Pizza Go Go High Wycombe in Wycombe

We ordered from Pizza Go Go to cater for our evening guests at our wedding party last month. We chose them after visiting many pizza places in the area. They understood what we needed, gave us a good price, and the pizza was good. They were a pleasure to do business with. On the night they were fantastic, turned up bang on time and the pizzas were hot and delicious - a very popular choice with our guests! Highly recommended

The topping in my pizza were disgusting and even the pizza now about vomit on the toilet seat because that gross pizza

I have ordered from Pizza Go Go before and it wasn't bad. My last order was absolutely disgusting, pizza was tasteless, pizza sauce was non existent, and I paid something around £25 for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing quality of food as well as amazing service as well and they have a very friendly staff member called Azan he was very nice and helped me a lot and he is the reason I go Pizza GoGo and no were else

£10 for a large pizza is great value! I recommend the 'Flaming Torch' pizza. Very good food!

I ordered 3 pizzas from this store and found hair in one of the pizzas. I informed the staff and was spoken to so unprofessionally. I was called a lier. Once I sent proof I was sent another pizza and sent back the box with the pizza that had hair. Later the staff rang me and were verbally abusive as they believed I lied about the incident. Will not order from here again. Would not recommended. Very unprofessional and rude staff.

I ordered churros from them once and when I reordered the same order they cancelled my order. I then rang the restaurant and asked them why they cancelled my order and told me that I needed to order a pizza with my order as it was a “pizza shop”. I then explained that I had ordered churros from them just two days ago and there was no pizza in my order and they delivered, and the man on the phone disrespectfully replied we changed this policy a few seconds ago. What a scam!! They were really disrespectful and they were really rude. I have never encountered such poor and awful customer service. They also deleted my review from JustEat. I would never recommend such a restaurant to anyone, there are many better “pizza shops”.

I’m watching Hell’s Kitchen whilst eating my gogo pizza and reckon Ramsay might need a little taste! Pizza is always on point. I refuse to buy pizza anywhere else! I’ve tried other gogo chains and they were disgusting!

Horrible rude management wouldn’t let me have my pizza because I didn’t have a mask. I told them I was exempt for medical reasons. Funny thing is they weren’t waring masks and one was coughing like crazy. Won’t be going back ever again.

Probably worse pizza in wycombe and how it got a 5 hygiene rating I don't known. Making pizzas without any food gloves mixing meat with cheese and veg ..

Just ordered 2 pizzas for £21.99 and believe it or not they were burned -and the excuse was because they was thin crust🤣 First & last time order ftom here NEVER AGAIN

Enjoy my £3 that’s the last you getting from me! I placed an order with my local pizza gogo store on castle street in High Wycombe at 19.25. Pizza was faultless however we ordered two chocolate fudge cakes and fortunately only one was delivered ( had there been two I would be £6 out of pocket). Payment was via cash. On tasting the fudge cake we noticed that it wasn’t tasting ok. We then called our local store at 20.28 who delivered it to let them know that it was not tasting as it should spoke to a person name withheld who made us believe that a replacement one would be delivered and on our next deliver we would get free cookies. We where delighted that issue seemed solved. However after sometime we realised that they had not been around to deliver. I then called them again at 22.22 to ask what was the reason for the lateness. Local Store said to me that they had said that they won’t be delivering after all and that we would get “free cookies” on our next delivery which I may strongly add is not happening. I paid for food that they have clearly kept of ages as I have compared the date on this cake to one I had about a week ago and expiry dates don’t match. The one from last week has a expiry date of 03.11.18 whilst this one has a expiry date of 11.01.18. May I also add that this cake had icicles on it when it arrived. Store colleague then said to me that they won’t be reimbursing me as they going to give me, yep you guessed it “free cookies” on my next order. He did mention that they didn’t make it and that they will not be able to give me my money back or give me a replacement as the cake was distributed by “head office”. I have checked the label and behold it says pizza gogo. I find this unacceptable. They have lost a devoted customer. Appalling customer service with no regard to customer complaints.

I order a lot of pizzas for the whole family from pizza gogo High Wycombe, at least every fortnight. Their pizzas are fine however they customer service is SHOCKING! I have read other people say the same and am shocked that they treat their customers this way. I ordered a pizza thin cruat and as they person on the end of phone didn't seem to be listing I repeated thin crust 3 times. I never eat deep pan as I can't eat all the dough as it's upsets my stomach. I rang them as soon as I got home and the man said the man who took my order was on a break and would ring me back. 2 hours later still nothing so I called them back. First he moaned saying why have I left it 2 hours after I explained I was waiting for a call back! Then after I explained what had happened he kept saying that they would not have done the order wrong so basically doesn't believe me. As I spend a lot at this place I would have hoped they would look after their customers much better and not just ignore them, not believe them and just be rude over the phone! CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOCKING!

If you collect in person. Any size pizza is just 5.99 and the taste is great

Terrible service pizza was very late and then when we got the pizza it was the wrong pizzas ... when I phoned the company they then were In denial and said that I was wrong even though I knew what I asked for. will not be wasting my time again.
