ordered many times. never had a problem. food always hot and as ordered. never once been late, generally early most times.

staff at restaurant kept putting phone down the delivery drivers kept saying outside door when I'm stood outside. gone to postcode instead of the door number. on phone to them with them arguing saying they knocking door whe you can blatantly hear it's a garage door

Didn’t deliver my order, sent to wrong address

Beautiful service and very good very good food

Last couple of orders have been disappointing. Pizzas aren't tasty like they used to be. Fries tasted like they were leftover and reheated.

Foods decent but be prepared to wait forever for delivery, ordered at 7 and it turned up at 850

was late arriving but given it being a friday thought it would be abit busier. Food was absolutely lovely either way always hot on arriving and we all love it.

Order of them all the time but today was disappointing the fries was rock hard and salad was cut to thick very disappointed

All burnt and broken. I couldn’t even eat them I had to throw them away.

Disappointing, we order from this place all the time and this is second time that instead of tomato base we got chilli base which is quite hot. I don’t mind spice but my husband does so we ended up throwing away more than half a pizza away twice. Your pizza is good but you need to get your orders right

food never turned up driver not one phone call !!! called the restaurant after waiting over an hour and the driver apparently knocked the door and I was told to come and get the food!! Have been using these for YEARS AND YEARS never again!

When it Came it was really cold

one pizza was done nice other was ridiculously hot an had to be thrown away as none of us could eat it! wasn't very hot was more warm.

Over 2 hours late will not be ordering from them again

the time slot kept moving on order waited nearly 1hour and 45mins for food, then when arrived 2 of the pizzas were burnt and rock solid, do have pics but unsure were to upload too, just eat wouldn't compensate for this, by the time the food arrived the kids were all really hungry, so just had to put up with it, very poor service

Fast delivery, lovely food as always

Pizza was really dry, no where near enough sauce on it, toppings were hard. Chips were ok, a few were soft but the rest were like a brick, I ordered onion rings but was sent cheesy jalapeño bites which didn’t taste great , overall not a good experience at all

All food overcooked- Pizza oven and fryer oil too hot and over cooked everything and kabab meat dry and hard like cardboard

Ordered 500ml of ice cream. 1 tub. Why is 3 100ml sent instead ? The math wasn't matching in quantity. Not too important but let me know or send the correct amount of tubs

The food the came was lovely,but it was missing the tib of ice cream that we ordered,but on the missing items list, it wasn't there to report.

Order was cold and wrong when I called to try and solve the issue got put onto 4 different people. I asked for no cheese due to allergies and it had it on my burger. The food is absolutely disgusting they sent me one burnt pizza nd the rest my food was absolutely disgusting and cold i wouldn't even give it my dog the staff are very very rude and disrespectful I will not be eating from here again after waiting so long for my food and then the guy comes so rude and brings me cold food and no milkshake it's an absolutely joke I will be reporting them trade and standards for hygiene etc

I have recently realised that I have been ordering from this place for the past 6-7 years and I have never written a review 😅 the food from this place is my absolute go to and will not order from anyone else, I order from here at least once a week, food is absolutely bangin and I have tried absolutely everything on the menu, everything is always hot and fresh and the salad is beautiful! 20/10 from me ❤️

Discusting group of people run this shop

The pizza is nice as I have brought from this shop a few times, but today the food was not hot it was only touch warm. I don't understand how it can be just warm when it came atleast 30 minutes early. I know it came by moped but if the food came cold then maybe you need a new food box to keep the food hot. Apart from that the food is good

Can’t say nothing bad about the food or delivery time but I ordered a large chips what was £2.99 and it was literally a handful and I called to tell them and they said that’s what a large is so I dread to think what a normal looks like 🤷🏻‍♂️

Quick to deliver and food was absolutely banging 👌🏻

Driver didn't want to deliver to me in person wanted me to come downstairs, when he did come upstairs he held onto the banister and kept a big distance from me as if I was diseased or something he had to stretch to pass food to me, and my ice cream was missing from the order, I didn't receive that until an hour later. There's been no apologies for lateness of the order or having to wait another hour for the ice cream.

took 1 hour 40 to get here, pizza freezing with no sauce on, chips stale even my can was flat (i have no idea how). used to love it here but has went to the dogs

Can I ask why it says about the Ben and jerrys (465ml 100ml) but didn’t receive any of them?.

Ordered two medium box meals with two drinks but when order arrived only one can of pop delivery driver said she would let them know and somebody would deliver missing can but no body turned up with it plus chicken very greasy not impressed

Just about delivered on time it was definitely a long wait & the food didn't arrive hot enough. I'm also owed some money from a previous order as I was charged for a tub of ice cream that I never received. So there's a matter about £3-4 that I'm owed in a refund or given another tub of ice cream in a future order.

The large pizza we ordered had a texture like it had been cooked prior to the order then reheated. Don't waste your money.

Food is normally very good, the garlic bread was very well cooked as in almost burnt, the pizzas were ok again the pizza base not as fresh as it could have been. However normally it is very good.

Pizza is alright but don’t get it from here I ordered on Uber eats for delivery for iftar it says it’s coming for 8pm then doesn’t come till 10pm

Spent £35 on food for it not to be delivered, my house is a ten minute walk from there and they couldn’t be arsed to send a driver out, or if they did, he drove right past my house and never delivered it. Absolutely appalling service, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE

The kebab was an absolute disaster. The pitta bread was actually cut in two. It was more like a kebab sandwich, but I couldn't pick it up to eat it. A knife and fork were needed. Spoilt the whole meal.

One of my order's were missing but the delivery man brought it back with great haste. Hooray for the delivery man. Although, the pizza was different than usual, the crust was flat, solid and difficult to separate and the mix grill was dry and tasted like it was fried in old oil I may still try pizza deroma again mainly because of the impecable delivery.

Delivery driver was very rude on this occasion!! Could not follow simple instructions, which many other people have ! 15 years ago we started using this place and back then was top notch bit now we have constant issues like missing food and wrong orders .. will not be using these ever again! 9n the verge of disgusting service 😒
