Had a takeaway kebab from here last night. Best takeaway kebab I have ever had, the meat was cooked and tasted perfect. I have been told that their pizzas are very good too. We will have to try them.

It took more than 2 hours for my food to arrive, my food was cold, not tasty and very expensive. I will never order again.

Food took 1.5hr. We were told we would get a free bottle of pop for delay. Didn’t receive one. Food was bland. Chicken wrap was more salad than chicken. Not worth the money. Which is a shame as food was usually ok. Maybe changed owner? Or supplier. Wouldn't got back anytime soon

Charged us £36 for 2 pizzas when ordered by phone and delivered, check on food hub and should have been £24! Queried with the driver and they confirmed price was right however utter rip off and complete scam! Will never order from here again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a delivery tonight at 18.52 no food arrived by 20.10 contacted food hub who said the order was on the way food finally arrived at 20.28. Pizzas were Luke warm both the chips and cheese were freezing very disappointed tonight not normally like this

I'm new to the area and the first takeout I’ve tried is pizza delight. I went inside to place an order and I wasn't quite sure what to have, the lovely young lady with glasses (not sure of name) who was serving offered me various suggestions based on foods I do and do not like. It's so nice to see that she would go out of her way on a very very busy Friday night to go that extra mile and actually care about their customers. She was absolutely amazing and i would love to see her praises for it. Will be returning.

Posted a flyer through our door despite clear warning signs we politely request No FLYERS. Elderly people present who are at high risk of falls causing substantial injuries because you cannot follow simple instructions. Food hygiene at this place is a 1 star reviewed recently in July 2023 - DISGUSTING!!!!! Avoid.

Amazing food, great value for money. Simply asked the girl for the salad to be separated from food and was told in quite a snotty manner I'd be charged to do so, (for an extra container).. fair enough but I don't expect to be told with an attitude when I kindly make a simple request.. for someone who spends a lot of money in there, maybe compromise to ensure my satisfaction.. needless to say I may look elsewhere next time.

Placed an order and after an hour and a half been told it will be another 40 mins completely unacceptable with no explanation this isn’t the first occasion either happened multiple times and always arrives cold why do a delivery service if you can’t even stick to your own time frames honestly just stop doing delivery because clearly your not capable

Great pizzas, new burger meals are a winner also

Horrible delivery time! Not even arrived yet and we have been waiting for 16 inch pizza for 2 half hours, we’ve called multiple times and also asked for refund but, they can’t even do that because manger isn’t there apparently on delivery. They said they come by the house but no knock or phone call from them, I highly recommend don’t ever the pizza delivered to your house! Awful, no idea 🤷‍♀️ if we get our refund.

9.3.2023 I order from this place and got one of the meal deal boxes and the next morning I then realised I had food poisoning 😐

Lack of communication food was nearly 2 hours late! Staff kept saying it had left the shop yet I’m a 5 minute drive but took them over 30 minutes! Came cold had to warm it up! Won’t be ordering from here again absolute waste of time and money.

Square pizza!!!! Get in , great taste and more pizza in a square than round. Delivery not too shabby either

Ordered 2 pizza's which took an hour and a half to come and one was completely wrong, rung the store and spoke to a guy who I can only assume is a special kind of stupid. Wouldn't replace pizza with what I actually ordered, won't be using this place again rather go to star kebab down the road in the high street, there food has always been great and service just as good 👍......

Good food had couple of times food was cold rang complained and brought us hot food and also discount on next couple orders

Don't go to this place i brought a kebab the pitta bread was mouldy.i rang pizza delight and he turned round and said I was lying i didnt get it from them .he told me to bring it back I live 10 minutes away .when we got there he was shut

Avoid this place like the plague!!! Food took hour and 40 minutes to get here. Most of it cold. Chips soggy. 2 pizzas both wrong, rang up to complain, man on the phone extremely rude and aggressive, accusing me of being a liar. Absolute joke of a place and customer service is non existent.

Well the pizza was to die for perfect, but the home made burger was a disaster my advice is go back to the bookers burgers easy cook and tasty. the burger that was sent was over cooked tough burnt around edges and tasteless sorry but that's how it was

I always order from here,the only problem is they never put enough pepperoni on my 16" square pizza 🍕 other than that it's the best pizza shop,very friendly

Usually use Pizza delight but thought we'd give them a try. Great Pizza and at £11,50 delivered a bargain on Pizza delight which is £17,50. Will definitely use again. Well done

In Sunday there is a food fayre with a variety of Street Foods to enjoy plus a bar. There's Row Boats you can take out too. A great place to spend the day.

We love Pizza Delight! The customer service is fantastic, they are always so polite, friendly and welcoming! The pizzas are always tasty and hot and the chicken burgers are also GREAT! We're regular customers and we've never had a bad experience :) Leaving a review as they deserve it :)

The food is normally spot on but after we ordered 3 burger meals 1 with cheese all the burgers came with cheese. . . Not good when people are intolerant.

Pizzas are great, kebab meat and fries were fresh and all reasonably priced.

Most of the order was ok but the chips on the child's meal was a little burnt on the sides and there isn't free garlic bread with orders over £20. It's not a big deal but it's still a little annoying advertising something on a menu that isn't offered. I feel that it's just a marketing ploy to get customers to spend more money.

Food was freezing after getting the oder wrong twice still sent it wrong and cold... When I rung up to complain I got swearing and vile attitude down the phone would not recommend at all awful service

Twice I have ordered from here and a item s been forgotten...second time was extremely rude and put the phone down ..my son is gutted I now refuse to use this place again!!whys it my fault if you mess the order up..i spend a lot here when ordering !!!

These guys k ow how to make a amazing pizza! All the food I've ever had from here has been really good and I would highly recommend them to anyone that's after a take away. Price are competitive and potion size are spot on.

Absolutely disgusted at this place! Ordered pizzas from here using Just Eat and after ringing to complain that the order was wrong they sent a driver back and we showed him the pizza we had complained about. He apologised after we spoke to him and went back to his car. 2 hours later we ring them again and the man we spoke to was extremely rude and blamed Just Eat for the order being wrong and told us to get the refund from them. So I wasn't able to eat the pizza as it had jalapenos all over it and I am allergic to them. The order I placed on Just Eat had no jalapenos, how difficult can it be to actually read the order? I will NEVER use this shop again and if I could have left a review with no stars I would have!!! Disgusting customer service!!!

Have used this place once a week for 18 months... unfortunately this evening has put me off EVER ordering again 😑 firstly half of order missing, rang and was told it would be with me in 10 mins had to ring back almost 40 minutes later to be told it was on its way... in the meantime having unwrapped the chicken wrap it was a mess the chicken wasn't cooked and was mushy 😖 when complained about this on the phone was told people had complained the day before about the chicken (so why still use the same chicken) I was also asked to tell them what they should do about it....... Who is running the business here I ask?? 🤨 finally 45 minutes later the rest of my order arrived.... WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.

Fantastic pizzas and good value we had the beast Pizza a few years back and it was absolutely massive not sure if they still so that one but definitely worth ordering always hot and delicious.

We ordered the Hawaiian and Smokey bacon half and half pizza. Everyone really enjoyed it. I would recommend and definitely order again

Used to like this place..but most times when I order they get it wrong or forget stuff.still charge you the time you have realised your order is wrong they have gone.so I'm forever ringing them chasing order.Order a take away so all can eat together but never the case..TIME FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE

Last time I ordered from here they charged me for a donner meat and cheesy chips, but all I got was cheesy chips. They came back round later with what I ordered, but I have gone to order tonight and they cancel my order, very spiteful... I wouldn't recommend this place to even an animal.

Different prices as advertised on the internet, wouldn't use again

Ordered 9 pizzas whilst camping. Had to call up and order. Lady on the phone got confused with order and subsequently only 5 pizzas arrived. This happened despite her reading the order back to me. Also they don’t take card. Poor, poor experience. Avoid at all costs.

Worst pizza ive ever had! Undercooked with none of the items advertised , just cheap fake ham . Disgraceful !!!

Orderd our food online!...After taking our payment we get a phone call saying some of our food wasnt availble. We got told that we can have pizza instead...we didnt want pizza! They wouldnt give us our money back and we was forced into having a pizza!! When the food arived ( 1hour later) it was cold! The grease from the pizza was dripping from the bottom of the box onto my table! The burger and bun was rock hard. All the food was tasteless and the dilevery guy was quite rude! I wouldnt feed this sort food to my dogs. Weve re orderd from another local take away and thrown this in the bin...avoid at all costs

Got told that we was goi to have our heads smashed in to the food becabse we questiond the price £28 for 2 delight boxes that are £6:50 so that's £13 and apparently a small chips and cheese and some cheese dippers were £15 hahaha

ABSOLUTELY beautiful food...Kebabs, Pizza, Chicken...You name it its absolutely Wonderful and brilliant delivery ALWAYS on time! Keep it up guys!! 😊😊😊
