Pizza Delicious in Sandwell

This pizza place don’t get me wrong used to be the best one round here fantastically good fully loaded pizza’s friendly staff and good prices and now the pizza’s are terrible hardly any toppings rude staff I went in tonight and the guy behind the counter tried to overcharge me while I had the new laminated menu in my hand and when I questioned it he went off on one at me told him straight I wasn’t gonna have this and he said if I don’t like it just leave as I was walking out the door he shouts me back and tells me he can do a good deal which was ridiculously cheap so I took it on my own tonight didn’t wanna cook but the pizza had hardly any toppings and the sides was wrong I would advise everyone to avoid this place it’s going under I can’t see it being there much longer but what a shame used to be awesome

3rd time I've ordered and there's been issues with it! Sauce spilt all over the pizza Pizza squished to the side of the box ect And the delivery guy is just miserable

Ordered a seafood pizza delivered in time but all I had was cheese and tomato pizza with a few small prawns on top no tuna or anchovies, will not order from again. I say when I've paid 18 pound for one pizza . Didn't phone shop because they had one chance of delivering a nice pizza but I was ripped off to save money. Stop making pizzas if you can't deliver on taste

Pretty poor standards of late, especially the attitude from the delivery driver. Missing items on the order, poor quality pizza... Shame they used to be really nice. It's been a hard fall.

This is the most horrible place to order. Honestly I don’t know how they serve people . Their attitude is horrendous. I have ordered few times through Uber Eats and Just Eat and it was ok, but last time I found hair in the pizza. When I called to complain they didn’t do anything and they said to me next time we will send you a free pizza. Never bothered to order again. The 1 star is for the bad attitude from the staff, and for the poor hygiene of the food.

Told me it would be here in 40 mins. It arrived after 2hrs. However food was rather good. The uselessness of not having tracking makes it awkward and impossible to get into contact with them. As well as this the contact details they gave where wrong and not reachable. Awfull experience

Phoned up at 18.30 to order 1 16inch chicken feast, and the guy tried to charge me £18!!! Then when I challenge him he then said £16!

Despite their menu being on the side and online prices saying the same. They charged more than advertised.

So ordered from the new menu that was put through my door less than a week ago. We ordered 4 x pizza for collection and when we turned up to collect the pizza the prices had gone up. Pizza was OK but average.

A strange one. The food is absolutely brilliant!! Possibly the best "take out" food in the area. But you'll be called a liar when it's two hours late. Or when half your order is missing. Sad, because the food is brilliant. Take the risk if you want.

If I could leave 0 star I would. I have just come out of hospital with food poisoning and the only food I ate yesterday was the pizza and chicken wings from this place. I though the chicken didnt taste right and have been puking all night and all day. Will NEVER use this place again. Absolutely disgusted

Wanted to order chicken kebab, the person answering the phone wasnt sure if they had any (i was like how can you not have chicken kebab at 7pm of Friday evening), was not available so we ordered chicken wings instead. They were meant to be spicy but were just extra salty, straight in the bin! Chicken burger was ok, could have been more warm. Delivery took more than 40 minutes and we live 1 mile away from the place. Won't order again

Just don't waste your time. Ordered food at 7pm, still hadn't arrived by 9pm, phoned several times to chase, just told the same old 'be there in 5mins' after X2 HOURS!!! We cancelled the order. Couldn't tell if food was any good because it just never arrived. Do not waste your time with these clowns. They don't understand the word delivery!!!

After having to chase the food arrived over an hour late and the order not complete. They refused to provide a refund and the driver stood arguing with my husband on the doorstep. Terrible service, will never use again.

Worst pizza eva had just dough and cheese and over priced especially wen delivery man doesnt bring change

Used this place for years. Lovely food 100% of the time. Last week ordered by phone and when I called to querie credit card charge for cash payment was told it’s delivery fee. Strange considering the menu states free local delivery for phone orders over £8! Stopped using just eat due to the unfair charges.

Told30- 40mins waited well over an hour and ten minutes and its freezing cold,wouldnt mind but im only 4streets away and only ordered 2 basic pizzas and 2 fries.will never use again!

Was late by like 40 mins but pizza was semi decent

Not good pizza was burnt, burger over done as were chicken strips! Told 30/40 minutes for delivery waited well over an hour!! Really disappointing!!

Nice pizza and fries but sometimes a bit greasy. I still like their pizza though.
