Very simple: you deliver the pizza, get the money. When customer says pizza has not been delivered, you pay them back.

Unprofessional rude management Back story requested delivery of pizza to a unit in an industrial estate at a cost of £17.99 There was some sort of communication issue, for whatever reason allegedly driver was ringing me multiple times but was unable to get ahold of me. My phone didn't ring once and I only received notification of a voicemail. Obviously some sort of technical issue which I can't blame driver for. However it isn't my fault either doing a 12 hour night shift, with the last open takeaway, I had my phone on my person. But additional to all this cctv footage didn't show a single car going up or down in front of the gates so not sure where the driver was anyway Only manager is able to process refunds, so after speaking to him and trying to explain the situation fully to him, he offered either £10 or a pizza, but the fact that he was raising his voice over the phone and attempting to put all blame on me, was told I needed to be more aware, that my phone was broken etc. £10 is laughable when I've had to make my way down to their store to even get a chance to speak to the manager and after all that I wouldn't want to eat a pizza out of here anyway. Funny how my phone has only ever had an issue with pizza gogo delivery attempt. My colleagues and I have probably had deliveries from almost all food outlets in hemel not once have we experienced such an issue with delivery. Just take your custom somewhere else, looking at reviews being rude seems to be a common theme.

They wanted to charge me £10 for delivery 2 pizza one large and one 18ins and they were a bit rude when I was trying to tell them that's nonsenses and keep talking about the quality which is for me is average and I never complain about the pizza price I was trying to tell them that's it's too crazy to pay £10 just for delivery when I pay same money for 2 large pizza £20 and £2 delivery

Do not eat from this place, I found rodent faeces on the pizza, I am disgusted! Had to throw all my order away!!

Rude member of staff that laughed down the phone at me after I had been waiting an hour and a half for my kids and thier friends pizza when the store had cancelled the order as they were too busy but didn't let me know they had cancelled it. Not only that I'm still waiting for the refund two weeks later! Never ordering from these lot again!

Love this pizza, the value for money is excellent and the pizza is very tasty. My wife and I love the veggie pizza, only thing that would be better is more toppings

I hadn’t ordered from these for ages having been used to using other companies in the area. Something made me place an order a couple of weeks ago, and it arrived super hot and fresh. I noticed this and again decided to place an order today. Once again, delicious hot pizza loads of cheese plus a free set of dough sticks with the order. Having complimented the driver for the quality, the store then called me to say Thankyou for our kind works. Brilliant!! (Burger pizza is to die for!!)

Bad service. Wrong order and when asked blamed on me that I ordered wrong food, and £4 delivery charged when they could not even deliver at right place had to walk over and get it. Which defeated point of charging delivery. Avoid it.

For the last 3 years the food and service was great. Something has changed recently. Could be a new owner or manager but the staff are no longer happy, the food is almost always late and the woman who answers the phone is abrupt or just outright rude. You have just lost a loyal customer and it seems most of the your long serving staff.

Very disappointed, we just moved from Hatfield and we were always buying from Pizza Gogo in Hatfield, pizza were always delicious! But we tasted 2 times in Hemel Hempstead and we are very disappointed, the taste is not good and the pizza is dry, and it looks like it was cook longue time ago. We will never come again.

Ordered from here through the JustEat app, really well priced with high quality food that tasted amazing! Delivery was 20 minutes earlier than predicted which was good as we wanted the food asap! Definitely will be ordering again and will definitely recommend!

They try to rip you off on the phone, I have asked for one large pizza and they said is 18.99£, is unbelievable this shop should be shut down.

Really dirty place and no management around, have to shout to get someone to come to the til although the price is cheap and 2.50 pizza tastes alright, I wouldn't dare to order any more as the place is just so untidy for food making. The hygiene in the place is disgusting and one mate of mine got a moldy bread from there. don't visit, probably the owner's here have given five stars lol

Absolutely disgusting experience. We ordered our food and they took our money. Mehdi called 20 minutes later and said he couldnt deliver to our address (despite the website saying it could). Couldn't process the refund for us. Wasn't interested in the problem. Was unbelievably rude on the phone and said it wasn't his problem. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use!! Mehdi is a disgraceful horrible man.

Not happy at all to be honest, i ordered in the morning meaning it's not busy at all, and my order took far over 1hr to be delivered. The food is not even that well priced and the customer service is far bellow average. When I called I could not even tell if it was a pizza shop, I thought i got the wrong number. All I know is that I will never ever order from there again. Extremely disappointed this is by far the worst take away and the worst customer service I have experience. I wish I could give no *'s.
