Love the pizza shame they didn't speak much English though

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's just missing that x factor. It's nothing special, pizza was great, service was great, apparently they have 100 stores open everywhere yet I've never heard of it and I go everywhere all the time. Prices are cheap, food quality seems good, definitely recommend.

Modestly priced and an excellent pizza. Just would have liked a seat whilst I waited and the chocolate brownie was a disappointment. Expected better for £4. The pizza was well worth it.

Use this place many times to order and was ok, last time ordered pizza and came totally mess and upside down in the box. For my compensation had another one for free but not looks like pizza should was look again mess in the box and indigrients was totally mess . No order any more so disappointed. If I could I will add photos but I can not for proof.

Used this place for years. Good value pizzas. The staff are good, Indian lad that's a student is a good asset to your company.

Great food options, superb collect price

Waited 1 hour and 35 mins, when the order came, they forgot my Bottle of drink and 2 dips the driver gave me £3 to cover it , not only that, the pizza was cold, stuck to the box where it was flipped over. Disappointed for sure as I normally love a pizza GoGo

Driver wouldn’t believe it was my order. Gave the right name, he said ‘no that’s a different one’. No it wasn’t. Repeated the full name and confirmed the door number and he gave it to me but how mindblowingly rude. Pizza was good but won’t order again. Night ruined with toxic energy. Prick.

Pizza was OK,I used to have their pizza often before covid but noticed change of taste and quality afterwards.It was one of the delicious pizza I had compare to the other ones but not anymore.

I usually dont do reviews, only if Im really disappointed or extremely happy. But the food today was amazing! We got meal 8 And oh myy!! 😍 My taste buds were dancing 😍Also the staff was very friendly and prices are good ! Definitely would suggest for my friends!

Pizza Go Go, address Nacton Road Ipswich serves excellent food and are probably the cheapest Pizza service in Ipswich. I often visit here. I made a quick phone call, turned up 15 minutes later and my Pizza was ready to take. The staff are polite and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Change staf and new one is rubbish piza ok but staff not the best

If I could review with less than a star I would. Extremely rude service. The person I called to order my pizza kept on hanging up the phone while I was ordering. Despite giving a second chance and calling again, he repeated his ill behaviors. When I pointed out that I am his customer he said 'ok' and hung up yet again. I hope no one buys from them again. The shop right next to them is much better both customer service wise and their quality of food. I hope the person who answers the calls is fired. Such a person shouldn't be working in a place where customer service is a must!

Persons who are taking the orders over the phone are usually rude and non professional, just hang up in the middle because he could not understand the address. When I called them again some one else picked up the phone and he was even worse than the first one. He again hang up in the middle and said we are now closed and it was 7 pm only. That was not the first time. Really bad and will not advise any one to go there.

Good pizzas and good friendly service

Pizza NoNo. Asked for the order to be delivered to my back door. When it hadn't arrived for 30 minutes after it was due went to look outside to find it left on the path outside my back gate (which was unlocked so no issue opening it). Literally on the floor. Food stone cold. The app was showing the food awaiting delivery so I don’t know how long it had been left there. I called the restaurant who took no responsibility whatsoever. Shame, I’ve enjoyed eating here but doubt I’ll come back. Update - have been trying to contact them for a week to finally receive a response that say ‘it’s tough, you should have come to us directly and not used Uber Eats as we have problems using them. Nothing we can do to help’. Absolutely appalling way to treat paying customers. So many better places to eat who look after their customers.

AVOID! waste of money! Not very friendly and dirty inside. Smell of cigarette smoke inside. We were starving so started eating potato wedges in the car. I felt mouldy taste! Had to spit that wedge and now worried about my health as my digestive system already feels funny. Hard to see the mold, but it was definitely moldy taste that is masked by spices! We still have pizzas that gonna go to bin!

Large pizza spread out to make XL base an sparse topping that may look ok on large but for another £4 u expect more topping not spread out to cover base,not worth it £8,99 pizza sold in £11 ,99 box

I usually don’t have a problem ordering here But I ordered a meat fest and got the wrong pizza there was no apology and I wasn’t offered no discount or anything I also had other items that were getting cold because I had to wait for another pizza to be cooked and the pizza is also BONE dry out more sauce on your base

Ordered a pizza from them, it was very good, ordered the same a week later and it was actually revolting and made us both feel sick. Not a lot more to say.

I must add the customer service is something which managers of Pizza Go Go take care about, ive had an issue at one of my visit and i was called next day sorting everything out! I was very very surprised with a feedback directly from management to rectify the issue! As I previously said you making a very good Garlic Sizzler in town so I wont go to anywhere! they are absolutely amazing people. Accidently forgot to add my sweetcorn. on the pizza and when he told my dad what had happened my dad said it was fine but the pizza man said no I will make her a new one. He was so kind and even gave us the other pizza free so I'm going to have it for my breakfast. They are all ways my favorite pizza place that I love. Everything about it. They are always so nice to talk to and I'm definitely telling all my friends about this place.

Took over an hour and half for delivery. Finally received cold disgusting pizza. Cheap horrible taste and no where near the standard of dominos. Honestly I read reviews on here and saw most positive but this was vile. Even worse than that was the customer service during the long delivery time I called around 4-5 times and was told it would come when it comes and hung up on. NEVER EVER GO HERE.

Disgusting. Over 1 hour 40 mins to wait for food that turned up stone cold. Gross food. I had to reheat it all myself, I could and should have cooked better in that time. I rang up pizza gogo after 1 hour to track my delivery they said 8 mins away- it took 40 mins. Lots of lies about delivery time and disgusting cold food what a waste of money. When I rang to complain they told me to wait for a replacement meal, I didnt facy waiting another hour and a half and still no replacement or money back sent.

The rudest most horrible people I have probably dealt with, pizza is awful as well! They got my whole order wrong, it happens, everyone can make a mistake, no problem. BUT when I called up they were so rude and downright nasty and refused to sort my order out. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

The worst food I have ever attempted to eat 🤮 I'm hung over and I still can't eat it. It came late, the pizza is soooo greasy, the chips were soggy and cold, the garlic bread is cheap and the meatballs on the pizza taste tinned 🤮 I had one slice and I can't get rid of the grease from my mouth. Wouldn't consider going here again if it was the last pizza place on earth

Left hand not taking to the right? Ordered pepperoni pizza from one brother and say it would be 10 minutes. Went down to the shops and returned about 15 minutes...pizza not ready the other brother didn't process the order...waited got the pizza...came home pizza was cheese only! What made it up was the pizza was delicious!!!

Absolutely delicious pizza if your looking for something when on a budget, however I would only recommend collections as prices nearly double on delivery.

£4 for the most smallest pizza I’ve ever seen, called up for collection as didn’t want to wait long so they told me to wait 20 mins, 20 mins later I go there and they haven’t even started making it 🙄
