The cashier purposely added £1 extra and gave the food cold and added less food into the bowl. Then the chicken was barely cooked

A little pricey for a kebab and chips at £14 but it was freshly grilled and delicious.

Thursday, ~4:00 p.m. we were offered a great seat by the window. The girl-waiter quickly took the main order, brought drinks instantly, then salads and then a hot dish. we ordered the mixed grill for three, although the portion is very large! we still have a lot left and they packed it with us! Thank you! after a delicious meal, we were offered Turkish delicacies - Turkish delight and wonderful Turkish tea! it was a gift from the establishment and was not included in our bill. Thank you! all dishes are very tasty, generous, and beautifully presented! Turkish music is playing inside, all the staff are friendly and everywhere is very clean! we will definitely come back here and recommend this place! 👌👌👌

This is the best food spot around Shoreditch/Old Street area. They have variety of choices from Adana Köfte to the Chicken Shish. Atmosphere is always 10/10. Every staff member is nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Well we arrived there with 6 very hungry adults. We immediately ordered a few drinks and a platter for 7 people. Wow were we in for a surprise when they arrived with two platters. We ate as much as we could and there was still enough to take home. The food was absolutely amazing and such great taste. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cold meze & bread was so good too. The family was also very happy with the cleanliness of the toilets.

SO GOOD!! My Friend and I ordered the 2-3 person platter and the portions were HUGE. We ate so much food at the end that we both left full and still had enough for lunch the next day! The food is so good especially the chicken wings. The service was friendly and attentive.

Chicken doner and lam doner are very old and the test is very nasty iam going every week but this week they was very old and stink .they changed the lamb doner to the quality food going down i dont know way .

I always had this place on my radar after a colleague had recommended this restaurant for its Turkish grilled food. But we couldn't get round to visiting this restaurant yet. Nonetheless, after seeing this restaurant delivering to my address on UberEats, I have now no excuse to not try this place. We ordered their mixed grill platter that includes a good portion of wings, chicken shish, lamb shish, adana kofta and lamb ribs. Rice and bulgur was included. They also gave 5 cold mezze with that platter. Though they packed all the mezzes in one takeaway container that consequently got kind of mixed together as there was no partition to keep the mezze separate. Anyhow the food was really tasty and fresh. We had not one item that tasted average. I can totally see why my friend recommended this place. I definitely would not mind trying this place again.

Not allowed using the toilet despite the fact that we have spent minimum 35 pounds there. By law they should be mandatory to let customers using the facilities once they eating food from them but they are so dirty I think that they don't even wash themselves, so what expectation you can have from 3th world countries working there ,if they don't wash themselves, they don't let other people using facilities which is very wrong, If you sell food dear owner you should train your staff to leave people using the toilet ,is part of eating food which mesn we also need to wash our hands before we eat

We were looking for restaurant around 11pm on the neighborhood after seeing the show on West end. Ali, our server was very nice and welcoming. The food was really nice and the service was fantastic. Definitely great place for late night take out.

Avoid. Spent £30 on two wraps and they refused to give me a pot of ketchup after asking kindly. Disgusting service and food was awful. Waste of money

We got two lamb doners, one with bulgar which was bland (needed salt), and one with rice. The guy put the wrong sauces on our kebabs - I asked for chilli AND garlic, my mate wanted just chilli... I got JUST garlic and she got both. She doesn't eat garlic so this was a let down. The meat was nice, though. We walked past two other kebab shops to get to this place so I'm disappointed.

The food was absolutely delightful! Ordered the mixed donor with rice & chips and the portion size was huge. The salad was delicious and the waiter told us their special ingredient. Service was speedy and the server was a very helpful and polite young man. Lovely family business with great atmosphere, 5 stars is not enough.

Best Mangal is worst Mangal. There are mice on the restaurant floor, begs the question of what is happening in the kitchen downstairs. There is also no heating, so very cold, I had to wear my jacket the entire time. Been here a couple of times before, never coming again. If you care about hygiene and your health do not visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please please do not go here. Went with 2 of my friends and one got food poisoning. The rest of us only had 2 bites of the doner so we were lucky..but my other friend was not. Was up all night throwing up & almost had to be taken to the hospital. DO NOT GO and please report to health inspectors!!!!!

I have ordered 2 wrap 1 hour ago via uber, l can't finish it, The cucumbers were too big in the wrap, the meat was hard and large. I had to chew the meat so much, the paper and tortilla stuck together. Waste of money!!! We randomly chose a kebab restaurant from Uber. We ordered only 2 wraps without much expectation, but they don't make lamb shish wraps this bad.

As this place is very popular in the social media, we give it a try, I was very disappointed because we had to wait 15 minute in an empty table, without being served any salad or bread, the main course came: bread was cold, salad was forgotten we had to ask for it, the hunkar begendi wasn't a hot dish at all, and as I checked after it wasn't made as the tradition recipe. Overall very disappointing.

Watch out for overcharging. This place advertised a wrap and drink for £10 during lunch hours. I asked for the £10 wrap deal and pointed to the sign, to which the man indicated I could have the mixed-wrap as part of the lunch deal. After I left, I noticed the man had charged me £12. I don't mind paying an additional charge for the meat choice - but you need to communicate this rather than sneakily typing in £12 on your card machine (£2 more than the agreed price) and deliberately not showing me the screen. That is called ripping your customers off. The food was edible and I'm trying to be impartial but it was really rather average. The meat was chewy and the whole thing was dripping with oil. Skip this place and go to the market around the corner for a much better tasting and better value kebab.

As someone of Turkish descent this place genuinely shocked me as to how low you can go with bad quality döner. Initially I was hoodwinked at the sight of the rotisserie in the shop but as I took my first bite I realised things weren't as they seemed. Every bite of the takeaway lamb döner wrap I ordered felt like I was gorging through mouthfuls of meat flavoured chewing gum. The flavours coming through consisted of a fatty aftertaste oozing from the gristle of the mystery meat and what was apparently "chili sauce". In the end I couldn't finish it because of how substandard it was. The worst thing is that this all came to £10!!!! £10?!???? Avoid like the plague!

Ordered the £100 platter today via Aberdeen eats and for the first time they forgot to give chops 6 pieces when I called up the place they where calling me a lier saying that they gave the chops the man on the phone was extremely rude never had any kind of customer service like this in all my life in ordering food. That has really put me off in ever ordering from their again.

Been going to this place for years, it's a shame to see such a great restaurant fall from grace. Been served spoiled chicken here two times in the past month or so. It absolutely stunk. They've also started to replace their high quality lamb doner with those mystery meat logs that you see in 95% of kebab shops (at night). I actually went in the afternoon to complain about the spoiled chicken a few weeks ago and to have the same thing happen again.. Beyond excusable.. Avoid

Great food, one of the worst waitresses ever seen, we had to beg her to get us bread, i have been in a few Turkish restaurants and they always get you new meze when you are finished but apparently we had to beg them. Takeaway was £36 but if you sit it is £47 which isn't worth the money.

I made a large order and spent £85 on a platter for 4-5 people. It arrived late and when it did arrive there was no rice! I rang them and they apologised but said they had no way to get the rice to us so we had a platter of meat and nothing to go with it. I had to go and pick it up which defeats the object of getting a delivery. This is not good enough with such a large order.

Shocking place. The waitress saw me looking at the menu board and never mentioned that these were the take away prices. A 330ml beer costs 5.50. The food was mediocre, but nowhere near good value. Then the bill came - with a 10% service charge! Cross the street to the City Best Mangal - Pitfield Street - much cheaper and better food.

Seems as though the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down in the last year or so. Used to be good value for money but I don’t think it is anymore. The dishes have been made much smaller on a smaller plate. I asked for a well done burger and was given a half cooked still pink inside burger I had to complain. Paid £26 for a mixed dish which was tiny compared to how it used to come. Not sure Il be returning as I didn’t not enjoy my food or service this time round. Also trying to charge nearly £8 for service charge? 3 people ate and it came to nearly £80 (inc service charge which we refused to pay) for burger meal, mixed dish a Adana kebab 2cokes and a beer. Too expensive now and not worth it in my opinion if I’m paying them high prices I expect better quality food.
