Pizza Go Go Cardiff in Cardiff

I brought pizza from here ,while I was waiting cleaning was in progress above the machine by one of the staff .I found the soap foam falling over the moving grill where the pizza etc moves on for baking... I mentioned the staff about the same... But he was so rude and justified as if he got eyes to see what going through the grill which was not in a appropriate manner.... Literally he did a massive unhygienic stuff which is not acceptable.... But when it was been notified to him... He just justified himself but not feeling guilty of the fault he did... Really ashamed of such attitude stuff employees....... It's was the last time for myself to be over there.... No more......

Best pizza in Cardiff. Used to order from here weekly when I used to live in Roath. Sadly I can’t justify ordering for delivery now. The prices are just so expensive for what you get. Nearly £25 for what used to cost me £12. Sad.

Good price always a decent pizza

The pasta is always amazing. Whether you’re getting the lasagna, chicken and mushroom, or bolognese, it will be delicious. Got the lasagna and chicken + mushroom pasta tonight and they were great as usual. The lasagna has the perfect balance of meat, tomato, pasta, and cheese. The chicken and mushroom pasta is in a white sauce which might look bland but is anything but. The portion size is great too, especially for the price. Highly recommend.

Worst staff behaviour. One of the disgusting staff I have ever seen in my whole life, my bill is 15, I gave them 20 and they took 5 pounds as tip with out even asking me. When I ask the change they shouted at me and they didn't gave my money back.

Only tried it once, straight from the pub, so my verdict may be bias. Pizzas made fresh, just had a 9", I think, pepperoni. With the garlic sauce was absolutely delicious! Will defo try again.

Chewy bread and burnt cookies. The fact that they'd even send cookies out like that is laughable and says a lot about the place with clearly having no pride in their food. How this has a 4.7 star rating on Uber Eats is beyond me. Poos and definitely won't be coming back

Absolutely banging wedges better than dominos same as the cookies!! The chicken is amazing too always worth the spend ordering from here although… today was really disappointing the chicken and mushroom pasta was horrible and it tasted lovely last time.

Very fresh pizza, not Italian style however the ingredients are always fresh and tasty, never had an issue with the dough (delicious). Great prices for collection and friendly staff.

I am so disappointed I was really looking forward to eating my meal this evening. I could not as it was not edible, it tasted absolutely disgusting. I would not feed it to my dog. The only thing that was edible was the pizza. But the spaghetti Bolognese was absolutely vile. Burnt thick cheese well what was supposed to be cheese. Absolutely tasteless. And make me want to vomit. I'm also £20 down !!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve ordered from! Food is always fresh, pizzas taste amazing and those chocky churros are the best🔥 every time I order and the food gets here it’s always hot/fresh and you can see the steam as soon as it’s taken out of the bag. If you want great pizza order from here :) (and not that other big name pizza place 😏)

Reliable favourite. Always hot, even when delivered. The order is always correct. Generous with the toppings and the Pizza base is nice and fluffy. The tomato sauce isn't over powering, too spicy or too acidic either.

When you pay £20.00 for a pizza. you expect to get what you asked for. American hot arrived with no chillies. So I guess it is an American not!!!

Not great. The pasta is so un edible with all the negative reviews on this. I’m surprised it’s still on the menu. How can you go wrong with pasta 🤯 The chips are also chewy. Definitely frozen. Such a shame!

This branch consistently serves fresh, hot pizzas. I also love their flaming wings.. better than many places specialising in fried chicken. The only disappointment I've had is with their pasta. As long as you're ordering pizza, you'll be very VERY happy.

Order from here often through just eat good prices & good food only had one bad experience but it was resolved quickly and professionally. I will give five stars if I don't run into anymore issues. But for now a solid 4*

I was a regular customer, since yesterday I ordered two chicken pizzas me and my friend ate the two pizzas and then we had an intense stomach ache, i called the restuarant just to tell him on a friendly notice as I was a regular cutomer he replied back saying: our chicken is 200% cooked properly and it was all good you prob had another meal that led to your upset stomach and then he said ok no worries and hang up one thing to say yeh this is not a way to treat a customer.

Very disappointed with pizza from her. 1 vegetable which veg was still hard 1 pepperoni which only had 3 slices of pepperoni on top and tasted terrible. Will not be going her again. Whilst on the phone ordering the prices were all wrong as well

Ordering a portion of chips to take away, I was a little annoyed when I opened the box in the shop, thinking they were a little expensive for the amount. However, when I emptied them onto two plates when I got back home, they easily were enough for two people and were also crispy and delicious. So, my apologies for being grumpy at first. Thank you!

Very Dissapointed Food is extremely low quality and super expensive dominos and papa johns are similar price to alot higher standards. Pizza was bland and not great. the curly fries were discustingly bad just a box of grease would never use this place again i wouldnt be happy at half the price

Beautiful pizza the dough is gorgeous. 11.99 for a 15 inch double pepperoni pizza halal ! Cheaper than dominos and more for the price. What can I honestly say ? Why would I go anywhere else. Please maintain your fantastic service after a long hard day working on medicine at work nothing better then pizza gogo. My only negative is too bring back the old tandoori chicken since it was my favourite.

Had a major issue with the order. Applied a discount voucher but due to the shop printing their own receipts it doesn't show the discount and the driver was demanding the extra money as well as the shop even after showing the app. Had to phone just eat and get them to provide confirmation to the driver. Wasting everyone's time which in turn resulted in my food getting cold even finding out they didn't bother putting the right drinks in. No apology from driver (who was more concerned with her delivery fee) or the shop. Driver didn't even look at the comments that mentioned not to knock and call on my mobile when arrived.

Staff were rude and refused to let us stay in the shop after having waited way too long for our food, when it was raining heavily outside. They said it was so they could close the shutters, when they didn't do so for another 20 minutes during which time we were soaked. Awful service for mediocre pizza, don't bother.

If I could give 1 star I would be generous. I placed an order for Chinese that was rejected 15 minutes later. I then searched just eat and found a takeaway that wasn't sponsored and had a good raiting, this was just after midnight. So I ordered, never received a rejecrionlr an acceptance the n came 1am where this farce of a takeaway closes a d nothing. So I tried to call at the very least to leave a voicemail to say how I'm happy I was. No such luck, let's just say the manager of a business that is open late every day won't be trying this estaishment again. My biggest regret is I can't give 1 star for late or cold food. It just never turned up. Maybe they should stop tho king about passing of out of date food to drunks and concentrate on serving quality food to paying customers

With out doubt the best pizza I’ve ever had. I do not order pizza elsewhere. It can be a little pricey by yourself, but they do buy one get one free an all pizzas. The hot and spicy wings a good too. Also their garlic and herb dip is great.

If you want some proper junk food, this is one of the best places to go in Cardiff, I can highly recommend their cheese and chips and pizza.

5* on pizzas. 1* on customer service. Very rude and very unhelpful, pizza I ordered had toppings missing so i called to ask to get another sent out but after speaking to three rude counter staff that kept telling me I was wrong and hanging up on me I finally got a nice counter staff which offers to send a new order out they said half an hour, but judging but there attitude I am reluctant to eat it as I don't trust them.

Abselutely shocking customer service, after I just ordered my food I called back to check if I can £5 via card and the rest cash, he replied to me very sarcastic and said we don't do it, so I then replied with' most pizza places like dominos do' he then replied we're not them and if you wanna pay £5 via card then go to them. As far as I'm concerned customer service goes far in a place os business and if your staff are to dull or even struggle in understanding English does not mean they have the right to speak to customer or even potential customer because he's on his period.
