Person who takes orders totally rude wrong order came they shut the phone on my face to avoid isue was not resolved will not order from them again and will not recommend

You guys need to teach your manager how to talk he is very rude and aggressive

I want to be so honest about this pizza it’s so tasty and the sauce looks amazing and it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had in this place I was always coming to buy from here Becouse I prefer to eat something cheap but very tasty thank you for this experience and also the stuff is really nice

I bought pizza from here for the first time, they are not clean at all, it is a very dirty place, the employees pick their noses,it is literally terrible place the council has to check this plase as soon as possible

It’s a take away, consistentency, little more expensive here than east London

The only best thing about this place is the turkish guy who works there...nothing else. Pizza's are not good, the people who work there support Israel and horrible customer service.

After many years of using pizza gogo i had a problem with my order I rang up and spoke to someone and asked them to rectify the order. I was then transfered to a absolute waste of space Bell end called James "who is apparently the manager" James was very aggressive, and argumentative on the phone when I asked for his branch managers contact details and contact details to HR he hung thr phone up on me. After years of using this branch it is time I spend my money elsewhere. I will be following this up with either a branch manager or head office

I buy a pizza for delivery and whoever the person is that cut the pizza did it so wrong and I’m not sure why the manager from this store doesn’t get new pizza cutter to cut the pizza right and when I try to contact the store manager he was heavy rude on the phone won’t be buying from them anymore I will stick with TFG

The staff on the phone are very impatient. Let me finish off my order then you can ask me at the end if anything else is needed. I feel very rushed ordering.

I have been a regular customer for years and I always had a good experience but tonight I was so shocked how the owner spoke to me over the phone he was very rude, abrupt and huffy.

90 minute wait First time in a long time ordering with these as we’ve been using another well known pizza place. Placed an order 7.05 pm and it turned up at 8.40 I did phone just before 8 and they explained the wait time was up to an hour, “so it’ll be here by 8.05 .. “ no at least another 20 - 30 minutes yet” ?? The pizza was ok except one had soggy dough, think we’ll stick to our normal place

1st visit got a very burnt pizza and then they were extremely rude when I complained they said if I didn’t want it burnt like that I should have requested it when I ordered.

This Place is very good and they do buy one get one free. Try the meat feast with jalapeno chillies and stuffed crust, outstanding.
