Overpriced chicken. So expensive for glorified fast food.

They served my bean burger and it looked like it was kicked together. Cold chips again and the restaurant was filthy. Won’t be going back. The manager didn’t care either - try another branch. Staff members are nice though so whoever’s hiring them well done.

Oh no! What a shame. My wife and I visited today to grab some lunch using a gift voucher we received for our wedding. It was busy (no surprise, its half term after all) so we expected a wait. We got a table straight away and we ordered our food. The starters came relatively quickly, but our mains followed around 50 minutes later, and when my wife got hers it was luke warm. It was dealt with by a waitress promptly but I'd eaten most of my food before my wife got hers. We understand it was busy but we were disappointed with our visit today, which is a shame as we always rave about Nandos. We're hoping it's a one off and normal service can be restored. Will we return? Hmm we hope so.

What a surprise it was when I was welcomed and greeted by such a nice and lovely staff. They were so nice that I literally wanted to stay and eat in instead of originally planned takeaway. I wish all Nandos places would be so welcoming and nice. Really kudos to all the staff at this place. Definitely coming back.

Can’t beat a Cheeky Nando’s,a place most people forget about and some realise they do such tasty food (yes it’s all chicken) and I’ve never ever had a bad meal in over 25 years from Nando’s,tried their wrap today and that was so so so tasty.

I would definitely recommend going here for a meal really nice place to go to and reasonably prices

Popped information a quick late lunch. Food was as expected. No surprises.

The portions have grown smaller, the glasses have gotten really old and the restaurant is way too noisy. The food still is good, which is why we still show up.

Went with another family, 9 of us in total. Did and service was good. They couldn't seat us all together, so we asked for a t-shirt if 7, which I had and a 2, which they also had. They're was a lot of unnecessary umming and ahhing. Other than that, great

I love this place but felt like I wasted my money on the last trip. The air conditioning wasn't working and the restaurant was boiling. By the time the food came we was so hot we just wanted to go. The staff were lovely which was amazing considering they were also working in such heat. I'm sure if anyone goes when the air con is working they will have a great time.

I have been staying at the holiday Inn down the road all week. I cannot possibly explain how much better the food is here than it is there. Friendly and efficient service, great chicken like always.

Went to our first Nandos traveling from the US and back again visiting family. Food was good but personally not sure what the hype is? Plus I'm not that keen on placing my own order at the counter or by app and then having to go get my own drinks, and cutlery. If I wanted fast food I could have paid a lot less next door for a chicken sandwich at Burger King. Yes I know this is the way restaurants are going but seems cafeteria, pay online no atmosphere. People seem to go crazy for this but to me was over priced fast food.

Staff always pleasant and polite, with a genuine smile on their faces. Every single time we visited we were acknowledged and greeted by the manager in charge when saying goodbye or going to the table. Nicest Nando’s I have ever been to!

Friendly staff, car park ok but does share it with Burger King so can get quite busy at times. However there is a large B and Q car park within walking distance. Food was good for a quick visit.

Overall very delicious and friendly. We thought that filling the sauce bottles on the sauce table was odd but the sauces were very tasty!

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Nandos. I suspect there were some new staff as my husband's order wasn't quite correct, even after sending back once. I ordered him the chicken butterfly, and twice he received the butterfly burger. Not worlds away from what he wanted so we gave up and stuck with that instead. Overall a pleasant experience and nice food. Our son's first Nandos.

Attended twice over the past two weeks; in the first instance my order was wrong and on the second it took ~30 minutes for my order, far longer than I’ve ever had to wait for a meal and it wasn’t particularly busy!

This was a good place for lunch, the staff were friendly and helpful. I did think that all Nando's food was to the same standard, I have found that this is not the case, the food here was excellent.

Food poisoning - i visited this nandos for the first time in my life on november 7th at 2.05pm. I ordered a 1/4 plain chicken with chips and macho peas. i also had a teaspoon of wild herb sauce. At around 7 is h i started to develop really painful cramping in my abdomen and rushed to the bathroom for you guessed it explosive D. I am writing this on the morning of the 8th after another explosive toilet session. The food did come out super quickly despite the slow service to be seated. There was a young lady working on the tables serving. The manager was around mid 30's and he was clearing serving on the tills and mananging the kitchen. A young south east asian teenager around 18-19 was cooking on the grill and a young girl with brown hair was in the back. The chicken was dry and i was really hungry so just ate it but believe that this chicken was reheated or kept warm for too long. Either way i am laid up in bed and really upset and have had to cancel work, driving lessons and don't know how long this thing will take to clear. Very disappointing as Nandos is my favourite restaurant. i will not be visiting this branch again.

Nandos is our family dine in..Good food and lovely atmosphere..the only minus is super busy so we have to wait..But staff is very friendly.

For what we had, 2 burgers 🍔 1 on its own and one with 2 sides and 2 refill Fantas, I would say £39 is a little bit pricy. Overall, the food was good n tasty.

Absolute shambles. We have been to this nandos so many times and loved it but today was so bad I can't put it into words. My wife and children took me for my birthday lunch and from start to finish it's was terrible. One server for a packed restaurant, food before we even got our glasses for drinks, sticky table, unclean cutlery and alot of food backed up on the shelf to go out meaning it was left too long and had gone dry. Tried to get their attention to get a refund but was nobody to speak to. Ruined my birthday, thanks nandos

Very small "double" chicken breast and quite dry to eat. Small sides for the price. We were sat at a table which was still dirty and floor underneath table needed sweeping. They cleaned it around us and left a dirty cleaning cloth on the table. Restaurant was quite empty.

No real atmosphere apart from the super loud music. Service is pretty much non existent as everything is done through the app. Might go back. Might not. Wouldn’t waste your time.

We had a horrible meal today. The chicken wings are burnt, it's second time happened to us. Last time I complained to the manager to get replaced. It's clear that the manager doesn't care my complain and they cooked exactly the same chicken wings. We are regular customers. We spent £40-£50 every weekend! That's crazy! I will complain to the council health department .,That food should not serve to the people, cause cancer. Would you eat that? Tell me.

Very handy place if you're on a restricted diet - due to health reasons - and can only have grilled chicken and broccoli. You can still eat out with people, without there being a huge drama. Excellent!

Always a warm welcome here. Never have to wait to long and food is always great. I really like it here and would definitely recommend.

Me hus and his friend with family visited there around by 8 pm today . We kept ordering the chicken and it wasn't placed properly so we asked one of the customer team member whether it is any technical issues or the item is unavailable . She told us to keep trying . After half an hour we enquired with the front desk crew that what is happening and they said we can't order because the shop is gonna close by 9 PM. Actually they could have mention that earlier when we entered . But they didn't . Disappointed in the way they treated us .Then we left there and went to the Nando's which is in the cardinal park .I would prefer that one over this . They are quick and good service as well .

How nice to order takeaway and come home to burnt houmous! I’m sure whoever packed this knew this was not worthy of being eaten yet still chose to show no integrity and pack it regardless!! I’ll be taking an unwanted trip to Nando’s tomorrow to get this rectified

Popped in for a birthday meal, didn't have to wait long for a table. Food arrived quickly after ordering and was enjoyed by everyone. Kids loved the unlimited frozen yoghurt!

Can't beat a cheeky Nando's, especially now you can order through the app for them to bring it all to your table, saves queueing and frustration in busy times although when we went it was relatively quiet anyway! I just really love the Portuguese vibe as well, takes me back to my uni years when I was studying Portuguese! Also, the main thing Nando's do is chicken and I don't know anybody who doesn't like that! Food was bought over to us very quickly and was still nice and hot, we were sat in a nice quiet booth so we had some privacy when we asked even though we just walked in and everyone seemed very friendly! Thanks for a good evening Nando's!

This is easily one of the best Nandos branches- it's not the closest to be but it is a good one. The food is always fresh and tasty.

Blonde young lad working on Sunday night is a absolute gem Deliveroo messed up our order but he have amazing customer service and was really kind! He deserves a pay rise I reckon

3 stars because i know the food franchise. The problem was that we waited for 40 min with the order in, to be informed that would be another 15 min at least until we get our food. Got a refund and left. Its a pitty because we really wanted to eat at Nandos.

Came into the resturant 30mins before close and received excellent service from all, very welcoming and patient staff. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, very generous potions, highly recommend.

Despite being very busy. We where kept updated and seated pretty quickly. Food was great. Alarni greeted us at the door and was friendly and helpful despite clearly being rushed of her feet. A real credit to the company.

Nice little restaurant, staff were freindly, food was good.

We waited about 50 mins for our food, it seemed like they were prioritising deliveries and collections before actual seated customers. When the food did arrive it was warm at best and chicken was very dry. The garlic bread was so tough, it felt like it had been cooked ages ago and just left out. The wraps were far more lettuce than actual chicken. It was a big disappointment.

Kat made our experience at nando's a very positive one. She was very helpful, always smiling and made our day with her Brilliant customer service skills.

They don't take gift cards online and they don't take orders over the phone. So if I want to order for collection I have no choice but to go along in person and wait 30 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous.

Usually terrible service, regularly more than 10mins of waiting past the time they tell you for collection. But this time was even worse, delivered to a door step of no one knows where, haven’t even issued a refund yet. Thanks

Ordered online for delivery. Called 20minutes after estimated arrival time as no delivery. Was told it had been left on doorstep 8minutes before estimated arrival time. It hadn’t been left, I checked at neighbours both sides and there wasn’t anything there. Not that I’m sure what good leaving hot food in a ‘safe place’ would have been. Was told that my concern was ‘escalated’ and I would hear within 24-48hours. In the meantime I was free to reorder and pay for our meals again. Hungry and dissatisfied.

We waited calmly and patiently outside the door, the main entrance at 11, the door said the opening time for Saturday is 11. We were polite and were kind to the staff inside. Then at 11:28 a rude staff member storms out and yells at us claiming we stuck our middle fingers up at them. We were falsely accused. Sent away, starving, traumatised. Don’t come here you will be rejected. If I could I would rate them -1.
