Bought pizza which came cold and unsealed. I called to raise a concern and I was sent a burnt pizza to replace it. When I questioned why they had done that, staff verbally abused me and hang up on me

Nice food good stuff shop is so clean

After years of buying from this pizza gogo, I am so disappointed. They burnt the first pizza, I mean the chicken, the cheese the whole edges of the pizza is burnt. I called and explained after waiting 40 mins for it he said someone has to collect it first then they’ll send a replacement. We agreed because it was ridiculously burnt. They sent a new pizza which was also burnt. So out of order. Reduce your cooking settings and your quality and taste of pizza for the first was so disappointing. Dissatisfied with the way the customer servers were talking to us too.

Food took nearly an hour to arrive and when it did it was cold... avoid this place

The biggest size pizza is massive and fills a whole family for abit more than £10 which is very cheap for pizza, especially for its size. Been a regular there for a while and the pizzas usually come really nice and rarely dont satisfy.

Every time I go there or order there always nice and never rude. I’ve been ordering from this place for years now and there’s only been one problem so far with them sending me someone else’s order but once I contacted them it was sorted in seconds and even just now. I had a problem with with getting food as everywhere was closed and in the last 20 minutes they still said yes and was nice about it to delivered it to me. Communication is key so if you have a problem just ring them and they’ll sort it for you and I strongly recommend more people to deliver from here as there pizzas are UNBEATABLE 😂 I just love the way they do my extra large ham, chicken and pineapple pizza.

Sometimes you tell them as clearly as possible your order and they still don't quite get it.but lovely people and great pizza and even greater value if you pick it up

Pizza being handled without gloves and also seems to me they are reheating old wings and pizza's. The guy at the desk is extremely rude and I definitely won't be coming back here again.

It was my first and last experience at this place, I had an order for a pizza through Uber Eats and when the pizza arrived I realized that it was completely different from my order, I first contacted Uber Eats informing them what happened and via phone to gogo pizza. Honestly, I have never experienced rude and poorly prepared service like this, I asked what had happened to my order because the pizza I had received was extremely spicy (completely different from my order because I hate spicy), even though I informed the attendant everything and he told me that I was lying and that the order wasn't spicy at all and that if I wanted to contact Uber to resolve this. First of all, I would just like respect and a little more responsibility through this company, precisely because it was not my fault and I asked for the order to be returned and he told me that if I wanted it, it was to get used to the taste.

This is the best Pizza place in London with reasonable pricing! The customer service is exceptional. The manager of the branch in greens lanes, London, conveyed exceptional customer service during a difficult encounter and I felt immensely valued as a long time customer! Thank you Pizza GoGo!
