pizza was good , kebab and fries not so much

Placed an order, it never came. Been waiting over an hour from the delivery time stated by Just Eat. Why accept the order if it isn't going to be fulfilled, it could of been cancelled to save me waiting.

I asked for 500ml coke, 2 litre coke, Hagen Daaz Vanilla and chips with chicken. I said anything not available to refund item. Instead I got 2 cans of Pepsi, no big bottle or coke and a chocolate Ben and Jerry Phish food. The chicken chips was a cold kids meal. Needed microwaving. The driver was half asleep and rude. I feel it was “Passive A” in summary and I don’t know why! First time ordering and last!

Came back from work starving, ordered food waited for almost 2 hours and the food still hasn’t arrived now I’m going sleep late and hungry

Seen alot of bad reviews about these but I've used them for well over 10 years and they've never disappointed me, suppose everybody's taste buds are different and everybody's opinions won't always be the same but honestly give them a try before letting the reviews put you off, they can only disappoint once or you could be blown by surprise. The food is amazing and always has been! On time as always and every delivery driver is always polite along with the call handler Thank you donninis :)

Very annoyed and angry because they did not even come to my house where I wanted them to come and and finally after about a hour of waiting they came to my house and did no give me the food very annoyed and did not get my money back I would personally like it if they was kicked of the just eat app or full shut down thank you

won't order again fish wasn't fresh like it was out freezer garlic mushrooms didn't come no dips I wanted cheese pizza garlic bread came Instead in Kebab box it was in 7inch pizza box no shish Kebab chicken tikka came Instead my teenager kids was hungry had no choice to eat food not happy at all I haven't gt money to waste all food Came in 7inch box which was small will not order again from here again also man called to say no pizzas cudnt understand him didn't talk English had to understand him

Delivered perfectly on time. Pizza was very nice, chips also nice. Cheesecake was very nice and a large portion too. The chicken strips were a little sad but perfectly fine. Would definitely order again. Great value for money

The Driver was rude o was asking to cheak the food first before paying as they keep dilivery the wrong drinks but he would not even show me untill unpaid bad service don’t use them

I ordered a buy one get one free pizza, and only got the one pizza, charged me 24 pound for a tiny pizza that wouldn't even feed my kids, ridiculous, wouldn't recommend to anyone

The chicken wings and chips were delicious 😋. Unfortunately the bun on the kebab burger was hard in places and pieces of the donner kebab was hard, over cooked. I only ate half of the burger.

the toppings were fresh and cooked lovely, however it was cold when delivered and the cheese on the pizza turned back into a block. Sadly its not the best we've had, but very tasty thank you.

Pizza was hot which was good …husband really like his but mine smelt like really smelly leathery cheese and looked strange but was ok for that time of night

the delivery driver opened my can of drink!!!!! when I questioned him he laughed and ran off. I didn't trust to eat any of the food after that!

PERFECT. Ordered said 45 minutes was here after 10. Piping hot. Issue with drinks but had the decency to call and had substitute. Can’t moan when there’s communication. Brilliant food. Thanks!

the chips was warm n the cheese on the cheesy chips wasn't melted enough n the fish was crispy n warm the best thing was the burger it was amazing

Very nice food, cooked well and delivered promptly. There are no takeaways open after midnight near Wombourne and as I work shifts it's really great these guys deliver from Bilston so late. Many thanks 👍

Overpriced rubbish. Tiny portions, dry old chicken Total waste of money. Pizzas way below par too. Deffo won't order again. Place has gone down hill big time. Financial Greed over quality has prevailed

Driver went to wrong address after calling telling me to open the door, finally got my order and its wrong, mine was supposed to be tuna mayo and its tuna and cheese with the tiniest but of tuna, the cheese and beams have like 10 beans on, the chicken strips are black. Would not recommend this shop at all.

Order from here quite alot and probably the last this time, Got the orderd the wrong way round , 2 pizzas wrong put bbq base on a pizza that needed tomato , and tomato on what should of been bbq , didn't follow instructions on either ,under cooked chicken , fries over cooked , box had holes in just poorly presented even got the pop wrong .. just a disappointing disaster

Didn’t have donner meat order was messed up had bbq chicken bbq based sweetcorn and green peppers but no donner meat and the bbq chicken had burnt pieces of chicken that went hard on my pizza

Preordered for 7:45, arrived at 6:55pm. Order was wrong and dietary needs not complied. Additional pizza toppings also not added. Called the restaurant 14 times with no answer!!! Food couldn’t be eaten due to all being incorrect.

Completely wrong items delivered. Not happy at all and tried to contact shop but there was no answer or the phone line was busy.

Ordered from here, food was cold, ordered 1.5l coke and got 1l coke, ordered king size kebabs got literally world's smallest king size, 3 mouthfuls and it was gone, never ordered from such an awful place tried to complain but he couldn't understand me apparently. AVOID

Delivery driver had dropped my fries, sauce had not been sent but my pizza box was covered in it assuming they had been dropped too.

We ordered pizza around around 11.00pm and the food wasn’t delivered by 12.00. The delivery driver phoned me and was shouting abuse at me over the phone cause he couldn’t find my address, then was saying ‘do you want food or no’ while shouting. I asked for the delivery drivers name and he refused to give, i then phoned up the restaurant to tell them about their delivery driver. At first they tried to help but then I phoned back at around 1.20am, and they were very rude and disrespectful and were just saying that the delivery driver took the food back because we didn’t answer the phone to the delivery driver. Even though we answered the phone several times, and he chose to shout abuse at me. Horrible customer service. He also deleted all the call logs from us to make it look like we didn’t answer the calls. But we have messages and calls that we have replied too and answered. Don’t order form here if you want to actually have some food. :)

Triple pizza deal maybe not the right time to buy... was late... all three pizza could of done with a oven with the correct temperature... to cold for the pizzas as the base was hard. Not like before the pizza was the best in bilston area. Also ordered Fish and chip isn't what it seems its 4 fish fingers and fries not a medium or large cod... over cooked cod fish fingers was a bin job...

If you don't have the ingredients refuse the order! Ordered bbq chicken and got tikka chicken again. Take cherry coke off your menu, you've never delivered it, I even got fanta once instead!

Pizza is burnt and cold. There’s no taste to it can just taste burn. Chips freezing taste like they’ve been reheated. All soggy

I asked for stuffed crust it's not even stuffed its empty in the crusts...
