Had to wait over 1 hours for the pizza, ive ordered thin but it was like tortilla, "pancake" dough, pizzas were not very warm, donner on pizza was dry... Only positivity was homemade garlic dip. Wont order again

Trying to tie in with a takeaway from another establishment for my wife I ordered my pizza for 19:05. It was delivered at 18:40. I sent the guy away. Rang Village Pizza to get them to make me a fresh one. They couldn’t deliver for 45 minutes but said they could do it if it could be collected. I rang my wife who swung by from collecting her meal. She had to wait ten minutes. However, it was delicious!

Food never turned up. Didn’t knock on the door or call telephone number. When I called the restaurant they said that they had knocked on the door and called and no one answered. £35 wasted and they didn’t even try and offer a refund or resend order

Living away just now so sent these pizzas and drinks as a treat for my kids. They tell me everything was delicious. Delivery was about 10mins later than advised but nobody cared about such a minor issue!

Superb food... maybe just a bit too early (25 mins) as we ordered delivery for when we knew our youngsters would be tucked up in bed but it arrived as we were still busy with them. But early is always better than late so thanks for the great service!

Delivery was speedy and the drink arrived very cold, which was nice. The only positive thing I have to say about the pizza was that the crust *was* actually thin, which is the way I like it. The taste and consistency was awful, though. There was very little sauce, and it was basically cheese and very salty pepperoni floating on top of a layer of grease. All but one slice went in the bin. Waste of money.

Amazing food quality, I only ordered sides because of my love for chicken and I was very satisfied with the quality, the strips weren't dry at all and perfectly satisfied me, and the wings are delicious and have no batter on them which I prefer. Love the free dip, this place does the best dips I've ever tasted in my life, I don't know how they do it, astonishing. Very filled, very happy and fast delivery to boot.

The pizzas were excellent, used to order from them years ago but found a good place up the road. Very happy I have ordered from them again as the quality is excellent.

Everything about the meal and delivery was delightful it's a shame a member of staff left with the twenty pound note I had given him and not given me my change which as I am currently going through financial struggles didn't exactly help it's not the amount that's concerns me it's the fact that he knew there was change just took the meal payment and left without a second though and that's disgusting service

DESPICABLE MANAGEMENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Despite Having waited 1 and a half hours for a 4 mile delivery, I call up to find that my pizza has been delivered to the wrong address. Had to argue with the manager and driver in order to get another sent out. Over all it took 2+ hours and 10 minutes on the phone to receive a relatively small order.

Ordered a pizza and chicken wings. The pizza was ok but I've had much better and the chicken wings were very bland and dull. But the delivery driver was spot on which I wasn't expecting so I'm at least happy about that.

The attitude of the driver is bad and impatient. He called me for three times within five minutes

Ordered a Mexican hot Pizza with stuffed crust and it was pretty darn good! Delivery service got here 5 minutes after the estimated delivery time which was pretty impressive a deliveries pretty much always get here about 15 minutes after the estimated time and the delivery man was very polite and friendly. Would defiantly order from here again.

I ordered two pizzas, garlic bread with cheese and a can of 7up. However, I didn't receive the can of 7up. I'm very disappointed, as I paid online and I'd like to receive the money of the can.

Got what I ordered. Order was 28.60 but the delivery guy had no change when I gave him a 50pound note. I then had to search the house to found 30 pounds. Didn't know the exact price and I had to look it up in order to ask for my change. Food was pretty standard quality fast food.

Badly burnt, didn't bring the right pizza, would have had to wait even longer for the right pizza so didn't and couldn't contact me on my phone which was in signal and is fully functional. Overall very bad pizza would recommend anywhere else apart from there.

Undergoing refurbishment at the moment but completely dead and a bit sad. "Beer garden" is a brick yard decorated with bamboo stick. Lovely bartender Maria but not much choice of draught ales or ciders, and don't take card.

Ordered the 2 x 12 inch pizzas, when arrived they were under 10 inches each (measured them). Phoned them and they said they would give us a free 12 inch pizza in 40 mins, didn't arrive. Had to phone just eat and they phoned village pizza to drop of the 12 inch the next day.

My order was incorrect and incomplete. While I appreciate being told that ´next time´ I will get the item for free, it didn´t solve the problem that not everyone had their order and the sauces were wrong. Oh well.
