Pizza Go Go Hackney in Hackney

Would give a 0 star if I could, Pizza was over 45min late, called to voice my complaint and the was meet with anger. In the end no refund was issued and I will not be ordering from here again.

The most incompetent workers ever, normally always buy from their chains but this location was new to me and have never had such a bad experience. My order was wrong and instead of giving me a new pizza or a refund they argued with me in-front of my door. The driver was clueless and the manager on the phone was disrespectful.

This business is a complete joke, run by unprofessional and incompetent people. First, my food was late. Then the clueless driver couldn’t even find my address, and to top it off, they lied and said my phone was off, which was absolute nonsense—I was at work the whole time. I hadn’t eaten properly for 2–3 days and finally felt well enough to order, only to be completely disappointed. When I called to sort it out, I was met with a useless excuse of a manager who kept repeating, ‘I’m sorry,’ but had no idea how to fix the situation. I asked for a refund or a redelivery, but instead, I got excuses and nonsense about the driver supposedly being here. Let me make one thing clear: if the driver can’t do his job, that’s not my problem. it’s theirs. They don’t care about their customers or their money. You’ll be left hungry, out of pocket, and furious. To the owner: if you care about your business at all, fire this guy immediately. He’s dragging your name through the mud. To everyone else: don’t waste your time or money here, go somewhere else where they actually know what customer service is.

Absolutely disgusting service from this branch lately, hair in the food, squashed pizza in the box because of the drivers, wrong ingredients. A complete joke of a manager telling lies and not issuing refunds, taking advantage and stealing of people!!

I'm so disgusted every time I order pizza it never arrives I stand outside my house for the food because of the problems I have with this people there have terrible customer service when the food doesn't arrive and I call them they call me a lier try and tell my how they call me but my phone is off and how no one is home or no one gets the door yet I'm always at the door or someone is no one even calls they just lie say they was there for 20 mins yet if they was I wouldn't have to call then say I'm a lier and have attitude saying they called if this was the case how comes it happens every time.

Delivered me a great tasting pizza in 7min15secs at 2am. Highly recommended!

Best pizza in the country ,it will blow your mind

I’m literally sitting in front of their shop and writing this review. The pizza was okay but the customer service was awful. The guy with long hair acted like I was unwanted and asking something for free or something. If you don’t like the job you’re doing, the best thing to do is LEAVE. I asked for 2 drinks and the guy didn’t even asked me what drinks I want. He just gave me 2 coke. 👎

Unprofessional customer service

Pizza gogo has exceeded my expectations and disappointed me multiple times. I have been delaying this but it’s about time I sum up my experience, which is… delicious food but poor presentation (at times) like today. However, service is great but I can’t be asked to call up every time there’s a hick up.

Pizzas are delicious was amazing customer service is great only downfall was wings were under cooked and potato wedges were over cooked. Overall good food. Gogo pizza special and classical cheese and tomato. Would recommend this place. Thank you.

One of the best pizza shops in hackney

Ordered dinner from morning lane branch yesterday. The worst meal I've ever had from there. A total waste of £26.98 dry pizza, uncooked taste awful mozzarella sticks which I had to throw away. White looking chicken wings which I had to put in the oven to be cooked. The quality and standard of the whole meal was poor! I will tell my friends to go elsewhere when pizza is mentioned. I will never waste my money again. You should be ashamed of your selves. motta Owill never order from there again

They delivered a burnt pizza and then I called and they answered aggressively. Their employees are very rude and their products are not of the required quality. It's very terrible. I'm not happy.

They are jumping on 'More 4 Less' business Their on line take away pizzas are dwindling in size & food content in a big way. Their large thin & crispy is more like a year or so ago's small size, almost wafer-thin & oily soggy non-crispy or dry. 3 X Medium so called thin.crust pizzas near on £29.00 measured under 12 inches from top to bottom & as mentioned, we ordered thin crust but come on, be fair for.the prices being charged, our pizza thickness was less than our drink mats.& that is not an exaggeration.... 1/10 all aspects now cowboys, no quality whatsoever...

The worst Pizza GoGo ever! I've been going to pizza Gogo for a long and time in many locations - great pizza, at affordable prices. But this place, horrible. I've been around 4 times in 2021 and the food was always mediocre and BAD customer service/attitude. The customer service is rubbish, the attitude of the guy working at the till is just awful (you'd honestly think he's speaking drunk), and the pizza was rubbish! It tastes horrible. I ordered 2x flaming torch and on both they 'forgot' the pepperoni! I called and complained not long after and he was not wanting to listen to but rather tried to brush the situation aside without a care saying "he'll take care of me".... I don't want baby sitting, I just want a regular person without attitude giving me good quality pizza. Do not recommend THIS pizza Gogo, you honestly need to go elsewhere.

I moved from southeast London to Hackney week ago I have always order pizza from gogo pizza in southeast london it’s one of the best pizza ever.I never eat pizza from any where else but today I order from this pizza place first of all the person who was taking my order sound like he didn’t want to take my order sound Moody I didn’t want to say anything to him because I fort the food will be nice HOW WRONG WAS pizza tasted horrible just like the person on the phone garlic bread soo soggy I put pizza n garlic bread in the bin .I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

I am a regular customer of your restaurant. I have ordered on 3rd of March 2021 around 8pm. The guy over the phone was very rude and misbehaved. Instead of listening to my requirement he tried to shut me up by saying that he knows his work better. Dont tell me how to make pizza I have more experience then you. That's not the first time he misbehaved it happened before also. I'm not going to order again. Kindly give him training how to talk to customers.

It's An Amazingly - Excellent Pizza - Shop, - But Sometimes It Doesn't Have Any Prawns For The Seafood - Pizzas, - But Then Again At Least They Always Have Some Good Vegetarian Substitutes - &/Or - Alternatives For It, - Like Pineapple - &/Or - Sweetcorn!!.

Used to order from this Pizza Go Go a lot but unfortunately they have let me down twice. Their meat pizza's hardly have any meat, even if they do its either 2/3 tiny bits of meat on a big slice ( I always order large pizzas). They don't deserve the one star.

Pizza GoGo Mare Street in Hackney is always on point coz their pizzas are made with love and specialist care unlike some others. There isn't much decent places left to eat from late at night in Hackney, so if you just finished work and can't wait till you get home, pop down to Pizza GoGo Mare Street. Pizza GoGo has great customer service, fresh halal ingredients, with a good range of pizzas, side options and desserts. I give Pizza GoGo Mare Street 4/5...

Pizza are great and price us reasonable. I recommend the Americano, that is my Fav. Also they are Halal which is very important to me.

My first order from pizza gogo was nice, the service was nice. After that we ordered again and the pizza was dry. But still thought we'll try it again. The first time I got curly fries it was a nice big portion. So the last time and final time I went, i ordered 2 thinking it will be the same BUT it was 2 measly sized box with a handful of curly fries. The price was still the same. I walked out and realised so I went back and asked what happened to the portion size but the guy didnt even understand so he got someone else, who explained that they chnaged it in a matter of a week. Anyway I wouldnt go again

I order from Pizza GoGo ever other week and I have always received my order correctly, freshly prepared and hot! My orders usually arrive within 45 minutes but fortunately somebody always answers the phone here to update me on my order unlike other pizza places. Never have I had to complain about my order

Boyfriend ordered a pizza on FOUR separate dates and received the wrong pizza, including an order placed tonight! Staff are friendly when I spoke to them on the phone but always seem to get the pizza order wrong when placed online! How can this be possible when this is the main trade of your business. How can this happen so often? Unfortunately will never be ordering from them again.

Delicious pizza, however there was only one employee, which made me feel quite sad for him, please hire more people so he can have someone to talk to 😭

I called today to a complete lack of customer service. I have used this store for 5years reasonably regularly. They are now under new management I was informed as an explanation as to why I couldn't order my usual order! I am disappointed and they have lost out on a loyal customer and I recommend the new management look at training staff in general with think like a customer and up sale at minimum. To note my request was a free choice pizza to be made with the toppings of the garlic pizza bread side... very simple to do and has never been a issue. Also the staff don't seem to mind loseing loyal customers.

It's absolutely rubbish it was half Cook Pizza never never go there waste of money

We called to ask if they had any deals that included sides or any deals for £20 or below. They lied and said no, so we ended up spending more money than needed. Upon checking their website after someone else mentioned we got bumped, we discovered that they had plenty of deals that would have been value for money. Money hungry and quality is rubbish. Pizza cold and chips soggy.

Have my local pizza for 15 year now No complain at all 😉
