Place is an absolute joke, kebabs are banging, however I think that’s 3 out of 5 deliveries, that haven’t made it here at all, because the delivery drivers speak no English, and can’t even follow a location that’s been sent to them, just wasted another hour of my life, and instead of being sat here full, I’ve got an empty stomach and I’m annoyed again.. absolute joke of a place

It is a bad ideea to order something from this restaurant,i wait 2hours and they don t deliver my food,on google they say is close but o uber eats you can order,so you are iresponsabil with your job,just close the app to can t order anymore,i will never order from this restaurant and i advise everybody to do the same.

Best kebab in Harlow and surrounding areas. I am really fussy but it was full of flavour and fresh. Has become a firm favourite! I ordered the chicken wrap with halloumi, the wrap itself is the lovely Turkish bread. Can’t recommend enough!

First Time visiting this shop. I placed an order for lamb shish wrap & lamb ribs on their website for collection. Food was ready waiting for me when I got there. Friendly service and even threw in a bottle for pepsi on the house. Food tasted great! Another good local recommendation! :)

Poped in for a kebab but it was off and didnt want to wait so i got 2 savaloys and chips the savaloy was soggy and uncooked ... both of them and the chips were nice , shame they cant cook a sausage

No exaggeration, this is the best Kebab in Harlow and the surrounding areas! I live near by so the convenience is great but the quality/taste is honestly second to none. Not to mention the owner and his colleagues are some of the nicest people you will meet. They will look after you. Couldn't recommend enough! Well done 👏🏻👌

I came here based on reviews. Despite having 4 kebab shops near where I live.. I travelled cross town to check this place out. Great food, good service and big portions for fraction of the price. Amazing highly recommended!

Started of OK I live 100mtrs away but the Chicken wrap was stone cold. What is it with these places they give a great service then resort to this couldn't care less attitude. Well thats my family done with this place.

Very bland and dry kebabs me and my partner had last night. Made me feel very unwell and couldn’t eat it. The salad was the only thing eatable. Gutted as it was busy thought it might have been better.

I ordered shish kebab, it would be good if it wasn't so dry ( they add just a little bit of a sauce) - for the price they take they should not limit the amount of sauce to minimum.

Never ordering again, chicken was anaemic on the outside and raw on the inside, they told me the new chef was trying something new!! I didn’t order a side of salmonella, this restaurant has been sold is and is now under new management, please be advised they don’t have a clue how to cook good food, bread was rock hard and old small Portion also for the meal I ordered, salad also a small portion for what I ordered and bland, all went in the bin, restaurant didn’t care because it was ordered through just eat! Avoid avoid avoid!

Not your typical kebab shop - fresh and flavourful. 100% recommend! Worth it, even if it’s a bit more expensive.

Five Stars. Everything I've eaten from Katherines Charcoal Grill was always fresh and delicious. Cod, chips, kebabs and their salad are my favourites. Staff is very friendly and professional. They're based near where I live and parking is not a problem!

Tried again today would not go back . What a shame. Normally very good, but last 2 doner kebabs were not good, tiny bits of meat and dry, put it in the bread and take a bite and the meat falls out, normally nice succulent long strips

It’s my 4th time ordering from here and I can genuinely say it was the best fish I’ve had in Harlow by a mile, the batter was golden crispy and the fish as flakey not mushy! It was lovely,and my order came piping hot!! Real top quality food no doubt !!!!!! Thanks guys

Lovely food every single time, since they started serving rice I am a regular customer. Before they had no alternative to chips and it was a problem for me but now I have no complaints. My lamb shish is always perfect 🥰

Just ordered this for the first time and OMG was it amazing! Everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious the food was here so quick. I have never been so satisfied with a meal I had to ring the restaurant personally and let them know how happy I am with everything!! If you are ever thinking about ordering you will NOT be disappointed at all, I just wish I could give more stars !

Probably the best all round takeout in Harlow. Every time I order something, the food is hot and tastes great. Great price great food and great customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone trying to find a great all rounder!

Delicious food! Always satisfied whenever I order from here. Meat is lovely and soft. Good portions. Arrives quickly. Nice that they’ve started to do rice with the meals now as I know in the past it came with chips; feels like a healthier meal. I think maybe they should update the Uber eats app as it may confuse some people as the pictures show chips with the meals. Overall I would 100% recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. 👍🏼

just had uber eats drop off two rib meals added a not that we wanted chips not rice well you know got rice the ribs were the size of my little finger the slade had no tomarto just onoin red cabbidge and must have been a whole cuecumber all stone cold that was 38 pounds well spent

Absolutely fantastic. I ordered the KA's special sharing platter for the family for 3-5 people for £50.00 . I ordered over the phone to collect , very friendly and polite staff . Collected the food, once again very friendly. The food was fresh and very tasty. The whole family loved it. Nice fresh salad, Turkish bread infused with meat juices, chips, lamb ribs,chicken wings , doner meat, lamb & chicken shish, chicken wings, lamb chops. Adana kebab (really really nice) The seasoning was perfect. Sauces were amazing too. Thank you Katherine's Grill , bir numara. (Number one) I would definitely recommend this place 10/10. I will be ordering again soon. ************************ May 2022 Latest update I understand there is a recession but you put the price up by £10.00 for KAs special now £60.00 which is a 20% increase (harsh). Chips portions are now tiny ,a handful , now there is rice too. Still nice but had to knock off a couple of stars.

Food is always fresh and not greasy. Staff are very friendly. The Turkish bread they serve is lovely. Meat is always cooked to perfection. This is our go to kebab place.

The change of ownership turned this place around, generous portion sizes and lovely fresh cooked food. Fair prices for the great food, I just wish they had a chicken doner. But still 5*

This place is the best kebab around. All of their meat is top quality, the chips are so good and their hand made bread is amazing. The portions are super generous for the money, the staff are friendly and the actual shop is immaculate which is always a bonus! Would strongly recommend this place if your looking for a nice bit of Turkish.. I’ve been everywhere trying to find a take away place like this and won’t be going elsewhere. My favourite.. thanks for not letting me ever leave disappointed, you guys should have your own restaurant!!!

Exactly what we needed in the area! I just moved back to Harlow after a few years away and was pleasantly surprised to see the shop had opened. More importantly, the food is honestly out of this world, proper authentic Turkish Food, great portions and super fresh! Also, the team are all just genuinely nice guys that remember you from the time before and are lovely to chat to while you wait for your food! Couldn't recommend it more 👍👍

Brilliant service and great food. My partners does not eat chips - but his kebab is always massive. I love the Adana served with chips and salad. Always a good amount. Well worth a visit.

So glad that somewhere like this is now available in the Katherine's Harlow Area as we needed something decent finally! Their Chicken Shish kebab is amazing! The side salad that comes with it too so tasty, light and refreshing and as for the Turkish bread....even though I suffer with a gluten allergy, its a sacrifice I'm willing to make as its so tasty! I do only have a little bit though so I don't put myself in too much pain haha! The staff are so friendly, always smiling and excellent customer services, highly recommend this place so much for a decent meal!

German beef Donner! This review needs to say no more than that! Oh you haven't had one! Don't try anyone else before you check these guys out! Really are doing great work with this! it is never greasy, the salad always bangs! Would be nice to see a rice dish! But wow this is good food!

These guys are absolutely the best ones! I am their forever customer:) First time ordered falafel wrap out of curiosity- and it was so delicious! Then I have different dishes and everything was so good and tasty! The portions are generous, the food is always fresh, customer’s service is excellent! Guys are always friendly and smiles, the shop is clean and tidy. I am ordering there every week 1-2 times even though I wasn’t fan of take aways before. Katherine Charcoal Grill is my #1 favourite place to go now! You can taste how fresh the meat is, the portion size is amazing for the price and the customer service is brilliant! This is the closest kebab meat you’ll get to authentic Turkish kebab, the Turkish bread is amazing! Hot and soft and perfect for you to make a little wrap! 100% recommend

Our first time ordering with these guys tonight. I placed an order over the phone, around 7pm on a Saturday and received a friendly, warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. Food was ready to collect on time. When I arrived home, the food was still a good temperature. Fish and Chips were exceptional - lovey colour batter, crispy texture and taste. Chips were perfectly cooked too and could tell the oil used was clean. The mixed chicken and lamb shish kebab was nicely cooked and the lamb wasn't over cooked or chewy, served with plenty of Turkish bread. All very tasty. Not sure if it should have come with a salad though, as it didn't come with one? All very generous portions too. Will definitely order again. Keep doing what you're doing guys 👌

Great food and a great bunch of lads. Used 3 times in their opening week. Cannot fault it and there are things on the menu that you don't see in your average kebab shop.....but this is definitely not your average kebab shop!

Was happy another takeaway had opened where the much-missed Dan's was Tried a kebab, which ended up being one of the nicest takeaways I've ever had! It was incredible value for money; despite me being able to eat a 20" pizza solo, I couldn't eat half the chips..! Presentation was on point with high end London restaurants too, and everything was being recyclable too. Can heartily recommend these guys to everyone 😁

I have ordered two large cod fish and one large chips. Portions big enough for couple. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. The cod could be slightly crispier and have little bit of salt. The chips was good enough.

first Time ordering and defo will be the last. chicken burger came dry, no salad or sauce just a bun and a thin piece of breaded chicken, pancake roll was like a cat had thrown up and they had rolled it up into pastry and deep fried it, chips were hard, never again!

We were disappointed with our haddock and chips that was delivered last week - we were number 4 apparently - cold and just not nice batter. Tonight's was totally different and most enjoyable (we were no 1 on the round tonight).

I had a few friends with me and we had a portion of chips each, they were very tasty, and freshly cooked, which you dont really see nowadays, so i do recommended going their.
