Pizza Fella Pizzeria in Leeds

Went here for a meal before going to Grand Theatre to see Sister Act. It may not look great but Brilliant Pizzas and simple but fresh salad. Great friendly service. Just what was needed a perfect pre theatre meal.

Popped in for birthday pizza - it was excellent, quality of the pizza top, with excellent crust, thin base, quality toppings. Nice selection if beers, wine and other drinks- whilst not diverse all good stuff. Lovely atmosphere, simple decor and great service. What's not to like? Certainly recommend! :-)

Some of the nicest pizza I’ve had in Leeds. Quick, pleasant service. Only complaint really is the price of the drinks and in particular the limited soft drinks options. That said, the pizza is incredible so will definitely return.

Ordered 25 pizzas and garlic breads for a works Christmas lunch. We had them delivered. Arrived on time and tasted delicious! Would definitely order again

I called in one Monday, and took advantage of their £5 marinara pizza offer, one of only two vegan options on the menu. It came quickly, and while simple, it was delicious. Soft drinks are a little pricey, but service was very pleasant. Not somewhere I'd dine regularly, but I'd definitely visit again.

Great garlic bread! Pizza was nice and thin but too soggy and floppy. Also not a fan of automatically adding 10% service tip when we had £14 pizzas

They were voted cheap eats when it opened in 2016 and I can see why they haven’t won it since..but don’t let that put you off. We paid £13.50 for a ham and mushroom pizza which arrived in minutes - perfect for a quick lunch and was big enough for two people to share. Premium ingredients, very tasty and very fresh. The drinks are too overpriced. £8 for an aperol spritz which is town price and had it come in the actual aperol balloon glass that would have been acceptable but it was in a medium wineglass and really not worth the £8 and it’s not exactly premium surroundings. I think if they reduce the drinks prices by about £2 people would stay longer.

Love the rusticness of the place and the choice of pizzas is really good. However, the pizzas were not great, flavour was good but they were so soggy in the middle due to being swamped with way to much sauce. I would not rush back

Twice we have had their lunch menu and its fantastic value. The pizzas themselves are great-tasty , lovely ingredients, aromatic basel, and served hot.My partner had a differnt pizza and it was amazing too. Service was good, wine of good quality. Dont bother with anywhere else this is the best pizza in town

Best pizza in Leeds - absolute pizza mastery. Good staff and attentive service. Great rotating beer selection and a nicely curated selection of authentic Italian soft drinks too. Avoid below-par pizza chains and support independent.

Called for tea before the theatre, and absolutely spot on. The pizzas are as good as it gets, and plenty of interesting choice. Good selection of soft and alcoholic drinks - nice to see some interesting beer choices. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the no frills interior really works. Our second visit, and definitely not the last.

I've been meaning to try out this place for a while, and called in when it was quiet. Decor is fairly basic. Service is friendly, pleasant, and efficient. The menu is not extensive, but adequate (another Vegan pizza or two would be nice). They sell some interesting beers and soft drinks. Prices are very reasonable, and they do some good midweek deals. The pizza is made in an open kitchen, and mine came in the blink of an eye. It was tasty, and you won't leave hungry. There is often outdoor seating, but not on the occasion of my visit.

We needed some food before visiting The Grand Theatre to watch a show and found Pizza Fella - one of the many pizza places now in Leeds. We were greeted by an extremely friendly and very smiley member of staff, sadly I didn't catch her name but I am pretty sure she was German, who served us brilliantly for the time we were there. Three pizzas were ordered plus a garlic bread (which is large as a pizza) and all were enjoyed. There were also some excellent Italian soft drinks on the menu. I can't remember it's name but one was truly delicious. Food was fast, which is what we wanted. Will definitely go back.

After a long walk along the canal we had some time to fill before going to the theatre but didn't want to walk too far across the city. This was in a convenient location, and perfectly met our requirements. The pizzas looked very large when they arrived, but strangely enough we managed to finish them.

Great pizza, pleasant staff and a really nice selection of beers. Definitely worth a visit. Felt safe throughout.

Worst takeaway pizza ever. Ordered the Neapolitan with extra mozzarella through deliveroo. Quick delivery but barely cooked (cheese not melted) and topping swimming in excess liquid. Have been to Pizza Fella on 4 or 5 occasions and it is always really good. I love the decor, service and (especially) the food. It's just consistently great, very reasonably priced and a great atmosphere.
