I've ordered deliveries via Just Eat twice from Pizza GoGo and they were spot on every time. The delivery time was reasonable, the drivers have always been nice a polite, and the food was still hot. In this order, I had the GoGo's Twin Deal Small (2 x 10" pizzas, BBQ wings, onions rings and 1.5 lt soft drink) and everything was great. The deep pan pizzas had a really good balance of dough, toppings and sauce. The BBQ wings were tasty and succulent, and the onion rings crispy. I highly recommend ordering your pizzas from here.

Twice now we have tried to buy the 2 for 1 Pizza offer as printed in the leaflet delivered to the Brentwood Essex area. It states the offer runs from Sunday to Thursday but when you phone they state the Manager has withdrawn that offer. We were four couples who had decided to eat and have the food delivered. So once everyone had chosen their food we were committed. Whilst the Food was ok we will not be fooled again.

I always get a large Alligator from Pizza GoGo Brentwood. Such a great deal and never disappoints. Will be going here for years to come.

Greasy small pizza not the best ingredients. If you like to enjoy quality pizza avoid this place if you just want pizza and you dont care then its for you. I ordered garlic sausage pizza had 2 slices and i couldnt finish it. Hey its not a hate review its just that it was a bad pizza i hope you improve in future as huge improvement is needed for now id say Brentwood has better pizza to offer this one was probably one of the worst options. P.s bbq chicken wings were overcooked aswell.

Amazing pizza, it can be a bit pricey compared to other brands but you get what you pay for. Loads of toppings and generous servings with the sides. Delivery prompt and never had a problem.

This is our favourite pizzeria. Always comes quickly, hot and delicious. Lots of toppings. Much tastier than competitor brands. Highly recommended

Proper place for pizza, we don’t order too often, probably once a month, but they always deliver it quick, pizza comes hot, loads of toppings!

Absolutely disgusting service. We ordered chicken tandoori pizza and pepperoni came. When we called to tell them we didn't order they were very rude aggressive,a threatening and proceeded to make fun of us saying "you shouldn't ask your mum to order" Very rude will not be using again! And wasted money on pizzas we didn't order!

I ordered a pizza at 9.55pm for delivery on a Monday they close at 11pm I’m sitting here thinking where is my food at 11.15 ring them for them not to answer as they have closed to get a takeaway on a Monday night after 11 is very hard and I have work in the morning absolutely disgusting we use these a lot and not silly orders neither for this we won’t be using these again SHOCKING

Just rung was offered the buy one get one free on 2 medium pizzas when asking how much it was i was told it would be £23.99 i dont know any pizza that costs that so how did you get from the 18.99 a medium pizza to £23.99 thats not buy one get one free you liars. Pizza gogo in Brentwood. What a terrible experience. The man on the phone was very very rude. No manners what so ever. Ordered 2 large pizzas and 18 wings with different dips. Some other sides. All we received was the pizzas and 6 wings. The man told us we were lairs and stupid. He also said to me that he never wanted our custom again. Very bad place do not use this place. Chelmsford one is much better.

Really bad service, called up to ask if they do Halal toppings and I got a rude reply saying "No, goodbye". Shocking service.

Just ordered from Brentwood Pizza GO GO .. they delivered the wrong pizza. Told us they didn’t ! Erm they did. Then insisted we gave back the wrong pizza if we wanted the right one delivered. All sat here waiting until they can get it to us. Apparently the now cold ‘wrong’ pizza had to be returned to log as waste. Horrendous customer service. The ‘manager’ a joke. Won’t use again. Use Papa Johns guys!

Great customer service and consistently good pizza at a very good price

Under new Ownership and Despite other negative reviews I have only ever experienced very friendly customer service. I usually collect as live close by but the guys knowing I could not get out due to my son being asleep were willing to deliver using there collection only offer which was a lovely gesture. We usually go for the thin based Pizzas and they are really good. Nice balance between dough, sauce and toppings, not too heavy. Overall this is a fantastic value pizza.

I ordered a cheese and tomato and plan chicken and when I got the pizza itvwww cold and the chicken was spice, very disappointed

Ordered Sat afternoon 12:20. Arrived 1.5 miles away, piping hot, 10mins early at 15:50. Thin crust pizza was the nuts. So we're the cheese stuffed Jalapenos. All delicious. Perfect for a lazy Sat afternoon watching the footy. Bit pricey but 5 stars for Food and Delivery. Yet again.

I called at 11:30am and ordered 2 x Manager's Special to be delivered at 1pm. They took the order for delivery. It was my birthday and I wanted to treat my Pilates colleagues after class. At 12:50 they called me telling me they don't deliver at that location. It was very embrassing for me as I had told my Pilates colleagues that we have pizza delivered after class.

The pizza itself was a little dry but the quality of it was still really really nice. The chicken bites I had as a side dish was exceptional

Perfect pizza, perfect garlic bread, lovely churros. It was devoured in minutes & thoroughly enjoyed! So happy when it arrived early (asked for asap & it arrived half an hour earlier than originally told - perfect!).

He was very greasy. Chocolate chip cookies no chocolate chips and it's set on the menu did put extra in the recipe

The said that there was nothing they could do as they didn't have a delivery driver in and that they had tried to deliver twice but couldn't find my house. I understand that it is a difficult house to find but I have them clear instructions in the delivery notes and they didn't bother to try and phone when they couldn't find it. They then asked if we could come pick it up but neither me nor my boyfriend drive so I said we couldn't. The man on the phone was so rude and hung up on me when I said neither of us drived. Never ordering again as I didn't get a refund

Food was good, delivery time was good; the only thing letting the service down was the guy who delivered it. He looked really miserable and had an unpleasant face on the moment we opened our door. Bearing in mind he is the only person we see from Pizza gogo, he should have been more greetable and at least a smile. Still gave him a tip.

Arrived over half an hour late and cold. Pizza was crushed into the comer of the box. It wasn't even the one I ordered! All totally inedible! Now in the bin. Have used other pizza gogo's, but will never use this one again.

ordered and it said it would be 40 mins.. Two hours later and 3 random phone calls from the pizza shop asking random question, eventually my pizza came. Wasn't great and deffo wasn't worth the wait.

The order was nearly 2 hours late, they didn't have the toppings requested, they did however refund £5 when it was finally delivered but when opened the pizza was Luke warm at best and the potato skins lacked toppings

Surprisingly good pizza from a smaller chain, it's just a shame that when it turned up the heat had gone from the thin crust completely and it needed re-heating. Apart from that good service.
