Pizza Force in County Durham

Presumably this is now “Helen’s Pizza’s” (sic) of the same address in Horsemarket. We tried to order by phone but the phone rang out. We walked over to the shop and were told that we should have phoned first. When we explained that nobody picked up the phone we were told that it was because they were too busy! We should have quit there and then but it was getting late and there were not too many alternatives. We placed our order and were told that it would be 40 minutes. 40 minutes later the order was not ready and we were told another 15 minutes. Over 20 minutes later our order was produced. This shop needs some serious management. As it turned out the 12 inch pizzas (bolognese, meat feast, margharita and vegetarian) were very good and lasted for dinner and lunch the next day but it was such a hassle to order that we might not bother another time.

Placed an order for delivery was advised a wait time of 1 hour to 1 and a half hour as they only had one delivery driver, not a problem didn’t mind the wait as it’s quite a distance to deliver to. Rang after 2 hours to enquire where the food was, were informed it was being cooked and would be with us in half an hour. 40 minutes after this conversation they called us asking if we wanted to cancel the order and reorder the next day. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again as this was now the third time the order had either been wrong, later than advised or just cancelled by them. And I know we aren’t the only ones this has happened to.

Ordered a home delivery service. Food arrived promptly and piping hot. Beautiful pizzas and parmesans. Kebabs also yummy. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend

I ordered £75 of various pizzas and several trays of chips for 16 people. The delivery was bang on time, with all food fresh and hot. Including various pizza toppings.

We ordered for a family of 6!! ... absolutely fantastic service... delicious food will defo recommend and return! :)

Thought I would try the Mexican burgers from here as I never Tried them before and omg there are so nice and Juicy and fresh lots of salad was so nice I would recommend the burgers from here and any other food always freshly cooked everyday day 😎😎😎😎😎

I'm walking the Pennine Way so I've stopped here for a day. I saw a show about the specialty food of the Teesdale area and when I found that Pizza Force in Middleton in Teesdale served the authentic Parmo! I went in to give it a try. Wow! Huge, delicious, crispy, cheesey! The guys in the restaurant were excellent and even asked me where I'd heard about the Parmo and why I ordered it as, obviously being Canadian, I was not from around here. I actually went back after I ate to tell him how good it was!

Fantastic food amazing chilli sauce, prompt delivery, this place is really worth a try. We had kebab and garlic bread and were impressed with both.
