Pizza Franco in Barking and Dagenham

The pizza was so well cooked the base was hard! Would not be going here again ever! Was not great ! Wings were ok.

Only received one pizza when we ordered the two for one, so we didn’t have enough food to feed the family. The restaurant didn’t pick up the order and Just Eat told us we needed to contact the store directly. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for this reason. The food also arrived extremely late.

I ordered online using their two for one deal but they only sent us one pizza. They then could not be contacted by phone, which was the only way to get in touch with them, to rectify the issue. Avoid.

Food and Service has always been good.

Feeling disappointed - We ordered the BBQ Feast pizza with extra pineapple, green peppers and mushrooms and unfortunately there must have been a total of 6 of each added to our large pizza in total and even the main ingredients on the pizza were very sparse too - your pizzas always used to have a great amount of topping but recently this has declined and it’s not the first time either so we will think twice about ordering from you again I’m afraid

Omg I just bought chicken fillet burgers and they are worst very bad quality and fillet is salty I’m not going to recommend this place. The burger bun is melting like watery in the bottom. Very bad experience.

Ordered burger/chips and nuggets/chips. Chips are usually very nice but not on this occasion, seemed to be reheated although I know they cook when ordered. Normally give 5 stars but only a 3 this time I'm afraid

Went there last night order the place amelt bad one of the guys are rude ate my food and frew up straight away to find a fly in my pizza

My door was damaged I put in complaint and still not heard submitted photos too I think the delivery driver must had accident food was all scrunched up in box no topping on any pizzas like been thrown about and drinks was pierced and squirting all other the house when took out of the bag very surprised first time of gaving a bad experience

Great local spot but prices are a little high

I recently dined at this humble pizza joint that serves halal food, and I have to say, it was a decent experience. The service was good, and the pizza was tasty. However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any dining options; it's strictly a takeout or delivery place. My only suggestion would be for them to provide more dipping sauce, chili flakes, or spice options to enhance the overall pizza experience.

Driver said the ''Buy One Get One Free'' Pizza Offer is no longer available but is still right there on top of the menu? this offer is the only reason to even buy a Pizza from Pizza Franco as £17 for a single 15'' is overpriced when you can go to Hot Favourite down the road for 2 x 15'' Pizzas for a £5 more.

Disgusting food! Quarter pounder burger was burnt and dry, chicken pieces were bland and dry, chips were cold and rock hard. Absolute waste of money everything we ordered was inedible. The people who made the food should be ashamed to take people's hard earned money in return for such disgusting food. First and last time ordering from this place.

Corn on the cob was put in a carrier bags didn't touch it till later.. and all it tasted of was plastic bag I had to throw it lol .

I got stuck in traffic due to an RTA so rang to cancel my order but they said it was too late as my food was already in the oven. Funny as I order pasta. Wouldn’t refund me. Plus they only have 2/5 scores on the doors

The wings didn’t have much taste the burger was alright but needs a bit more taste and the price needs to be reduced a bit cause it’s a bit expensive it was not the worst bur I’m disappointed

Found this place by accident and am so glad I did. (8/4/23) I ordered an extra large 15" Hot Spicy Pizza for £12, my co-worker ordered a medium Chicken Tandoori pizza and a Chicken Fillet burger meal for a little less. I noticed that I could upgrade my pizza to a special offer that included the same pizza, 6 hot wings, 4 bits of garlic bread and a 1.5 litre bottle of fizz all for just £16 so that's what I did. Everything was well cooked, really tasty and hot as it had all been just prepared. We sat in our van and ate until full with the leftovers going in the fridge as soon as we got home for breakfast the next day. Nothing beats cold spicy pizza for breakfast, apart from reheated chinese of course lol. Great food, nice staff, good experience all around. Bonus was that there was parking available for a long wheelbase van right outside at about 8:30pm on a Saturday evening 🙂

Was trucking in the area stopping over night and they delivered to the lorry, still hot, before the expected time and the food was lush and good value for money.

Got the wrong order,telephoned shop man was rude. Didn't answer phone when I called back,sp telephoned on another phone to be told order was on its way. When we did get it it was cold . Would never order again

Very poor quality pizza the chicken topping tasted horrible it was like Jew into a rubber. Extremely disappointed because I ordered the food based on positive and negative review but I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt to overturn the negative critics but I must agree with the rest of the customer complaining about the poor taste and quality of the food won’t order again

Really sad to see this place starting to go down the drain. I've been buying food from this place for around 10 years now. Over the years the price has been going up and portions reducing. The owner really needs to look into how a customer is feeling when I've ordered a adult meal and received a kids size portion. Over the 10 years box size we're bigger like other take away still have. However the box has already been reduced before now even the amount chips thats inside the box is not even enough for my 6 year old to eat. Quality is dropping day by day, unfortunately the staff working in there taking grief for management mistakes and not dealing with customer complaints. Also need to look into getting he card payment working again or has it been stopped permanently for tax evasion purpose taking cash only with sign up stating CASH ONLY. Really disappointing; looks like I need to find somewhere else to go going forward.

I only ordered a 9in pizza and some wings although the they did specify a far longer lead time then usually expected it was still late. Non the less the shop was apologetic about it and clearly was either short of staff or extremely busy. Average food was kind of expected.

This was my third and last time I ever ordered from this place. When I first ordered from this place they gave me a burger with a caterpillar inside, so I called them up to inform them without blaming them, instead they got angry with no apologies. I can understand insects can sometimes get caught up. But the managements behaviour was appalling when they shouldve adhered to the matter professionally. But anyway that was that. Moving on, a month down the line I ordered again and thought I'd give them another try because everyone deserves a chance and this time the food was nice, actually it was better than what I expected. My last and final time I ordered from this place was when I realised a piece of my chicken wings has already been bitten by someone, I took it back to the shop and the guy at the till said "someone must've had a bite on the chicken to taste if its been cooked right, it was only a test"....so that was their reasons with no apology. The guy then said he will replace my meal in 5 minutes after a cigerrete, so he went puffing and came back to replace my meal without washing his hands with cigerette odour all over my food. Very unhygienic and very unproffesional. I left without my food and walked out. SHOCKING !!! AVOID !!!!
