The staff were really friendly and attentive and made a fuss of our children which they loved. The food was tasty and it was a lovely experience for us all :)

Came to Pizza Express for a kids party, a great time was had by all. The kids really enjoyed learning how to make their pizzas and it was a lovely interactive experience for them. Everyone had a great time, and of course we got a pizza at the end of it! Would thoroughly recommend.

Faroo was particularly friendly and helpful. I also noticed that all the other staff were heads up looking to see if anyone needed assistance - this quite rare as in many restaurants waiters & waitresses are heads down walking around.

Staff were very good at an extremely busy time of service and fitted us in a table of 4 even though we hadn’t booked

Farook welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable and he introduced us to our waitress Selina who took care of us very well despite the restaurant being very busy. She made sure we had everything and checked all was okay with our food. Overall a very pleasant experience at Pizza Express as they gave us brilliant service, we will definitely be returning.

Came here recently on a school visit and the children had a fantastic time. The staff were warm and welcoming and ensured every child enjoyed themselves. The manager, Roxy, was very helpful and accomodating and made it a breeze for the school staff. Would absolutely come again and recommend to others.

We had a party and it was a absolute blast! It was a memorable experience filled with laughter, creativity and of course, delicious pizza. Our host, Farook, did a excellent job, keeping the kids fully engaged and enjoyable every bit of the process. The other staff members were also helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a fun birthday party or special event for kids.

We had a pizza making party for the kids and the experience is amazing. Our host Farooq was really good with the kids and provided with excellent service.

We usually use the Epsom pizza express which is lovely too but we were very impressed with Banstead. We will definately be coming here from now on because Farooq is such a lovely man and looked after us so well. Well done to pizza express for having such an amazing employee a huge asset to your team 👍

Best pizza express I have been to. Farooq and Veronica were such lovely people and I'd like to thank them for making our experience so nice. They're the kind of people that put you in a positive mood and make you feel good about life. It's not the closest pizza express to us but it's worth making the journey. Celebrating our daughters birthday here today at pizza express Banstead, was an absolutely wonderful experience. Farooq, the chef, was an amazing entertainer and a very gracious host. He was very attentive to all our requirements and managed the whole event brilliantly! He and his team made the whole experience a memorable one for us.The kids had a blast, and the parents had such a wonderful time as well. Would highly recommend this venue for all celebrations! Attended our 4th kids party here on Saturday 8th Feb. The kids always look forward to parties here. The staff are always so friendly and exude enthusiasm. The guy who always hosts the parties goes and above to keep the kids engaged and they always have fun. Can highly recommend for any pizza lovers. On that, the pizza is amazing, even after being made by 6 year olds, I don't know how they do it

We came for dinner last week for my daughter’s birthday. The food and service was amazing! The manager was very helpful and friendly, he came over and laughed and joked with us and wished my daughter a happy birthday. We dropped off a birthday cake before and the staff brought it out after our meal, they all sung happy birthday (which my daughter loved!) amazing food and service, I would highly recommend 👍🏻 Thanks again!

Our son celebrated his 7th birthday at Pizza Express, Banstead with a kids pizza making party. It was great from start to finish, our chef Farouk was brilliant at keeping the children entertained throughout the party and keeping their attention whilst also ensuring they all made a delicious pizza to enjoy and be proud of. Thoroughly recommend booking a party!

Our pizza lacked the renowned Pizza Express flavour. It definitely lacked the tomato and oil flavour. We've been enjoying Pizza Exp food since the 1970s and this was by far the worst tasting pizza we've ever had.
