PIZZA FREAKZ in Worcester

Not sure what the person below is on about, the guest below was extremely rude. One older gentleman in their clan in particular. The food and service is always great, if you act entitled, not understanding and rude over and over expect a negative response. Always great service no matter who is working. Always great pizza, the best in Worcester. Always great music. Respect.

Really disappointed with the customer service in here tonight. We've eaten here so many times and the service has been great but unfortunately the staff member tonight was incredibly rude to us (4 of us) pulling faces and responding incredibly rudely when asked basic questions. There is no excuse for bad customer service. We were polite throughout. The pizza was amazing but felt very unwelcome and unwanted. On another note food service rule number 1... If you have long hair wear it up! No one wants hair in there food!

Pizza decent but over priced for what it is, customer service needs to be improved as the guy seems to be a bit of a 🛎️🔚 😂

I love everything about this place, but most of all the pizza is incredible. Some might say slightly on the high side of price, but I disagree. Premium pizza using premium ingredients. The goal there appears to be make the best pizza, nothing short of that… and they really do! Very accommodation to vegan club members also This is my review after multiple visits, it just gets better.

The pizza is out of this world. So much flavour I need more. You can buy by the slice too which is cool. Great beer, great tunes and lovely staff, you have to check this place out.

Very frustrated customer here, we went here once before as we were in the area and loved it. This time 09/03/24 we were travelling somewhere south, so took a route via Worcester just to eat here. It says on Google, although also says may be incorrect, that it opens at 12. So we got there at 12:05 pm. Door locked. Waited till till 12:15 and thought to try to call. No number on Google. Checked Instagram, there's a number. Not connected. Email address was there, so emailed. No response till date. Also DM'd on Insta, still no response. Waited till 12:30, still no response. By this point there was a queue of frustrated people outside. Asked in the Hop shop below, they gave a sarcastic response like it wasn't there issue, and it wasn't, but being a little helpful would have been appreciated. No signs on the front door with opening hours, no contact details. After a long wait and frustrated child who waited all week to eat here, we went to Pizza Express and found out that it was much cheaper £16 vs £28 for a whole pizza, and throughly enjoyed the food. Shame that they have a great product but have no way to be able to sell it if you don't open your doors when you say you should, and don't respond to comms. Edit: Amazing it took 2 months to respond with a lie. They were inside, all lights were on and we could see movement of people when we crossed the road and tried to catch the attention of them. Also, rather than an apology for inconvenience, a sarcastic threat. I suggest taking business elsewhere rather than paying this guy for this type of response. I suggest he learn from the competition rather than being arrogant. Besides, I didn't realise that a train being late stopped a phone number from being updated and Instagram from working. Trains hey! PMSL

The atmosphere is good but the food is highly overpriced and doesn’t match its rating. Edited: When I said overpriced, I meant it doesn’t taste like something that worths this money, and I was just being polite.

Best place to go to get your pizza fix. You pay by the slice so you can have as many different flavours as you like! 10/10 would recommend

I'm a big pizza fan but it's hard to come by these days. So much take away trash out there it's all you can find mostly. So I like to travel around and find the good stuff. I've been lots places all over the Midlands and those good quality pizza spots are out there. Leaven pizza in Hereford being my favourite.. So far. However today I visited Pizza Freaks in Worcester. Wow! My new favourite pizza. I've never been to NYC but this, in my minds eye/tastes buds, is everything I imaged an NYC slice shop would be. The crust on the pizza is crisp, light, airy and crisp.. Did I say crisp? It has flavour to and stands out well from other pizza's that claim to be sourdough or long fermentation doughs. Best pizza sauce I've had. Quality of ingredients is top notch. The cans of tomato are not just for display it's what they actually use. Will defo be visiting for slices! If you like good quality pizza then try this place you won't be disappointed.

Great tasting pizza, great selection of beers too, only thing that let it down slightly was the man serving the food. First took him ages to even say hey and then even longer to serve us.. kind of felt a little invisible, even though he'd clearly seen us. Amazing pizza tho and great selection of beers to choose from downstairs.

My favourite slicery. A brilliant array of pizzas which change on a regular basis so there’s always something new. The staff are always friendly and they play the best playlists. Each slice starts at £3.50 and they are huge! Don’t sleep on the crust dipping sauce.

This should be a national treasure. Best pizza in the midlands and I’d go as far to say in the country. Food for your soul!

Nice place for a quick slice of pizza there is a good range of pizzas on offer whenever you go in,the goats cheese and sun dried tomatoes is very good,if you can go for the last thing out of the oven as the fresher stuff is always amazing,menu is constantly updating so always worth a revisit

Liked this place, Been open almost 5years now. My first visit, but first impression was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.Nice selection of beers. Room is basic but pleasant. Well worth a visit.

So so good, absolute gem of a place above an awesome bottle shop. Great selection of beers as a result & a unique range of soft drinks. Pizzas were incredible, pre cooked slices warmed through once ordered, yet still tasted so fresh. Definitely stopping in as often as I can find an excuse.

No whole pizzas only very expensive slices, a whole pizza would cost twenty eight pounds, don’t go here, owner has responded with a sarcastic comment saying this review isn't even accurate, but each slice was 3.5£ and they were eights, so 8x3.5 = 28£ for a pizza, rip off. Also above all the reviews, " reviews not verified" 🤣

What a bar absolutely jumping upstairs serving some of the best pizza I've ever tasted and a fridge full of other wonders downstairs. Cannot wait to come back for more.

We drive over an hour round trip for these pizzas because they are simply the best. If you want a NYC-style slice this is the real deal. I usually eat 2 slices in and take a whole pizza away that I can eat to myself when the kids are in bed. Great vibes and music and the staff are always chatty and friendly. If I could eat this daily I would!

Superb & great quality slices of fresh pizza. The ‘Hot AF’ was gorgeous. Cannot fault ~ great music & friendly service too… We’re just sorry we haven’t eaten here before now! Lucky Worcester has a great & independent pizza parlour. We’ll be back.

Absolutely love this place! The pizza’s are so fresh and tasty. I really like the concept of pizza by the slice as there are many different pizzas to try and I promise you will not be disappointed. Staff are always friendly and attentive and the place has an overall good vibe. Pizza freakz offer many craft beers which go down well with the pizza’s. Can’t wait to visit again in the very near future!

Top notch pizza (best I've ever tried!) And great service to go along with it. Definitely recommend for a quick bite or more of a sit down meal with a group. Good amount of choice for those with dietary requirements too.

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Top draw Pizza, Beer & Service - hands down some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Value for your £ too! Beer choice is unreal - Stocking Deya, Verdant (you can take beers from HopLords up) Fella that runs the place was super friendly & helpful - and to top it off didn’t ask us to leave when when my (close to being ex) fiancé embarrassingly asked for a knife & fork…. Would 100% recommend to check it out if your a fan of proper NY style pizza & decent craft beers!

Incredible pizza served by the slice giving you the option to try multiple flavours. Also stock my favorite DEYA beer so it's a win win! Highly recommended.

Very cool micro pub in the heart of Worcester. We travel to Worcester many times per year for long weekends and hop lords is our go to place on a Saturday lunchtime. Massive selection of beers in cans and 5/6 on tap that change, this place is a must, don’t go to the same old pubs, give this cracking place a try. 🍺

I've been meaning to go into here for ages, and yesterday turned out to be the day. Nice mini pub with a choice of 6 draught beers, and loads of canvas and bottles. Simple decor, nice people, worth a visit

It grows every year, they seem to put so much money back into the business. Get all my plants there, love the new food hall and the restaurant. Had some fab meat from the butchers last weekend and veg from the fruit shack. What's next I Ask? Great team. Well done guys.

Cool old school tap room with an extensive range of craft beers to take home or drink in. It's small, cozy and centrally located.

What an amazing find! This little bar/shop was recommended to us, I'm not sure we would have found it otherwise. It's in a shopping area, but you do get a little clue from the benches outside. They have a number of keg on tap, and the chap (I assume the owner) took us through each one helping us make our decision. You then have several fridges packed with more choices, to drink in or take away with you. What a great little concept - please visit and make sure this sort of indie business thrives!

A great idea. Fun for a drink or two - sooo many to choose from. Glad they let you taste the pump beers before you buy. It’s not a big place and doesn’t have toilets so not an ideal place for bigger groups.

What a hidden gems in Worcester. Found it after a lot of google map search n they didn’t disappoint us. Superb music, amazing n out class staff, prices r less than London. More than enough for me. Thanks to the bar guy Jamson for incredible time there. Highly recommend. Worth to visit👍🏻

Small bar with a fairly large beer selection , a few from the taps but mostly bottles & cans from the fridge. Bright & clean place with a Friendly owner.A bit pricey.
