t waste ur money guys

I ordered pizza with orginal coke in here , but they delivered for me wrong items with zero coke , they told refund to me but they didn’t . Never order here again

This is the slowest domino’s in London!!!! If you place order on the app you are given a ETA of 30mins however after waiting an hour I call the branch and I am told “the app is always wrong” no apologises just basically what you want from me. The food is cold as they have made multiple drops which you can see on the app. Honestly domino’s need sort this out.

Ordered a large pizza and have noticed that there is a slice missing in the pizza. Tried to make it like we would not notice but you can see in my picture how obvious it was. This is a silly tik too craze and it is very sad a company like Dominoes has fallen victim to this. We threw the pizza away as we don't know what else they have done to it.

Horrific service from the female telephone agent who answered the call at 11am on Saturday 9th of September. I called to get an update on my order and was accused of prank calling as my phone number was withheld. I can’t believe I found myself trying to convince the agent on the phone that I was not prank calling and just wanted an update on the order I had made. I tried to reassure her that as I am a doctor and call my patients regularly, my phone number is withheld. It is completely out of order to be denied service as a paying customer due to ridiculous assumptions made by staff. Please look into this and address!

90% of the time is excellent, 10% of the time is undercooked. Buying from domino bermondsey for many many years.

Delivery driver was extremely rude and kept buzzing my door until I got to it, I wasn’t given a second to get to it. He then pretty much chucked the food at me also the pizza was terrible!

My last 3 orders from the Bermondsey store have all been wrong - and so I am left with desserts etc while they prepare and resend the new pizzas, but on all 3 occassions the driver has asked for the wrong pizza back. Not sure if it's a scam for obtaining free food, but gives me zero confidence in ordering again.

It's like every other Dominos but in a good way

I'm seeing people getting bad pizzas, talking about the horrible customer service, these times I didn't even get my pizza after two hours of waiting. Horrible service, called up and they're lying to my face to say "It's still on it's way" AFTER TWO HOURS, call again after twenty minutes, and I'm told its delivered just as it's closing time. Worst thing is sitting down, expecting it to come when you're hungry bro Disgraceful. Disorganized. Never ordering from here again, anyone reading this don't either. Driver probably delivered to a wrong address too, despite having the correct one. smh.

I got offer on my email saying all size pizza 8.99£ After I order got another email saying they got mistake pizza is 9.99£ ? The quality of the pizza was …low ! If I knew would never order it at first place , was very little cheese, almost non , just in the middle ! Plus bbq sauce was burned !

Very grateful for the exceptional service by Sujith. The pizzas here are good in taste and are generally fresh, price is OK, compared to other places.

I felt like I was in ohio a road man came in flip flops that said floos like a boss also in winter and took a disabled old woman's well chair and shouted RC XD pulled out a katana and jowsted every one in the building including me I went there 2 months ago and still recovering from sab wounds and trouma

My experience was ATROCIOUS, we was not given detailed collection information as there was two Lidl's ,the pizza was cold when received , and there was a long strand of black hair in my pizza and the wedges were NOT fully cooked all the way through, hygiene checks during the cooking process need to be done, I do not recommend this place at all, stay away. DO BETTER DOMINIOS!!!!!!

Took 1 hour to even get the pizza to be prepped and then a further 30 minutes for it to start baking, very poor service.

Got a Large Meateor and swapped the bacon for chicken at no extra cost. It was so delicious and i only paid £6.99! I Recommend!

First and last time ordering from here. Took half an hour after I received the text message to say it was on its way from old Kent Road to near Spa Road. Everything was cold. Forgot the cookies. One pizza was decent (other than being cold) the other was burnt to a crisp. Still waiting for missing cookies half an hour after calling

The pizzas here are good in taste and are generally fresh. They have variety of pizzas here from vegan to non-vegeterian with lots of topping options. They do have deserts , soft drinks and sides available. The Supreme veggie pizza was nice one with mashrooms and other veggie options which you can choose. The fiery veggie pizza had jalepinoes and green chilly, a good option of you want your pizza hot n spicy. The potato wedges are ok. The App has generally discounts so people prefer online ordering from here. Also the online delivery from their website was amazing experience and we loved the tracking system. The delivery was also a quick one and no contact delievery. I would have given 5 stars if both the pizzas had a little less tomato sauce in them as they were tasting over tangy!

I usually order from this place and never have any issues. Just placed an order and forgot to add a couple of dips. Called the restaurant and the girl with a European accent who took the order was super aggressive to me. Thought that was totally needless. She must have some personal issues but it’s better to keep them away from work. Hope the franchise owner will take notice. Awful customer experience!

I am a regular customer who is usually happy with the service I receive. However, today I was left disappointed. I was bullied and rudely spoken to by a staff member for enquiring about a pizza that they smashed. The gentleman raised his voice at me and refused to refund me. I had a look at their terms and conditions and I should have in fact gotten a refund but instead I get shouted at and I did not feel comfortable pushing this further because of the way he's spoken to me. It felt horrible being spoken to in this way when I was remaining calm and polite through the whole ordeal. I will never be buying here again.

Let me down in delivery. I had to go pick it up but they gave free pizza. Nevertheless it was an inconvenience

Rubbish service,ordered pizza and had to go and pick it up,because they can't deliver their orders! And I don't understand why you need phone if you can't pick it up? Called 10 times in an hour. Avoid this place.

This is for Bermondsey Dominoes, I ordered a delivery and the delivery guy refused to bring it to my door. I had ordered previously and delivery has been straight to my door two weeks previously. I phoned and asked to speak to the manager as i wanted verification as to why i had to come all the way downstairs and out to the front gate of the estate. The manager put the phone down on me as i said that there had been no problems deliverying before what/why was there a change. She refused to give me an answer and put the phone down. Im usually a quiet person but as i had a stroke I do get upset a lot more, i thought she was not trying to resolve the issue. I have stated that i will never order from Bermondsey Dominoes again. The so called manager needs to go on a Customer Service training course. As a manager she should have tried to resolve the complaint and apologise and explain that their procedure had changed. If she had done that there would have been no problem (what could i say). She was very nonchalant and dismissive and this got me riled up even more. The manager on friday 12 March 2021 should not be a manager. Go on a Customer Service Course. Customer Service is abismal, totally non existant. If i could give a ZERO I would. Disgusting Sevice. I want my money back. I have been getting delivery from Bermondsey Dominoes since it opened and this is the first time that i have had to complain about management. I will be taking this further... I've got time...

Burnt, crispy, tastes like cardboard! Yuk. Seems to be reoccurring theme in the Bermondsey branch. Surrey Quays is much better people! I literally just ordered it and had to send it back 5 minutes ago. The woman who is manning the phones clearly not very good at her job. She told me "you ordered an Italian style, its supposed to be dry and crispy" Is this a joke?? Dominos please train your staff or I will stop ordering! No shortage of good pizza places in London! Rude and unapologetic - like I'm being unreasonable. I called when placing order online specifically to ask her to make sure it isn't burnt. She said she checked herself. Clearly not as cheese is nowhere to be seen, no sauce left, tastes like crisp bread. And they have the cheek to ask if you didn't eat it cause they want it back! I hope someone in the branch is going to eat it and not throw it in the trash :) Not very sustainable is it? Plenty of hungry homeless people out there who would gladly have it. What do they think I'm going to make this kerfuffle because I want to have 3 slices and send it back? Noo I want an easy life. Now I'm hangry and want my pizza.

Horrible customer services, been ordering from them for ages at least once per week, without any issues and now they decided to deliver to the outside of the building and refusing to deliver to the property door. Delivering driver was extra rude on the phone. Staff on the phone refusing to provide the names, as I wanted to make official complaint and provide the name of the person that was unpleasant on the phone. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

It is a delivery I received today. I was happy to wait longer than normal. But the quality of product was a disgrace. Just look the cookie dough. Not even cooked. Toppings just in middle of pizza in beg pizza and a burned margarita for my 5 year old. Only good thing was delivery driver was very good. But the product. Please stay away.

Ok if you're lucky enough for them to actually deliver what you order. If not be prepared for them to admit they made a mistake and then refuse to do anything to fix it. No idea or care what customer service is. Pretty shameful when you charge £20 for a pizza!

Went online to make a delivery at 20:10 got a message at 21:10 to say driver was on the way keeping in mind we live a 5 minute drive away at 21:45 I called them to ask what was going on and the lady on the phone was very rude and said they would be 5 mins ended up getting my cold dry pizza at 22:00. Ordered two large pizzas got 2 medium pizzas instead. Went there with a measuring tape cause they insisted its a large. It was only 11 inches and they still lied in front of us. Bunch of liars untrustworthy. Never order here ever. Still recommend the one in E&C.

I have just received the worst customer service ever from this branch, a branch I have happily used for years. I was sworn at by a delivery driver due to a mix up over where to collect a pizza from, then was spoken down to by a member of staff over the phone, and upon speaking to the manager, who was not interested in what I had to say AT ALL, was told to never order from this branch again. Folowing their driver swearing at me. Beggars belief. I WILL be taking this up with their Head Office.

i ordered from the website is better then the delivery service the driver does not even talk to you just has half he's face covered then just gives you the food you try and say something to him he just walks off very bad customer service the second its happen

This store takes forever to deliver last few times have ordered from them it says delivered when it aint I always have to call and chase it. Food was missi g toppings been cold or just smushed up in the box also quite frequently they come knocking on my door at 1 am to deliver to the house above me and waki g ym kids up not happy here I do not use them any more which is a shame as they are my nearest but I'd rsther travel than have a cold late smuched pizza. The last guy that turned up to my house at 1 am becoaus he did t check the delivery address got an absolute ear bashing and they done it again the other night luckily for them they didn't ring the bell and Ikids was not disturbed but if your making delivery's so late check your St the right hosue

5 stars for Bermondsey's Domino's! Don't listen to the bad reviews, we've always received great service from this place. We live near by and at first were skeptical due to the bad reviews, luckily we didn't listen to them and gave it a try and became loyal customers after that! Never encountered any trouble from this place. The last time we ordered was the most memorable. Fast delivery under half an hour and nothing is ever missing from our order. We got one of the pizza deals with a a side of garlic cheese mini pizza. It was so delicious! Soft bread with a slightly gooey center. The pizzas were piping hot when they came. Almost as if they baked it and went to deliver it right away. Tasted fresh and amazing too, my sister and I enjoyed every bite. Just want to say thank you to the guys who work here, please keep up the great work and we will be ordering again soon!

It does nice pizzas but it's on the expensive side...you can get far more value from a supermarket especially Asda who do extremely good fresh pizzas tailored to your own choice...all in all definitely not good value....

Appalling service. Waited over an hour for a pizza, called four times only to be told the delivery driver had handed it to someone outside our building and hadn’t bothered ringing the doorbell - if that can be believed. Not using Dominos again.

I once made an order at this branch and it cost me over £50! I tried to make the payment online but the website said I had a problem with the payment so I canceled the online order and made the order on the phone with the payment to the delivery man in cash which I did! A few days later I got the bank statement showing me that my bank had paid for that delivery as well! My Pizza cost me over £100 and I tried to get it back and nobody cared. I would suggest you all to be careful with the people working at this branch! Not trust worthy!

Ok. Why 5 Star? Because they FIXED the problem that occurred. And thats EXCELLENT customer service. In brief; ordered online, driver appeared, bad pizza box caused spillage of pizza into delivery bag, driver told me to call shop and explain- i did- and 20 minutes later a New Pizza arrived. So was the whole experience perfect? No, but they tried their best and they fixed the problem. Thus 5 Stars. Bravo to Zoltan the Driver. Good bloke.

One star is one too much. Thrice they have sent the incorrect order to me. The first time, I had to wait for them to collect the pizza from me, prolonging the delivery time. The other two times - they failed to deliver the full order, said they'd drive back with it, then didn't come back at all. Their level of customer service is abysmal.

AVOID ! Do not bother ordering from this place ! After two hours, we never received our pizza. Delivery guy could not be bothered to call as he would not find the address, same story with the second attempt. On the top of it liying saying they called and even knocked the at the door. Will never order again !!!

Been ordering from this store for some time and have always had brilliant service. The weekends are a longer wait but thats with everywhere so i order earlier?? I find the staff polite and always receive my order hot.

Placed an order which quoted 20-30 minutes for delivery. After approximately 20 mins I received a text saying the delivery driver was on his way. This was also reflected on the domino's pizza tracker. An hour had passed (which was strange considering the store is a 15 minute drive away), so I decided to call the store and they insisted that they were very busy and that the driver was on his way. Another 20 minutes passed, so I called again ... Only to find out that the driver had delivered the pizza's to the wrong address. Never received the pizza's in the end and I have requested a refund. Do yourselves a favour and hire some competent drivers!

Hated it waited 4 hrs no response and when I called they made excuses and did nothing and later offered it for free and never showed up and what makes me even more highly disappointed is that their food is good and so is their service normally but today they failed to reach the high standards/bars that they usually set with me. 🤔what went wrong 😭even worse they thought I was stupid enough too believe that the driver had an accident. I have to add on to my disappointment as they ripped me off as I ordered two pizzas and they came with one and would not give me a refund or pizza. Last time I'm ordering from dominos. Not the best customer experience I've ever had. I went to the store on my way home , there was no que but still waited a good 5 mins to be served , surprisingly the staff were more interested in trying to resolve mis-delivered orders on the phone to take my order. They have a screen in the branch so you can monitor the progress of your order however my order disappeared from the screen and my pizza just stayed on the pass getting cold , and yet no one realised even after I told them it took a further 5 Mons to receive my order. My opinion is that the branch requires better management and additional training

I like dominos, I just don't like this one. I've been to pick up in person before and by delivery via phone and online. Not great service on phone or in person and the one time I did online he said he knocked on the wrong door. Says it shuts here at 11pm but rung up at 10:47pm and was told they stop doing deliverys at 10:45pm, on a friday night. Gets a 2 for you cant fault the food but otherwise ...

Surprised by the service today. I've lived in the area two years and would say I've been a loyal customer. Today I discovered they are not equipped for an order fault. The dip they sent was 4 days out of date (Frank's Hot Sauce) I'd poured this into my side already and realised it was off for consistency and colour. Checked the pot and saw the date. I called up. Was challenged that is was 2019 date when the bottle clearly read 2018. Then was sent only the sauce as replacement. It then had to go back a second time to get the side order - I did explain originally the sauce had been poured over the side. All in over an hour from order to get a side replacement! I'll write to HQ looking at the other reviews the brand shouldn't suffer for one bad franchise that's low on customer service training. Their apology was 50% off next order but this is always a spit to the customers face than refund of current order as you'll likely never order again.

Ordered from here many times before but there must be new managers. Pizza took an hour and then they forgot to bring the second pizza. Didn't bother to rectify it until we called numerous times. All they offered was to deliver the second pizza 2 hours after the order.
