Pizza Express in Reigate and Banstead

Pizza cold, I ordered burnt ends and had barely any topping... I could of sent back but didn't have time.. but I shouldn't have to.

I had a lovely dinner experience, with amazing service. Farook, the manager, provided lovely service, with always being kind and giving.

Had an amazing time at pizza express banstead celebrating a birthday. Great food and great ambiance.

We held my daughters birthday party at Pizza Express and I can’t say enough good things about Farook! He was able to capture and hold the attention of 15 three and four year olds for the entire session. The kids had the BEST time making their own pizzas and the parents had a great time being able to catch up over a beer or prosecco 😉 thanks to everyone involved, but especially Farook!

I love Pizza Express anyway but just being in Banstead elevates the experience 😆

Having being in other Pizza Express birthday parties and not being very impressed, ai must say, Farouk from Pizza Express in Banstead Village, totally managed to control 25 children and made a Children birthday party actually enjoyable. Highly recommend this branch.

I booked a visit to Pizza Express for my Year 2 class which the restaurant kindly offer for free and we absolutely loved it! Every child was able to make their own pizza from scratch, and the chef taught them the skills for every step of the process from stretching the dough, to making the crust and putting on the toppings. Of course we practised tossing the dough in the air too! Roxy and the team were so welcoming, friendly and really engaged the children. They were also really accommodating and kept the pizzas in the warmer until we could get them back to school for the children to enjoy. The children had the best day, made lots of memories and have not stopped talking about their trip to Pizza Express! Thank you so much for providing the children with such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning next year!

My daughter and I had a lovely meal together at Pizza Express in Banstead recently. We were so well taken care of, my dietary needs (halal) were discussed and taken into consideration, too. The food came swiftly and was delicious. My daughter really enjoyed the pasta she had, and we were able to take some home when she didn't finish the whole portion. Our waitress Roxy was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. As we left, my daughter said she'd had a lovely tine and we will most definitely return. The toilets were also spotless, which was a pleasant bonus. 😊

I had an amazing time at pizza express this evening the chefs were fast at making the food , the waiters Veronica , Cindy and aga on shift was so helpful and nice . My waitress was Veronica and as always she is happy and gives such a great atmosphere xx

We were on Birthday Party last Saturday. It was amazing time. Good experience for kids learning new skills & trying new flavors and spices. High recommended is worth the money. Lovley Staff good contact with kids. Very friendly atmosphere. Chef Mr Farook was amazing with kids :)

More than just a pizza place, this Banstead restaurant is a great place for a birthday party with a very helpful and attentive team.

I accompanied my 6yr old Son on a class trip (30 kids) to Pizza Express Banstead for a pizza making morning. Fantastically organised from start to finish and great fun was had all round! Roxy (sorry if I’ve got your name wrong) & Summit (sorry if I’ve spelled your name wrong) made sure everyone was fully included and covertly helped those whose dough hadn’t quite worked out. The kids took their pizzas back to school (somehow all piping hot) & the adults were treated to a pizza too - which was very tasty!

My granddaughter had her birthday party there today. The manager was wonderful with the children and kept them amused and occupied making their own pizza! All the staff were very friendly. Well done!

The pizza is great, you can't beat this place! Unless of course you are in actual Italy.

We recently had our 5-year-old's birthday and Pizza making Party at Pizza Express in Banstead, and it was fantastic! The entire event was so much fun and wonderfully engaging for both the kids and the parents. The PE staff made sure everyone was entertained, and the activities were perfect for young children. The end-result pizzas were all delicious, and everyone left with a big smile on their face. A huge thank you to the team for making it such a memorable day! 5 stars

Took my 6 year old charge as a treat as I know they love pizza. Was initially served by a waiter who looked like he would rather be somewhere else! Took my order some food came out thankfully for the little one and then I waited thing mine would come out but it wasn’t. I called a lovely waitress over who I have to say was very attentive and I guess it hadn’t been made. No problem it happens 😀 Went to pay and total bill was 35.00 or so and I had some vouchers with me which then amounted to 14.00 or so to pay. Was quite surprised I wasn’t offered the kids eat free ? Hey ho at least my little one loved his food. I had the goats cheese and beetroot it was ok . Would go again and I do recommend!

We had a lovely lunch this afternoon at this Banstead Pizza Express for my nephew’s birthday. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was so fresh. My mum has dietary needs and she always says this branch prepares the best and tastiest pizza express meal for her. Thanks for looking after us today!

Farook and Shannon were absolutely lovely. The moment we walked in - myself, my two rather large teens and two toddlers - we were seated immediately and made to feel welcome. Farook was so friendly and charming and Shannon was attentive and fast! I would highly recommend this particular Pizza Express over my more local ones as the atmosphere was so much more inviting than any others I have been to, by far. Thanks to Farook and his team!

16 of us were there last evening celebrating my Mum's birthday, the staff did well getting all the food to us at the same time. Just couple of niggles, new potatoes in salad were hard (they did take one salad off the final bill) my husbands Calzone pizza didn't have much filling and we were a bit taken back by the extortionate optional (thank goodness) service charge, they took it off and we paid just over half of it....overall a lovely evening!!

Farook is always very attentive and friendly. We always look forward to coming back and the food is 10/10. Definitely recommend

Best pizza chain in the country

Shockingly bad pizza and side salad. Pizza void of topping and base like rubber salad was half a cup full. Refused to pay and left! Dreadful, never again.

I have been trying to book a pizza making for a very small group and i understand you have a booking already but if you can do me a massive favour and run an additional session that weekend that will be great please..? As your branch is our closest and favourite and we really enjoyed it last time we saw how the chief was doing it - and I am stuck no place have availability. I will be more than happy to help on the day and so as much as I can they are younger girls so they will be quite and not as noisy and I think it’s great PR anyways to see such a fun activity this is how I found out about it and it’s great ££ too. Please can I have the email of the line manager as I wish to speak to him about this directly ..?

Had a my cousins12th birthday here making pizza. Farouk was amazing and really made the whole thing fun!

Went to a children’s party there today. Farouk did an amazing job taking care of such a large group of overexcited 7-8 year olds. We (the parents/ carers) were able to relax at a different table and let Farouk run the entire show. Highly recommend

We booked the Pizzaexpress Bansteard for our girl’s birthday party, 28 kids altogether, and it was a great experience! The kids enjoyed it very much , pizza making was a lot of fun, and the host kept every kid entertained throughout! Definitely recommend!

Very nice thin crust pizza. Good service and the staff were happy to sing Happy Birthday to our 8 year old granddaughter. Bit pricey but then again, where isn't it these days.

There service is fantastic. Great place to eat out. This is our go to place for eating out. The menu has a decent choice.

Held my daughters 6th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing. I was slightly worried before booking that the kids would get bored and how can you stretch out making a pizza for 2 hours. After reading glowing reviews on here I thought I’d go for it and was not disappointed. All staff and especially farook were brilliant, kept the kids entertained throughout and I thoroughly recommend. Having been to many many kids parties this was definitely one of the best and great value for money. All the kids were living their best lives as were the very relaxed parents. Win win

Highly recommended for kids pizza making party even for a large group. Spacious and nice ambience. I had my daughters 7th birthday party at pizza express banstead. Farook who lead the party was truly amazing. From the time of booking he reassured me that kids and parents will be looked after well. I was worried about ordering for parents and was not sure numbers but he reassured me and made it all stress free. He fully engaged the kids in the pizza making - we had 30 kids and 20 parents. All went very smoothly. Parents had their drinks order taken on arrival and food order all done smoothly. All other staff today at pizza express banstead also made sure everything was perfect for kids and parents. They were soo friendly and managed kids and adult guests very well. We had kids with allegies and they superbly managed all this requirements. Thank you for an amazing party Pizza Express Banstead team.

This is the most amazing pizza express I've been to. We have a 2 yo, who was not having a great day, and the staff went out of their way to help us have a great meal. They helped cut our food, have him an ice cream cone to chew on and were overall fantastic! We travel past two other PE to visit this one.

We had a birthday party here for 6 year olds. Farook instructed them to shape their dough and add their favourite toppings and they then ate the pizzas along with the usual starters and ice cream dessert. Farook was very entertaining and the kids loved the experience with one saying it was the best party he'd been to. All the pizzas they made looked great and the one I tasted was almost as good as you'd expect there. Highly recommended as a birthday party idea

Had a lovely meal here with the family. The boys were interested in the chefs making the pizzas whilst we waited for our food and Farouk was kind enough to give them their own practice dough to play with. We now have 2 pizza chefs in the making 👍😄 thank you 🙏

Just had a brilliant kids birthday party. All had a great time, would highly recommend!

Very very disappointed with my visit. Started off with no cold alcohol free beer as only 1 on menu that's disappointing. Then the pizza if you can call it that it was more like a pancake and spot the topping. my own pizza was deprived of chicken and my other guest had king prawn pizza only to find the prawns are cut in half again very disappointing. This is more like profiteering more than satisfying your customer. I felt sorry for our waitress who was very pleasant and very apologetic. I cannot believe pizza express charge so much for so little

I’ve been going to Pizza Express for years for the Lasagna which remarkably hasn’t changed and is still delicious. The only thing is the decor is getting a bit tired.

Farook the chef was lovely and let my 4 year old niece make the fake pizzas.

BBQ burnt ends pizza with five tiny pieces of meat for 17 quid. Not value for money by any stretch of the imagination. Pointless music at a volume just loud enough to be annoying.

Excellent first visit to Pizza Express Banstead this evening. The food was outstanding, along with the service. They even went the extra mile and taught the kids how to flip a pizza base and they absolutely loved it. Things like that really make you want to come back. Would highly recommend to families. We love pizza express Banstead for our family outings, mainly because the children's menu is just perfect for them, they eat it all, is well balanced and that means we can eat in peace as well.

We just walked in off street no booking but place was not very busy due to it being 9pm on Tuesday. We just ordered 2 mains(pizza's) which were absolutely gorgeous 😍 had a big bottle of peroni and 2 glasses of wine. Pretty cheap tbf. Would recommend the place definitely.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time, won't be ordering again. Although the tracker was accurate, when it arrived the pizzas were stone cold, so thin they were actually see through and both tasted really grim. Very disappointed as it cost £40.

Great for a quick sit down bite, dough balls are obviously awesome. The BBQ burnt ends Romana pizza is both sizeable and delicious. Friendly waiting staff, pizza express is not as busy as it once was but it's a great place to eat for a mid-low priced meal.

We had the most incredible dining experience, 5 stars for sure! From the moment we stepped in, Roxy's exceptional service stood out to us. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel like VIPs throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and Roxy's attentiveness added that extra touch to make it unforgettable. We will be back for sure!

I came in for dinner with my mom and we enjoyed every dish we tried, all of which had great value for money. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning and I have to acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of our server Roxy, she made the experience 10 times more beautiful. Great environment I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was very young and although some of the staff may have changed the friendly welcoming environment hasn’t. I left my air pods here about 5 weeks ago and one of the lovely members of staff ella came to ask me if I lost air pods few weeks ago which I did but had no idea where i had left them, she kindly returned them to me I’m so chuffed and appreciative. Very good members of staff.

My classic pizza was satisfactory, my wife had healthy option pizza. This consisted of pizza with hole in middle with salad in centre, however at a higher price the salad consisted of just several spinach leaves. Spoke to waiter who said that was it. We said this really did not consist a salad. Staff nice ,food good...ish.

Service is also amazing, we been served by Cindy, she is absolutely lovely, she look after me and my partner and she's so professional and polite, and beautiful sime never let her face. Lovely dinner. Great service. Shame about the Karen we sat next to complaining about the most stupid thing and kicking off because she couldn’t get it off her bill after devouring half of it haha. Supervisor Ben handled the wild Karen very politely and we was impressed and entertained at the same time. We love coming here and we will be back for sure.

A usual stop off for us over the past two years or so. Always reliable and consistent levels of decent food and service. Nothing too complicated. 4 adults and 1 child starters, drinks and main £135 including tip. Service charge isn't added unless the group is 7 adults or over.

Terrible service, very unfriendly waitress, felt like we was an inconvenience to her and she seemed very miserable in her work.will not be returning.
