I often order a pizza from here, great service, good time keeping, food always really hot,and good quality

They delivered an incorrect pizza and didn't include my additional topping on the other pizza.

I recently purchased a pizza from this place, and unfortunately, it had a stale taste that was quite unpleasant. The flavor suggested that some of the ingredients might have been past their prime. This was disappointing as I had hoped for a fresh and delicious meal. I recommend the pizzeria pays more attention to the quality of their ingredients to enhance the overall dining experience.

really good pizza. I'd use them again

Calzone and chicken tenders were 5/5. BBQ ribs were pretty tough, I was personally expecting the meat to fall off the bone and for them to be a bit more saucy. Otherwise, great meal.

We got a double pizza deal and they put all the toppings on one pizza and gave us the 2nd as a plain….how thick can you get

Has to be the worst Lahmacun I have ever tasted went straight in the bin disgusting ! Stick to making pizzas and take lahmacun off your menu it’s embarrassing

Came instore to order items. Owner was aggressive during the ordering process. Told me it was going to be 20 mins. It took 45 mins. Asked him nicely if the food was ready, he said another 5 mins. He was sitting in the back ignoring me as I was in the front- literally made eye contact and left me there for 10 mins. When I asked for my pizza again- he told me to 'F off' and he didn't give me my pizza. Asked for a return for my payment and he swore at me to a point where I cried because I felt so humiliated. Didn't get my pizza or refund. Don't even know what I did for him to be so horrible. I never complained for how long he took to make the pizza.HORRIBLE MAN AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS SHUT IT DOWN.

Really disappointed with our order. I placed the order at 1400 for a 1700 delivery and still not received until 1740. The pizza was not hot because of the delayed delivery. Not the first time this has happened.

Absurd. Bought an 18 inch XXL pizza. Got a 14 inch pizza on an 18 inch box (we measured with tape). They do have an XXL box for sure, but the pizza to fill it, not so much. Scamming your customers like this can only happen once. If you won’t make the right pizza either: return the money, take it off the menu, send two mediums instead. But what you did is a joke. Never buying again.

the food arrived 45 minutes late with no apologies or any sympathy for the delay. the food was ice cold couldn’t eat it had to put it in the bin. i want a full refund for this order because this restaurant was out of order.

I have been cheated out from these people. I have not even got any of the food. I tried to speaking with the "boss" who kept on swearing at me on on the phone. £32 is exactly what I have Los, again I have had none of those items.

Normally a decent place to order from the food is nice especially the chicken, but on this occasion the sauce got squashed or broken somehow and my sons pizza was covered in sauce which he does not eat sauce at all and was unable to get through to the restaurant for hours as it said the phone was engaged. Unfortunately my son could not eat his pizza he was looking forward to.

I've bought pizza twice so far and only the top looks good and a lot of cheese, a few pieces of harness that were barely noticeable! I do not recommend!!!

The food wasn’t what was ordered, the pizza came but had thin crust instead of what was ordered and also the food was burnt rather than cooked causing half the pizza to be hard and parts inedible

I received a rotten potato from the cheesy potato skins. I’m in process of speaking to Just eat And sending photos. I’m pregnant and as many know eating a bad potato can kill a Fetus!!!! Luckily it wasn’t me but My 3 year old son who ate it! A child bit into it!! It’s blackish grey on the inside. I’ve ordered many times from here and have always been satisfied but this is a Health and safety problem I am willing to escalate this. My SON whose 3 ate half of the potato! I’m Livid. They have no regards for anyone’s health. Money is money to them.

Pizza was greasy and not very nice

This was the second time I’ve ordered from here and the tasty pizza dough and toppings I experienced the first time.. was as I remembered was just just completely let down with the two sides of spicy chicken and them being either so overcooked or beyond reasonable shelf life. The coating was as hard as nails !! Won’t be ordering them again

I had good expectations but not enough tomato sauce and my red peppers were all black

Let the picture explain. This was a thin and crispy pepperoni pizza and a chicken and mushroom pasta! Bring in Gordon Ramsey, this is like something off of Hell’s Kitchen!

We bought biggest pizza from this shop next to us on Saturday, it came in 45 minutes! There was only one little garlic sauce in it! It was 19£ and the driver said it wasn't change

Very bad customer service,rude on the phone as when you're ordering from the shop,not folowing the rules for covid 19,none of them wearing a face mask or gloves when handling food,the guy literally finish his cigarette in front of me and went to do the pizza's.The dough pizza was row,it was like chewing a gum or worse.They say is 9.99£ for a 18" but you pay 21.95£ for delivery.Extremly rude staff trying to blame the customer and not wven saying sorry.I wouldn't give them not even half star,somebody should really report them to the council for not obeying the rules for covid 19

I rang Milano’s to order a pizza for delivery, the man on the phone asked what my address was and once I answered he asked me what I wanted, as I was answering he cut me off and told me that he couldn’t take my order as he ‘was too busy’ and then hung up on me. Never had that before. Strange.

My pizza from milano was awful. I ordered smokehouse pizza which had Pineapple pieces on the topping with a bbq base ; ham and bacon. It was the worst combination you could put on a pizza which was clear when I had one bite. Very acidic, and too many diverse flavours battling eachother at the same time; smoked bacon, ham, bbq sauce, pineapple. The cheese crust didt melt as i ripped it off. I felt the pizza was not fresh and I will refrain from ordering milanopizza ever again. This was my first and is my last experience with Milano. The driver was great and efficient but the product was not expected and I didt enjoy the meal. I did't finish the pizza and milano ruined my takeaway experience for Pizza.

Very hungry waiting for the food. 10mins away from the time it was supposed to finish then cancelled. Maybe closing time or not if you didnt want to accept the order then should of let me know then waiting for nothing. for having a bad review that hasn't even ate from you.
