Pizza Express in Dacorum

Waited an hour and a half for main meal. Pizza is supposed to be ‘fast food’ They were too busy doing takeaways which they were prioritising. Kids were starving! Won’t be going back anytime soon.

food was late and cold. missing items from what we ordered!!!!!!! customer services when I phoned up was non existent and all they could say was they was sorry!!!!! we paid by card and as soon as the so called restaurant received the money it was like they didn’t give a damm about customer service at all. I’m disgusted at the lack of service will NEVER ORDER from here again.

3 hour wait only to be delivered cold food. Refund wont be in my account for 2 weeks. The whole process is a joke and as a restaurant manager if i treated my guests like you have i would have the meal thrown at me. Easy to have no customer service or competance skills and hide behind a computer screen

Food was cold on arrival. Sweet and sour sauce was like vinager. Sweet and sour chicken balls tasted powdery. Wouldn't order again from here. Will order from my regular place in future. Waste of money, most of it went in the bin

Terrible food. Very low quality ingredients and no care. Noodles half crispy where they've been burnt and half soft. Chicken looked like something that had been aborted.

Food was lovely as usual however ordered chicken noodle soup for the first time and it had leaked all in the bag so didn’t eat for 10 minutes after having to clear the mess up. Food was 5 minutes late and took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive but we were given this delivery time.

I wasn't expecting my much for the price but it was was honestly terrible. The meat and rice was cheap and badly prepared. The vegitables were colourless. I threw it away.

As always the food was excellent.

This is the first time we have ordered from here and wow we were really suprised! It was all lovely, such great value for money abd the portion sizes were really good, delivery was really quick too! Would highly recommend this Chinese! Will definitely be ordering again

Hour and a half wait, also on the expensive side for a Chinese takeaway... all of which is okay if you can deliver on the expectation after that kind of wait and paying higher prices for the food... which is where unfortunately this take away falls down. The food was stone cold and taste wise pretty much un edible and ended up having to throw the majority of the order away!! Also don’t get tempted by the sound of the banana fritters for a desert. They’re extremely soggy and taste as if they’re deep fried in the same oil as the chicken balls etc, One of the worst Chinese’s I’ve had. Won’t be using ever again!!

The food was very good, especially the Beef in Blackbean, just the right amount of chilli. It was also still very hot, and did not need warming up. Overall a very good meal. and I would order again.

Just moved into the area, so was first time ordering from this Chinese. Food was good, only thing I would say was that the chicken balls wasn’t cooked enough for my liking. Also the Spare Ribs was extremely fatty, and I didn’t like the taste of the coconut milk in the curry sauce. Ordered the Thai food wasn't great. The coconut milk in the curry was had bits in it and not much flavour. Noodles and rice was ok, spring rolls lacked taste.

came in here a while ago, wasn't going to write a review but I complained at the time and no one has got back to me yet. to start off with the place was very noisy with kids, getting up from their tables and messing around, the staff should have said something. waiter ages for someone to even get to the table and when they did it seemed like they didn't even want to be working there, I understand everyone has off days but this is the customer service industry. on top of that food was overdone and bland, left most of it. my grandchildren left hungry so we ended up getting a takeaway. come on you can do better.

They actually delivered an hour before we wanted the food, we asked for a specific time!

Fast food is meant to be fast, not one hour and forty minutes to be delivered.........and very poor quality, small dishes. Will not be using this takeaway again.

I'm usually very happy ordering from here but this time it took over 2 hours to arrive. When I called to chase the man on the phone was quite rude said they were busy and hung up! When the food arrived they had forgot the pancakes for the aromatic duck so had to come back

Food was lovely, fantastic amount of good quality chicken breast in the black bean dish. Took 1 star off as Duck was not crispy! I love the crispy skin but it was completely soft. Fab duck meat though. Would order again, just crisp the duck up next time please :)

Order was 30 mins late, food was tastey but not very hot and the prawn crackers had been cooked in old oil, they we're not nice at all. In all poor compared to previous orders, very disappointed.

Normally it's one of my least favourite Chineses however this evening they delivered fast and it was cooked well, I may order from here more in future and a please tell delivery driver made it all the better real gent ! Good job guys

The delivery was 20 mins late but it was Valentines so imagine it was an extra busy night. Also my Pad Thai was chicken not prawn but still delicious!

I always order from here and usually love the food but this time was awful. The house special noodles tasted uncooked. They tasted rock hard like straw and the beef felt far too soft it wasn't ready yet. I am disappointed.

The delivery was within 10 minutes of the stipulated time, so perfectly ok. The food quality was excellent, and piping hot. We had ordered a quarter of crispy duck, but it came with only 6 pancakes, which was insufficient, especially as we had also ordered a meal for 4!

Delivered within 20 minutes whereas the indicative time was an hour. Not a major problem but I had preferred a later slot.

£2.50 for a handful of prawn crackers is quite steep when you get them free everywhere else, but apart from that, we loved our takeaway, we enjoyed everything, it was all really tasty and good portions!

Delivered on time, food good, a little condensation had made one of the paper bags go soggy, but it did not really affect the meal.
