Olive Pizza in Birmingham

I ordered and made payments soon after canceled and did not return my money I'm trying to call no one answers I want my money back.

Muy buena pizza de calidad, excelente masa, ingredientes frescos. Servicio muy amable. Muy buena selección de menú. Volveré.

Comida asquerosa. Publicidad peri peri pollo que no es peri peri lo que siempre. Pedimos una hamburguesa caliente y alas calientes. Las alas eran hamburguesa sin sabor era solo un filete de pollo frito. Las patatas fritas eran duras como la piedra, obviamente no eran frescas. El hombre por teléfono era muy grosero no tomaría en consideración lo que estaba diciendo y diciéndome que estoy equivocado. Entonces no profesional. El panecillo de hamburguesa no estaba fresco o la tostada era tan dura como una pared de ladrillos. Lo peor que he pedido en mi vida. Realmente no recomendaría que nadie coma aquí por ti.

La comida debía ser a las 6:05. Llamé a las 6:10 para que me dijeran que el conductor estaba saliendo. 20 minutos después llamé al restaurante y me dijeron que estaba en camino. Justo ahora me llamaron y me dijeron que el pedido había sido cancelado. Evitar en cualquier caso.

Yo tenía hambre después de una visita a Villa Park en Día frío avery y vi que podía comer. tuve un 10 en vegetariana foe £5. Fue muy bueno y preparado rápidamente. Sí, tuve que comer con mis manos fuera de la Bois pero que estaba bien.

loved the pizza, great delivery time and service, but wasn't so keen on the fries

The burger was incredible, the chicken nuggets were delicious and the fries were so good! the pizza was just how I liked it as I got to choose the toppings for a decent price! will definitely be ordering from here again!

Ordered again after having such a good first order. However opted for collection instead of delivery. Was phoned to confirm what time we would like to collect our food. Brilliant service! And food was delicious and hot! Perfect service and food. This is our new regular take out now!

Food was nice, if you wish to charge £12 say its £12 on your menu do not put £11.99 it might be only a penny to you but to others its their penny so they expect it back.

Food took about an hour and half to be delivered which was disappointing with the chips being cold. But had the loveliest delivery driver who brought back the missing drink :)

Couldn't fault this place. They added 25mins onto delivery time and then still delivered 25mins early. Pizza was perfect and popcorn chicken was to die for. Definitely ordering from here again.

WOW!!!! delicious, best pizza I've had in a long time

It was edible but found the kebab meat greasy chips were rubbery pizza and wings were good.

The food from here is very low quality. Delivery driver doesn't speak a word of English made me search for him to get the food. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Couldn't enjoy the food because I got toppings I didn't ask for. I asked for tandoori chicken and kebab toppings... It came with them but also smothered in sweetcorn and onions, both of which I hate. The quality of the pizza definitely wasn't bad (despite me not eating it) and I dont mind the delivery being a little bit late, but please do not put sweetcorn or onions on a pizza when I didn't ask for them. Unlikely to risk ordering from here again

Errr..where to start. Order delivered to the neighbours who paid for it! And then passed to me...as far as i am concerned this is fault of the restaurant and the delayed passing of food from my neighbours and cold is down to the delivery fault. I was in and at home at all time, with a child with a broken leg! As for the food, the chicken strips were more like nuggets and the fries burnt with black bits on them. The pizza was average at best.

The pizza was decent but the rest of the food was garbage.

Olive pizza take care with all the ingredients they don't cut corners so the outcome of the food is delicious, they get it right every time I've ordered just excellent me and my Mrs are always happy with olive pizza !!

I ordered for hot wings as a side dish and I got fries instead.

WOW!!!! By far the best pizza I have ever had, the cheese is so amazingly tasty and stringy. Amazing staff soooo welcoming, shook my partners hand when we were collecting. Would definitely recommend. 👏✊👌

Olive pizza are the best,not just in Birmingham but the United Kingdom! They have fulfilled every desire of mine... Well done olive pizza I can never compare your food... From me and my Mrs that adores your food every bit

I'm a longtime visitor to Olive Pizza. First going there in 2014 as I was passing by, the service and food was excellent. The people were exceptionally friendly whether the order was made via phone or in person. The pizza was by far the best I've had in the local area. However since july-august, the service has gone downhill. The pizza's now look like the toppings have ran away whilst being delivered to the house and condiments that were given free of charge for family sizes orders are now being charged for at 30p per tub. I'd have no problem paying that, but the size of the tiny tubs make me wonder how Olive Pizza thinks one will be dipping a pizza slice into them. I've seen bigger containers in a toddler's play kitchen. Their Peri grilled chicken burger was a delight before, an excellent burger that I'd ask for and enjoyed immensely. Now, a request for that equals a plain chicken burger with spicy mayo and a couple of jalapeños. And finally, the customer service which made me come back time after time has now been replaced with ill-mannered, uninterested staff that have no appreciation for loyal customers. I don't ask for a red carpet, just a realisation that appreciative customers that come back for your food shouldn't be slowly ripped off and then provided with an inferior service. They deserve a high standard that was initially provided to them. Hopefully that comes back otherwise I'll go elsewhere. First time goers should expect good food however if the service you get is substandard compared to elsewhere, it's nothing to be surprised about because it's been like that for nearly a year from this review.

Very special olive pizza are they take every care to make your food perfect I can see them going a very long way to success if they carry on what they are doing... well done

Would not recommend this place! Ordered a 10" pizza and when it arrived it barely made 8"!!! I rang up the restaurant and a very rude man informed me that you don't get a 10" pizza it's the pan it's made in that is 10"!!! There was also hardly any tomato sauce on the base, shame because it was a speedy delivery. Bit mean on the amount of meat on the toppings too basically just pizza base with loads of cheese

I do order from Olive Pizza time to time. Food are tasty. No complain in that. But this time the order gone so late. I order at 5pm & got it by 6:20. I wouldnt mind but kids were not happy.

Good service but one side was forgotten, another order was not available so I was called and asked what I wanted instead. Mozzarella sticks are pretty basic though expensive, would not get them again.

Usually have a good experience but today for the second time in a row had a bad experience, couple of dishes weren't good today not their normal good quality food, and delivery came really late, did not receive a good respond from the restaurant itself when chased up the delivery.

The delivery was quick which was nice but the food wasn't nice atall. The dough on the pizza was to soft, to much cheese and the amount of chicken that was put in the pizza was ridiculous, all I could taste was cheese. This was the first time I had tried from this place, and it surely will be my last.

Food was great, arrived on time and makes a change to see a smiling delivery driver. Highly recommended!

I ordered a pizza and it was cancelled as you never responded. I had a phone call to say it was declined and I was told I would have a refund. I then had a call at 16:05 to ask if I still wanted the pizza??? Can you please confirm that I wasn't charged for the pizza???

That's the only place I order from. I am a regular customer. As I've never been to the restaurant itself because I've only done home deliveries I will rate it a 4.

Ordered food to my work for 18.10 food arrives 50 minutes early and I manage to phone back to say this was NOT the specified time. Staff told me he only had 1 driver and has other orders, I understand but it's not good enough I specified my time. Staff said he will send it again but the driver could be around 5 mins late. I'm typing this whilst the drive is 25 mins late and I have 5 minutes left on my break I would rate the food but I didn't get chance to eat Annoyed inst the word!!!!

The food took 1 hour and 40 minutes to come.

Instead of 2 large fries they gave 2small fries wasn't cooked properly.pizzas where fine

Food was good quality, however the wedges were a bit dry and they forgot my fries in my meal deal. Delivery driver was polite & had good customer service, we didn't realise the strawberry ice cream was strawberry cheesecake which we don't like. Overall however the food was great & great staff.

Forstly I ordered my food, then I get a call to say they didn't have what I wanted in stock so had to change my order then the Food was late, by the time it got here my burger meal was cold I ordered cheesecake and that was frozen solid! Won't order again. Terrible.

Overall it was really good. Pasta wasn't as nice like the last time.

You confirmed my order at half past midnight then quarter to 1am I received call from you saying that my order won't be delivered. I do understand that but you accepted my order, confirmed it and then cancelled it after taking my payment. Man on the phone said I'll have my money back within few days... sure you don't care because it's not you who got charged. Why I didn't get any email from you with confirmed cancellation... incompetent. I Paid over £20 for order I didn't get. You really need to be more professional...

First time I ordered, delivery was in under 40 minutes, delivery man was nice and the food was excellent. Couldn't have been happier! However, second time round, my pizza base was not tomato but with a tandoori sauce which made the pizza taste weird. The wedges were placed hot in the foam box which caused the foam to melt!! That is a serious health issue. I like the fact the wedges were hot but please try to use a mental foil container to put them inside instead. Delivery was over an hour long but delivery man was pleasant. Overall, food is great but there are things that could be improved on. If these things could be improved on, you're going to be getting yourself a new loyal customer. I look forward to ordering more from you guys and hope improvements can be made ASAP :)
