Order Pizza said will be ready in 10 min came after 15 min to collect it but still have to wait 15 min ,so ridiculous ,waste of time

Just ordered a pizza and curly fries over the phone for collection. When we got there to pick the order up, they said we didn't order any curly fries. The lady who took the order on the phone didn't understand English properly and was arguing saying that I never ordered it. Customer service isn't good at all.

Chicken kebab is banging and pitta bread made freshly..highly recommended

(Longish review). Me and my friend order a pizza 1:45 it came at 2:10 it was nicely cooked but the wait time was very long it was 25 minutes but it was worth it there was enough but not too less of slices evenly cut and me and my friend enjoyed it so much but i was disappointed with the wait it was late so if they used the excuse: there was alot of traffic i would have been upset but overall GREAT

Great pizza, allways fresh and tasty.

Went in store ordered a simple pepperoni pizza after 5 minutes of waiting I was asked what I ordered once my order was finally made as it was handed to me the guy said I forgot to put the pepperoni on the pizza I genuinely thought he was joking when I left the shop I opened the pizza box only to find there was no pepperoni on the pizza so I had to go back in the shop and tell him I want what I paid for so had to wait all over again I wasted my break for this terrible service never again.

Very bad customer service and charging £1 per topping paid £12 for the 4 slice pizza frys and drink theifs

Vegetarian pizza is so nice and prices are excellent for the sizes.

Mashallah pizza was amazing verey good and tasty bought a 15inch one eat half of it without noticing it it sure nice deffo recommended....

best pizza ever here! just the extremely good mozzarella and the pepperoni could make the whole pizza here, i'm going there with my friend every week at least 3 times , i really love it💯

First of, great tasting pizza, that's the best bit obviously. Bad points, no real meal deals on the menu at all, which is a shame. Second, pizzas are a bit on the pricey side. Finally, this is what has made me not go back there.......the pizza chef did not use any gloves while making my pizza, and in-between making the pizza, with the same hands, he was answering the phone and opening the cold room and then back to making my pizza, not once inbetween did he wash his hands.

Good pizza, 1 of the best in erdington if not the best

I ordered 2 diferent pizzas yesterday, what I got was a couple of same pizzas, not was what I ordered, and more than 2 hours later I got them, too late. The pizzas were not bad, well stuffed , but I was thinking that gogo pizza was a good option when you want a pizza at late hours....but it wasn't. The delivery guy the only good thing, he apologies about the delay, about the rest...not happy

Absolutely pathetic pizza place...made us wait for almost an hour and then when I chased up the order they told us we cancelled our order when we never did ......liars its a joke very unprofessional and poor service REALLY WOULD never recommend this pizza place to anyone

The person taking my order took my sterling coins and notes to pay. then without washing his hands or using gloves put his bares hands in a jar of jalapeños he used to top my pizza. Disgusting. Will never go there again.

I usually use this pizza shop but today I wasn't impressed with the service at all. The young man behind the counter was was very awkward I asked for a thin based pizza which he tried to say they don't do I had to take time to explain that there is such thing. Secondly I only eat fish so on my pizza I asked for tuna when it come to cutting the pizza he used the pizza utensil to cut it ams it was dripping liquid onto the pizza !!!! It was also dirty with previous stuff onit :/ I then had to say if a person does not eat other meats how are you using that ihe shrugged his shoulders no care to what I was saying for me it was his attitude I said to leave the pizza uncut as what is om what he is using I do not want on my pizza Wasn't happy not great service

Very fast and good food, price bit on the high side.

Driver abruptly phoned me to tell me he was outside my house expecting me to go to his car before delivering pizza and pizza only had half the toppings advertised.

The pizza was great, the time the person said it would take was correct and it was all in all one of the better pizzas I've had. Although lacking in variety of ingredients, the crust was delicious and it wasn't even greasy! Would totally reccommend going here

You can't knock Go Go Pizza 🍕 always gets it right when it comes to the 🍕 now the shop it's next to the Fire station on Orphanage road,.parking outside is only a few but it's on flat ground . Theirs a bit of a step into the shop but the pizzas r worth it It would be Easier to ring & Collect because if u order a delivery you might as well go elsewhere. Collection deal is the best £9 large pizza

Placed an order and had to wait well over an hour for it to arrive after having to call numerous times. The guy that answered the phone was no help every time I called he said the driver was either leaving or was 5 minutes away. By the time the food came I no longer wanted it

Ordered twice. Once, the double pepperoni had 7 bits of pepperoni on it, second time the meaty one had no pepperoni! Shame as pizzas are pretty good.

I cancelled an order here as soon as I done it. When I called they said yeah that's fine, we haven't even printed it off yet, we will cancel and refund......so why is no one bothering to look into it???? I get the same answers....either I don't know anything or my manager will call you to sort it out... It's been 7 days! Sort it out!

Regrettably I won’t be visiting Pizza Go Go again. Received exceptionally poor customer service this evening for the first time. Have been going here since the branch opened often being served by the manager/delivery driver and a female behind the desk. Regular customers and when we’ve telephoned an order through before they automatically know our address. Rang here tonight at 7.20pm to be told my order would be 15/20 mins, fine. Got there in 20 minutes and the guy wearing the uniform told me to wait 5 minutes, again no problem. Whilst I sat there I experienced extremely poor ignorant service from particularly 2 members of staff (not in uniform) who looked like twins talking in their own language but I could understand clearly when they were swearing as they kept on looking back at me whilst I held my 18 month old daughter. After 10 minutes of being sat there now half an hour it’s taken for my order, I watched these lads talk, and prep other peoples food and put mine to aside for me to have to ask if my order is ready to which he rudely replied with “what is your problem”?! The member of staff in a cap and T-shirt told him to leave it and go away and I explained we’ve been coming here every week since the branch opened being our preferred place to buy pizza in erdington and I’ve never received poor service like this. To which he went on to say that I should be asking whether or not that’s my order as he isn’t a mind reader. When challenged he walked from behind the desk without saying a word and went out to a car with several other guys waiting I assume to be delivery driver (why it’s takes 4 of them I’ll never know) but as I expressed to the regular lad behind the counter I won’t be visiting here again which in his defence he was very apologetic but all he could offer me was a complimentary dip for the inconvenience to which I declined. Shame as I’ve always spoken very highly of the standards of service and pizza served here and my Mum even travels from Harborne just to have their pizzas. Oh and may I add I asked for half jalapeños on my pizza so that the kids could enjoy eating some, got home to cold pizza full of jalapeños so kids had to have a quick oven meal.

I ordered a pizza for my son three days ago and he had food poisoning because of that he ended up in hospital . I ll make a formal complain about this

I bought a meaty one pizza from this place last week, which nearly killed me, it gave me food poisoning, something was horribly wrong with the ingredients. Very Bad experience, I would never buy anything from this place again.
