It has been wonderful to dine with pizza East.The food and mocktails were really sumptuous.The staff is really good especially Mr.Jasraj is very humble, meticulous and quick at his task

Our last meal in London, excellent welcome and service by Nadia. Small pizza, not great value for money for our taste. Nice place, too bad it is too noisy. Nadia was very pleasant, helpful and gave us good advice on the beer which was good.

We have been here several times over the past few years and this visit was for my husband’s birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and even though the restaurant was absolutely packed our server Firat was friendly and welcoming and arranged for a birthday treat of tiramisu for my husband. Great waiter, always available and friendly. However funghi pizza was a bit of a let down, lack of taste! Tiramisu made up for it, that was very nice.

This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in years (Saturday afternoon). The waitress completely ignored us and never checked on our table once—we had to flag her down every time we needed something. When we asked her to take a photo, she hesitated and said, “Erm, yes, OK,” in a way that made us feel awkward and unwelcome. The restaurant was practically empty, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. After our mains, we had to ask for the dessert menu, and then she vanished for 20 minutes. At that point, we gave up on dessert altogether. We ended up asking a different staff member, who was serving the next table (and actually doing his job well), to bring us the bill. He got the waitress to come over, and she presented us with a bill that had the service charge already added. When I asked for one without the service charge, she rushed off and returned without a word—no apology, no explanation, nothing. The food didn’t redeem the experience either. The mac and cheese was decent, but the vegetable pizza was disappointing and just didn’t work for us. I usually stick to the Mushroom Truffle or Nduja options, and if I ever come back, it’ll be for those—though, after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll return at all. Shocked - this used to be a solid 5 star, and I've recommended it to so many people.

We were a table of 4 with four babies (and buggies) in tow and the staff could not have been more helpful. The staff seemed genuinely happy to have us even though we were a walk in and the food (I had the spaghetti puttanesca) was delicious, really good portion sizes, making it good value for London. Highly recommend.

I love the food at this place but more than that I would like to rate the service which is awesome especially Jasraj who was really helpful and had great knowledge of the dishes.

This is one of those venues where the music volume seems to be for the benefit of the staff rather than the patrons. Hard to have a conversation so you eat and when you are finished they want you out. Trying to clear plates before they are finished, rushing you to order, taking a pint away before it was actually finished. Pizza was average as was the other food. Would not use again. Anyone who has rated what is after all in the pizza express mould anything more than average needs to have a word with themselves. Most places are average by the nature of the word and this is less than average.

Lovely two drinks at the bar while the action ramped up. Flavia looked after me with an espresso martini and margarita, not too sweet. Rum and bullet rye for my friend. Such a nice lady. P

We had margarita and spicy divola. Meatballs are amazing. Guinness is decent as well. Had no room for dessert hopefully next time.

Not a great experience, unfortunately the staff was not friendly, food was lukewarm. Usually pack it wa s quiet on Thursday evening no wonder why!! 15 min to get attention from a wait staff, small table given saying the rest of the table were booked while none came and we left at 10.30pm. Not sure I will go back

No idea what has happened to this place. Bang average pizza at best. It feels like every aspect has been value engineered! It’s a small pizza, the tomato sauce has no flavour, the dough you can tell isn’t fresh neapolitan dough just by looking at it. Hugely disappointing for what used to be a great spot. Feels like they’ve value engineered out any repeat custom. Quite sad to experience.
