Atienden a bebedores de vino baratos y jóvenes que no comen mucha comida y además no se quejan de lo contrario podría no haber sido la triste experiencia de estafa de mala calidad que tuvimos. La pizza de 4 quesos tenía una pequeña astilla de parmesano y 1 pedazo delgado de cheddar, un rallado de aproximadamente 1 gramo de queso rojo y medio gramo de mozzarella. ¡Literalmente! La pizza de albóndigas tenía albóndigas tan microscópicas que no podía verlas con 2 pares de gafas. Más pequeño que _petit pois. _ La base de pizza era más delgada que mi servilleta de papel. La anomalía con pizza express generalmente es que en todas sus sucursales tienen una cocina cerca de las mesas donde están destinados a preparar y cocinar frente a ti, pero en 40 años NUNCA he visto a nadie en esa área de cocina. También se puede ver desde la calle. ¿Todo lo que supongo sale de un congelador? Entiendo que tienen que complacer a sus Contadores y accionistas pero esto fue tomar la galleta (de obleas).

Worse gluten free eaten so far!!! Four star service for the super professional and sweet Romanian speaking waitress 🌟 , yet not for the manager. I'm normally easily pleased about food, even being a proper gluten and wheat intolerant and wheat allergic, but gluten free pizza here is definitely a no-no here! Extremely small, hard as a stone, scarcely dressed and small taste - if at all! Mamma mia!👎🏼 Nonetheless, beautiful area, atmosphere and decorating. If Pizza Express would improve their gluten free food and pizza bases and options it would be a delightful place to dine. By the way, great brownie with cream. Will add photos later

Business was so good that I couldn’t dine in, so I had to take it out. The Margherita pizza was delicious.

I do not remember going here. Some are better than others, Perhaps I stood outside and Google maps picked this place. Usually OK for a basic pizza but I would avoid the specials.

Pizza Express located right next to Liverpool Street Station with the usual ambience. Good food, nice service. We were there for lunch after visiting Spitalfields Market. Prices are typical for London.

Y cuando lo hacen se necesita una persona fuerte para simplemente levantar las manos y decir lo siento. Eso es exactamente lo que pasó en Pizza Express y lo aplaudo plenamente. La comida era genial como siempre. Bebidas - servicio - aparte de nuestro pedido entró en el momento en que el mecanismo de pedidos salió mal. Nadie tiene la culpa. La maquinaria, que se supone que nos facilita las cosas, nos falló. En resumen, nuestra orden se extravió. Y tenemos prisa, pero... .. el gerente intervino. Es justo lo que quieres, pero tan pocos lo gestionan. Llegó la comida. Bill reducido. Manos arriba. Lo siento. Quebrada. Habiendo cazado bajo nuestro aliento, nos fuimos regocijados. Bien hecho el manejo.

Me reúno con un amigo aquí un par de veces al año para un almuerzo. Nos conocimos antes de Navidad y estábamos contentos de haber reservado ya que la gente estaba siendo rechazada. Al parecer, las empresas estaban teniendo almuerzos de Navidad grupales aquí con mesas con capacidad para 10 o más. Servicio bueno - no nos molestó la camarera preguntando si todo estaba bien! Comida promedio - nada especial y bastante caro, pero está muy cerca de Liverpool Street Stn y siempre nos sentimos felices y relajados aquí. NB. Nos cobraron de más - así que revise su factura! Después de una queja de línea en línea, se recibió una respuesta personal más un regalo electrónico hacia nuestra próxima visita para cubrir el pago excesivo. Esto fue muy apreciado.

A nice little pizza express! It’s very crowded in the main restaurant, but we were given a private little room upstairs for our table of 8. Food was lovely, although a little bit cold by the time it got to us - but they were very busy. Our server was fantastic!

We went for a large family lunch and all thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant manager was helpful when planning the booking. Valdemar served us and he was a wonderful host - he went over and above to make it extra special. He was friendly, helpful, patient and fun. The food and setting were also excellent. Thank you.

Pizza tasted like a pizza that had been put in the oven for 1 minute and the dough was still raw The tuna that I wanted on the pizza was like they had scraped it off another pizza All in all not recommended

Sat upstairs with a large party and it had a lovely atmosphere. Love the new Dessert, the team also threw in a freebee! Huge thanks to Evita for a special experience for my daughter’s meal.

While waiting for the bus to the airport I ate an exquisite Caesar Salad in this friendly place with high quality ingredients and excellent chicken. I recommend it for a quick lunch in my wonderful London!

We love going to the pizza express when on holiday in London so today we decided to go to this one and this one was the best one yet! We absolutely loved how nice and friendly the staff was. And we loved the food the mozzarella stick were delicious i recommend everyone to take them we also loved our pizza and our garlic bread with cheese the food also got made very fast. We absolutely loved our experience thank you pizza expres!

Estuve en la Pizzería Express el miércoles 16 con una amiga y una camarera llamada Alini fue grosera conmigo, me impresionó cómo una camarera podía tratar a los clientes así y aún así decirme que no volviera allí.

Actually pretty solid 👍🏻 was my first Pizza Express pizza experience, no idea why I always avoided it. The place looks alright, music was nice, staff all nice and quick, and the pizza was excellent 👌 had mozzarella sticks as a side, they were brilliant ❤️

Most of the plate ate not availble. The mushrom is good but the pizza base itself not good at all. it is very thin and not tadety at all. the service is good and vibe as well .

Nice place in busy area. Portion size was OK and pizza very nice. Atmosphere was quiet too many sad spurs fans as they had just been beaten😂 would go back.

We just had such a lovely experience at Pizza Express in Bishopsgate. The server was great and the food was fantastic. At the end of a busy day it was appreciated. We also benefitted from the kids eat free which made it all really affordable. Well done Pizza Express you are getting it right.

First time at this place. The pizza is not great the service is average I had to go find the staff to tell them I’d like to order after sitting for a while also they don’t cut your pizza even if you ask them to so when you’re sharing a pizza you have to make a mess because even the knife they provide is not good for cutting anything. The reason provided for not cutting the pizza is that if they cut then the pizza might reach the table cold. Will not be coming back here again not worth it.

Exactly what you expect from Pizza Express

We recently dined at Pizza Express, and it was a delightful experience for the whole family. The pizza was incredibly tasty, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crispy, thin crust that hit the spot. What stood out most was how welcoming and kid-friendly the restaurant was. The staff were fantastic with our children, providing activity packs and making sure they felt right at home, which made the meal enjoyable for everyone. Considering it's in London, the value was decent too. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. It’s a great spot for a family meal where both adults and kids can enjoy themselves, and we left feeling satisfied and well taken care of.

Such an amazing pizza express, one of my favourites ever. There was a mix up with one of the pizzas, they didn't bar an eyelid, just made a new pizza. Will definitely go again and do should you!

Good service and food but tables a bit cramped for us.

If you weren't a pizza express fan like me, think again. Most of their pastas now come with gluten free pasta as standard, and they do a lot of gluten free pizza bases too. Portions are healthy. Their Romana base pizzas are worth trying. I'd recommend the BBQ burnt ends. Restaurant is subtly decorated, but still has a good atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Toilets are downstairs, including lift for disabled toilets. A popular restaurant for solo diners. Less than 5mins walk from Liverpool Street. We didn't need to make a booking for a Wednesday table at 6pm, but it got busy rather quickly afterwards. I would come back here.

Do not sit at the high table to the right of the entrance. The restaurant manager allows people to queue into the restaurant and therefore they watch you eat - all very uncomfortable to be watched and willed to finish. There is a curtain that can’t be closed and supposedly it is impossible to ask the queue to back away from the table. Was offered one dessert for free as a sorry (I was with 3 children) and so that was interesting. Lesson learnt - do not sit near the door or expect staff here to p value your experience in their restaurant. I think it’s more of a “get them in and get them out” type place. Head to Eataly opposite for a much nicer experience

We bought 2 pizzas BBQ Burnt Ends, Sloppy Guissepe and some Garlic Bread last night. It was by far the worst pizzas we have eaten. There was nothing to the pizzas. Almost zero cheese and meats. For £40 it was definately the most disappointing meal we have had in London. Actually anywhere.

The team was super kind, friendly and nice and the service was quick. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious and great value for money. We were absolutely happy and sadisfied.

This is my son’s favourite place to eat , we call it his happy place ! Well we all love it but his really fuzzy and just loves the dough balls and pizza

Gluten free options good place to eat

Ordered delivery, no problems with delivery itself but pizzas were tiny, undercooked, expensive, and sliced by someone wearing drunk goggles using a spoon instead of a knife. Garlic bread wasn't much better, consisting of a puck of low moisture mozzarella slightly melted on top of a disk of borderline raw dough. Don't remember Pizza Express being so bad but maybe this one completely lacks quality control.

Best pizza express I've been to. Sannija and Rassa were awesome and the service was amazing. We were a big difficult group and they made sure everything was 100%

Before catching our flight home I ate here plus 1 - tried & trusted so this was no different. We knew what we were going to get & it didn't disappoint. I had the classic pizza with salad, my son had the lasagna & a garlic bread, washed down with a beer each. The staff were lovely though-out. We had luggage with us so we went with a table behind the door on the left which ensured we were out of the way & didn't cause any traffic jam with our bags. The food was delicious, staff lovely. Also noted they unlike all other restaurants we visited that weekend, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner did NOT include a compulsory 12.5% service charge - very fair & sound of them which made tipping very easy & generous in this case. Well worth it, whether it's pizza express in the UK or Milano's in Ireland, never disappoints. Very friendly & attentive staff.

Our table of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) was served by Mario, the food was excellent and the service impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made our lunch so much more enjoyable and relaxed. Thank you !

Do Not order a delivery from this place. There is no quality check before it gets delivered. Got wrong pizza and it was half cooked, just dough.

I wouldn't be Italian if I said that the pizza was of excellent quality and taste. I can say that the staff is kind and friendly. Pizza is what you need to remember what's good about our beautiful country. All in all, we fed ourselves with an acceptable pizza but, perhaps, good for the area.

This Pizza Express restaurant is small with a nice atmosphere. The serving staff we had were very helpful, and despite the restaurant being virtually full, their service throughout was excellent. The pizzas are great, especially the American hottest with an ice cold Peroni or 2. Good value and will definitely be back 👏

People are so rude bad customer service, waiter is disrespectful. Food okay.

The waitress was incredibly rude to us, as soon as we walked in she looked us up and down, perhaps we’re not the most aesthetic couple, and was reluctant to invite us into the restaurant. It was as if we were not good enough to be there. It wasn’t as if the restaurant was that busy on a Friday night so they couldn’t really afford to be turning away paying customers. Her manner continued to be condescending and brash towards us, making us feel unwelcome. We were sat round a corner away from other guests at the back of the top floor of the restaurant. We were sat down with the menu but felt so unwelcome that we walked out.

Delicious food , good service, lovely staff

Waited 30 minutes for the waiters to even take our order and when they did they were blunt and we felt like an inconvenience to them. Then waited for our tap water for another 15 minutes and still hadn’t arrived. After looking around we found staff were standing having conversations instead of checking on us. When we addressed the waiter who allocated us a table, he wasn’t even aware we had been served, told us to wait and didn’t apologise so we left with no drink or our food.

Having read some of the recent reviews of this branch I was a little sceptical about booking. It was a Saturday night and there were no other branches locally that could fit us in, at the time requested, so we gave it a try. The service was great. The lady serving us was really friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were delivered quickly, as was the bill when requested. Once our food was delivered she came back to check everything was ok and to take another drinks order. The food was standard for Pizza Express, the same as you would get in each branch. The restaurant was really busy at peak dinner time on Saturday night.

The food was good but we were here for 2 hours because it took so long for the food to come. If you are coming here make sure you have time

I recently organized an event for over 50 people at Pizza Express Bishopsgate, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! Despite my changing requests leading up to the event, the managers handled everything with grace and professionalism. The servers, Lucrecia & Hollie, were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient, ensuring that our party ran seamlessly. The food exceeded our expectations, and the venue itself contributed to the overall fantastic atmosphere. I wholeheartedly give Pizza Express Bishopsgate a perfect 10/10 recommendation!

Lovely atmosphere, tasty food and friendly FOH staff and chefs. We had a booking but weren’t asked when we arrived, and we were sat close to the back by the bar and walking area that the staff frequented - despite there being empty tables in quieter spots and by the window for the duration of our visit. Pity about not being able to use UNiDAYS in conjunction with Tesco vouchers - but never-mind, that’s Feedback for the franchise.

I ordered the dough balls with the dips and they were super good! So light, so fulfilling and so delicious with the dips. We came in just before the last orders were being taken and we got such a warm response from the team at the restaurant. They were quite speedy with their delivery and also made us quite comfortable. They were friendly and specifically Sannija made sure we had a pleasant time. Overall a 10/10 with great food and great atmosphere.

As Pizza Express goes, this wasn't the greatest. The food was tasty, but the doughballs were only luke warm at best. The service also wasn't amazing - good enough, but pretty slow. We had to chase for the bill a couple of times. The staff were helpful enough though. The tables are also ridiculously crammed together - I am a tiny size 6 skinny thing, and I could barely get between tables without knocking anything over! I would choose a larger venue next time.

Περιμεναμε πανω απο 15 λεπτα στην εισοδο του μαγαζιου,2 ατομα εμεις κι ενα ζευγαρι μπροστα μας.Το ζευγαρι εγκαταλειψε πρωτο.Δεν μας εδωσε κανεις σημασια,υπηρχαν πανω 5 τραπεζια αδεια,αλλα κανεις δεν μας ειπε να καθισουμε.Το κατανοω οτι ειναι Παρασκευη βραδυ με φουλ δουλεια, 2 σερβιτορες ειδα στο μαγαζι να τρεχουν.Εμενα μου φανηκε να μην εχουν τιποτα υπο ελεγχο,ολα ανοργανωτα με φοβερες καθυστερησεις.Φυγαμε να φαμε αλλου.

Visited at the weekend and not surprisingly it was very busy. The food was lovely and filling, full of flavour. The downside to the visit was that we felt like we were rushed, a conveyerbelt system. We hadn't finished eating out starters, and the main was brought out to us and placed on the table next to us, ready for when we wanted. Then, one plate was taken away before my friend was finished. I understand it was busy, and the staff was trying to control it, but really, they should serve accordingly

It is a modest and nice place. It's clean and well maintained, and offers a warm atmosphere. Order was taken quickly and food was brought quickly. The pizza is tasty, the coffee a bit weak. The staff is very kind and nice.

Not up to usual standard - staff were unhelpful and rude - food service slow and when incorrect items delivered staff member just said well it is similar and refused to correct there seemed no interest in making the experience enjoyable and little or no interaction unless customers pushed for it Staff seemed indifferent when disabled customers asked for help and offered no assistance
