Might be alright food but the staff are some of the rudest people I've ever had the unfortunate time of speaking to. After posting a review on their Facebook asking why multiple orders had been cancelled for no reason I got called a liar. I called them out and said well I can show you the proof with screenshots and now have been blocked. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.

very rude shop. love the food the two times I've had this. but everytime since they cancel my order and when I ask why they say they are busy. Had nothing but abuse when I ask "when I place my order will it be canceled", to get a torrent of abuse down the phone.

Had hot shop Parmo and Sunderland burger, was really nice, would have been nice if the parmo had béchamel sauce like they do down Teeside but seems that up this area they don’t do Parmos this way so it’s not only pizza hot it’s them all, still very tasty and was delicious fast delivery food was hot

Me and my partner order from pizza hot all of the time and each time has been amazing! The staff are all friendly and never complain that we order so late (I work evenings so I’m starving by the time I finish!) I recommend them to everyone as the food is amazing and there’s loads of different things to order. They’ve also never missed a single thing of any of our 100+ orders 😂

Food from this place literally could change your mood to best... My favourite pizza place. This is situated in station road of Seaham. They have a range of pizzas you could deliver and customizable. So cheesy and delicious. They have a kind of pizza that I have tried for the first time in my life and I was over the moon. The base is totaly chicken breast not a dough from flour and topped with seasoning, pepporoni, cheese and chips. Absoluetly mouthwatering. I recommend to try it. The staff is so cool and polite, always with a smile. Not only pizza you could get kebabs, appetizers, chips, burgers, wraps drinks and many more which are really great. If you love to eat delicious food try this place

Great options on the menu ! Very rarely find anywhere that'll do cheesy kebab and chips, also gave us the thin and crispy kebab like we asked for !! 10/10 will be ordering again soon !

Got the hot shot pizza It didn't taste bad but was supposed to have kebab meat on we could hardly see it. No spice to it at all. 3rd order we have picked up from here dince it opened and not been impressed with any of them.

Food was lower end of average, customer service is shocking, certainly won't be ordering from here again, wouldn't recommend, there's better pizza shops in the area

Wow, the food was so bad. The salad was warmer than the chips. Kebab parmo burnt, with hardy any topping. Chicken kebab was tasteless. And over an hour for delivery. Better places to order from. Not recommended...
