Great place for having tasty food.Very clean place.They ensured all my request and made my pizza just the way i wanted it.

One of the senior staff was very rude and loud for asking a wet wipe. I think the staff needs some training on customer service.

took my order to the wrong address and didn’t call, waited for me to call to inquire and then told us they’re making a new one.

The delivery is very good, Pizza arrives piping hot all the time so much so that I burn my mouth if I eat it straight away, unlike others, where I end up getting damn brain freeze from eating them. Pizza is of highest quality and is very filling. Tastes very nice and is my goto pizza chain.

Had to wait an hour for our food and when it arrived it was barely warm and they had forgotten part of our order. When I called to get a refund on the forgotten item the very rude gent on the phone said will send another in 10-15 minutes and hung up before I could respond. Terrible service. *UPDATE* The 10-15 minute wait for the forgotten item has now been 40 minutes.

Awesome pizza I have ever tested. Everything was perfectly cooked. Best in the town. I will recommend it.

This pizza shop is rubbish. I have ordered few times and always they forget something. Example I order pizza with drink the bring only pizza (drive said no drink ordered but money paid for drink) eventually, the driver go get my drink) however, by the time the driver come back with the drink pizza is very cold. The service is rubbish. Staff very rude. I will never buy from them again. They are useless.

Best pizza ever!! I’m so fussy with food and I have never had any problems with pizza Gogo, I am a regular customer and this is the only place I go to in Harlow. Today they accidentally added mushrooms on my pizza, I called up and they were very polite and helpful. They sent me my new pizza within 30 minutes and even gave me chocolate cake as an apology. Just to add they asked for the incorrect pizza back obviously to avoid anyone trying to get more pizza for free so don’t try lying. They are a great company food always fresh and clean and cheap and amazing quality. So much better than dominoes and Pizza Hut without a doubt!

The only place I order from if I'm craving for a pizza. Their products are always fresh, never too oily - unlike other pizza takeaways - the dough is soft and well cooked. I can only recommend them.

First thing first it's seemed to me that rewiws r fake. Guys please don't order from this branch of pizza gogo . They don't care about the hygiene they don't use gloves while making pizza. There cooking area is so dirty. Once they take the order (money) they become so rude with you as they r doing a favour to you. I order pizza with chicken , mashroom, onions and olives . Well there was very little topping the dough was old . it's not worth the money. If you order pizza from some other brach of pizza gogo they give you nice and fresh pizza in the same price. I am going to report to there head office.

5***** Wish I could give more than 5 * if I could. This is how you call a pizza , best pizza in town , fair price , taste delicious 😋 . Freshly made , a lot of variety of pizza plus other sides, friendly staff and always keen to help. Tried several times, you can't go wrong . Highly recommend this place. Bare in mind if you order 18 inches pizza you can't eat it all.

was a big fan. ordered many times before but ended up getting stale pizza and got the wrong crust. spent over 30 minutes trying to explain we had a bad experience . there was literally zero customer service. we even told the staff that we had positive experience prior but this time was below the standard. instead the staff was just talking over and not letting me finish the conversation. when mentioned that we don't want any refund but we will be posting review on the institution, the staff went ballistic. Not even one 1 courtesy to say "I apologise for your bad experience or inconvenience". absolutely speechless. clearly some good mannerism and hospitality course is needed ASAP.

Very nice pizza and wings. Reasonable Prices as well. Also 100% Halal. Their full menu is HFC Halal even the sausages, ham, bacon etc are made from Halal turkey or Beef.

We were gonna order online. But didn't want delivery coz that would take 40mins. So I called in for my order. We ordered a medium (8 pcs) Garlicy Sizzler, however the staff said to order a Large for 3 persons. We end up having 3-4 pieces each. There were 10 pieces. He said it would take 15mins. So we set off to pick it up after 10mins. Overall we were satisfied. Over ate! Everything was freshly made. If you want quick fix pizza. Not too expensive. Here's best place to come! Highly recommend. Now we are at the gym to burn off what we consumed!

A friend of mine made a good point the other day, sometimes you don't want a fancy pizza, its a very good point. Pizza is many things to many people and sometimes that thing is cheese, and a lot of it. Pizza go go has you covered. The large sign outside proudly says buy one get one free but upon asking, the helpful person behind the counter said a pick up is a much better deal so I did that ( you get one pizza but the price is lower than the bogof price) Pizza is the classic lots of cheese greasy pizza affair, I went for a thin base which makes the volume of cheese quite significant, the cheese is lovely, stringy and hot and with a nice creaminess to it. Tomato based is nice, nothing wow but decent flavour. And the base is a nice crisp but without falling into that "almost a biscuit" territory. Cook time is pretty quick, I didn't time it but it seemed like 11 minutes or so which is not bad, especially if it ain't raining while you are waiting. Staff are very helpful and organised, its always nice when you get the pizza you ordered even thought there are 9 or more other pizzas going out at the same time. All in, its a decent pizza if you are after one that's "not posh".

Such a shame it's gone massively downhill since we last eat here. Pizza turned up cold could barely taste the cheese stuffed crust which was our favorite thing about pizza gogo's. The sides he had was unbelievably burnt and got thrown away. Should have canceled the order to begin with as the guy on the phone didn't even know there own deals and took so long just to order the food

Ordered a meat feast and chicken hot pizza alongside a vegetarian supreme pizza for a gathering. Arrived hot and was tasty. Best pizza in harlow.

I placed a large order for the family last night and it was absolutely delicious! Everything arrived piping hot, definitely the best pizza in Harlow by far!

Would have given two stars because the wedges were actually nice and the milkshakes were fine ... for Harlow. However, I ordered a sticky toffee pudding and received a Belgium chocolate pudding. When I phoned the customer service was atrocious! First they called me a liar and then the fabrications began. i actually study at the university of oxford, home of the dictionary, so when the man tried to claim that sticky toffee pudding was the same as Belgium chocolate, I was outraged. if your going for just wedges its not the worst place, but if your going for pleasure you'll be thoroughly disappointed and your day will be ruined... this is saying something as i have just been through a global pandemic. I will bring these issues to light at the Harlow community center governing body meeting, where I and a few distinguished gentlemen and gentlewomen attend (my dads in the cabinet). I thought I was finished here but my anger and angst is still at unrest. is pizza gogo a drug front? I'm going to be truthful, I'm not sure. But if there was a drug front in Harlow, i know where my moneys going. To Harlow construction workers preparing to demolish this place, god speed!

Ordered two days ago off Deliveroo , meet tasted funny and was I’ll the next day . Contacted Deliveroo but no efforts were made to rectify what had occurred and instead got credits in the Deliveroo app which I’ve only ordered from once . Don’t recommend.pizza was okay though.

avoid this place rude abusive behaviour cant handle a critic sent out milkshakes with no protection measures during this pandemic driver had no gloves on came to my door handed me a couple of shakes like they had been sat in his cupholder of his car complained to resteraunt and nothing but denial abuse and told im wrong offered to come and speak in a civil manner and was very hostile bad quality of handling goods during a life threatening pandemic clearly wealth before health kind of people no customer care!!!!

The pizza here is delicious. The stuffed crust cheese is different from other chains and well worth trying. Plus the churros are good for dessert.
